Nice apartment for 4 people, with kitchen & washer machine. Good prices and location, 10 minutes from Metro Station. Nearby has a lot of choice of food and coffer shop.

“Nice stay in Seoul !!”
It was a pleasant stay in Lee&No guesthouse! My mother and I really like their room. It’s really clean and comfortable! Definitely will be back if i visit Korea again!!

“Fantastic amenities and very comfortable room! ”
My second stay here with my friend and we were just as impressed as we were the first time we stayed here! We got the room with two separate beds. There's a small kitchenette and a bathroom and both were well stocked and clean. The guesthouse is located in a residential area, so it was pretty quiet but we could still easily walk to the bustling areas of Hongdae. Lydi, the manager, was very kind and also suggested some restaurants to us. We went to one of her recommended local restaurants (we can speak some Korean) and were greeted with very delicious food. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit Korea. Thank you again very much for your help and hospitality, Lydi!

“Great Stay.”
They succeed my expectation for my first time in Seoul. Staff are warmth and friendly. They will assist you in anything. Rooms are large & clean for big family. Its 10 minutes walk to Hongik University Station. Its so accessible to anywhere. Will stay again if im back. Thanks.!

“最高!”
This is my second time to South Korea. I am very happy to be able to stay here, the facilities in the apartment are very complete . Transportation from Incheon airport is quite easy, take the arex all stop train down at Hongik Station exit 2. Then close enough to get around Hongdae.

“Homelike environment, nice & welcoming staff ”
Great points: 1. Located in residential area in Hongdae. The environment is quiet enough, it takes around 10-15 mins to walk to Hongdae subway station. 2. The staff are very nice and helpful, can speak fluent English. Heartwarming service (e.g. have a welcoming notice with my name sticked on the guesthouse door when I arrive the guesthouse in late night). The staff also help us to take the luggages to our room. 3. With a small open kitchen (with cooking utensils) in the room, which is very very convenient for cooking, eating/ washing! 4. The room is big enough for 2 people (We stayed in twin room and can open two 28-inch luggages on the floor. The environment is comfortable and feeling homelike. Areas that can improve: 1. The reception office hour should be longer (like until 11pm or 12am), so guests can contact the staff face-to-face, rather than just emails. 2. The beds make some noises when some movement occurs. 3. There should be a full-length mirror in each room.

“A great option from the usual Korean hotel rooms which are notoriously small for young families”
Great place to stay. Was arriving late after 10pm and host was fantastic to leave a color print at the number pad at the main entrance informing us what and how to get ourselves into our unit, on top of the email which was sent before our trip detailing the PIN numbers for the several doors to open. Room was well equipped with basic necessities. We asked for hangers to hang our clothes and Prez was great to offer us their laundry rack! Thank God! There are board games and plain papers for drawing. Great for the kids. Breakfast was basic with plain bread, jam, butter, Korean cookies and two flavours of cordial juices. No hassles. Location is peaceful. Can be a bit deserted at night. But a safe place nontheless! Great place! Will recommend to our friends and thanks for the hospitality guys!

“Disappointing”
i stayed here for only 7 out of my booked 14 days as i had to get another hotel halfway through. it's a pity as the staff are friendly and the room is big. however, my room was sandwiched between two others and the walls/ceiling are so thin (soundproofing is nonexistent - you can hear people talking normally and even the person they're talking to on the phone, people walking up and down the stairs, playing the piano in the common room downstairs, etc) that sleep was difficult. i requested that my room be changed to a corner room so noise would be minimised and i was told that was impossible. after 2 more days i left. i emailed agoda to see if it was possible to get any sort of compensation and was told the guesthouse had confirmed they had moved me to another room, and i was just appalled that they would lie. i understand their limitations but to lie? that really soured it for me. i'm sorry truly to have to write this review but i feel this is significant.

“Nice experience ”
This is the motel that the young generation are love in. It is very convenient to MRT. Just one thing I think need to do a progress that is the breakfast. A easy local breakfast will be better. I had a really amazing experience here.

“A good choice for Hongdae”
I stayed for 3 nights in this guest house and it was nice in most aspects. My double room was clean and was practically a comfortable small apartment with the fridge and the stove area. It felt really comfortable and the location is not too far away from the train station and the action. Unfortunately there was construction somewhere nearby during my stay starting around 8 am so it was hard to sleep in when needed. Not the fault of the guest house of course, just bad luck. The common area is setup quite nice, but there were rarely any people there, and things "closed down" early. Maybe it was because it was during the weekday, but some organized events at night might be good to encourage socializing. Nury, the manager seems friendly, good at communication, and helped me whenever I needed it! My friend booked a separate room and she said it was comfortable and felt like home. We didn't really want to leave :). Would consider staying again, the next time I'm in Seoul

Since seeking for help via email, the staff is so helpful and efficient. They can communicate in English. The guesthouse has elevator. The mini kitchen in room is useful. The interior design is warm and stylish.

“i love this place!”
i travelled with my sister and cousin and stayed in their triple room. we arrived at around 9am after a very early morning flight out. we were very tired but our check in time wasnt until 3pm. Jenny, one of the managers, was there to greet us and very graciously allowed us to check in early. we cant thank her enough for that. the rest of our stay was great. the room was clean and very nice. it made our stay in Korea very special and memorable. the rest of the staff and managers were very helpful. one of the female managers on night duty during our stay (I'm really sorry i didnt get her name) and manager Jin helped us a lot when we wanted food delivery and their recommended places were amazing. would we want to stay again the next time we go to Korea? Hell yes!

“Double Room”
Located at Yeonnam-dong (around Hongdae) which is ideal for young travellers and family alike. It takes about 10-15mins walk from the nearest subway station(Hongik Univ). Overall location and atmosphere of the actual guesthouse is quiet and peaceful, perfect for laying down in your room or sitting in the common area sipping a cup of coffee after a long day out adventuring, sightseeing or shopping. The double room came with an attached bathroom and a small kitchenette for simple heating/cooking. Room size was just nice (not as large as 4-5 stars hotel, but definitely on the bigger size compared to other guesthouses). WiFi is free of charge and connection was superbly fast and smooth. Breakfast provided were simple but adequate (bread,buns,cereals,juices,biscuits,cheese,coffee). Staffs were very very friendly and accomodating. Overall stay was enjoyable and hoping to stay again if visiting Seoul.

About 560m away from Hongik univ station (exit 3). Very convenience if u travel via Arex from airport. Located at a quiet housing estate. Staff are friendly especially Betty!

“Apartment (for 5~6 people) quite dirty”
We had booked an Apartment (for 5¬6 people) for 4 nights, the room size is big but it was quite dirty. The place looked like it wasn't cleaned (coffee stains on the wall; the bed sheets with yellow stains). And one of the beds' frame seems too loose, the parts that made the noise. It was really annoying! Next day, we talked to the staff and she fixed our bed and cleaned the coffee stains quickly. As for breakfast, there was one empty mike bottle on the table. Then I asked for a refill but the staff said she needs to go supermarket for it. Just wonder why the hostel only stored up 3 boxes of milk. The staff was helpful, she bought some milk in 10 minutes. While there was only one staff who needs to take care breakfast; answer questions....quick busy!!

“Great! ”
Managers and staff are friendly and they provide us with suggestions on where to go. Breakfasts are simple and nice :) There is an elevator which you don't have to worry on how to carry your luggage to your room. Everything here is so gooooooooood and definitely will come back for my next visit to Seoul!

From the firs day until the very last day the staff were very friendly and kind always helping. The room was very clean and has it's own little kitchen. Comfortable and quiet!

“Great stay experience”
Really enjoy stay in the Lee & No guest house. All the employees are very kind and willing to help everything. It seems a little far from subway station, but actually it's not. You can also enjoy a different atmosphere of Hongdae when you go to the guest house. I will choose Lee & No next time that I travel to Seoul.

“Worth Living”
The experience when staying at Lee & No Guesthouse was good, though the location is a little bit far from subway station, but the environment is good, you won't be disturbed by cars or noises when sleeping. And the service of the staffs is really good, they're always nice, enthusiastic and friendly to help us, which impresses me a lot. If you want to look for a place to stay near Hongdae, Lee & No Guesthouse is a nice choice!!!

“Warm, friendly people and comfortable, wonderful stay.”
Lee&No felt like home. The staff were very cheerful and kind, generous in offering their help and never fail to ensure you are well-taken care of. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessities, even if you choose to stay in for dinner. Very clean and the toilet even had shower toiletries provided. Only a short walk from Hongik Uni Station/Hongdae and the staff speaks English, so no worries even if you have very little grasp of the local language :)

“Cute comfy and quite inexpensive ”
Lee&No Guest House was really great for us we stayed in a private room with a bathroom, it had everything we needed for a short stay and it was super clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was basic but good and the common area was cute and clean and we met some cool fellow guests at breakfast who suggested places for us to visit in Seoul too.

“Feel like home!! ”
Jenny n all staffs are so so friendly n helpful, made my family feel we have a new home in Seoul. The apartment is 10 mins walk from metro station, can easily find it. Nice location that can find lots of restaurants, supermarket, convenient stores, and most important thing is pretty closed to Hongdae shopping district!! Highly recommended to all plan to visit Seoul.

The hostel is around 15 minutes walk from the subway station. The staff are very nice and suggested good restaurants and scenic spots to us.

“I will be back”
This was the best place we stayed at while in Seoul area. If we would have been in the area longer we would have stayed here for sure. The location is nice and there is a lot going on but it is far enough off the main street that it is still quiet at night and early morning.

“Really quiet location but nice staff”
The location is really quiet with not much things around except some eateries. Staff is nice but our TV was spoilt with something blocking the image in the middle of the screen and we alerted the staff. It was only the second time after we altered the staff and on the second last night then our TV was fixed. There were a lot of kitchen wares provided, you can cook in your room. However, it would be good if basic necessities like tissue paper and bathroom slipped were also provided and a mirror other than the one in the bathroom. Some of the staff speak good English . It helps that there is a lift although it is tiny and the many brochures and maps available at the reception. Although breakfast is provided, it is really basic and you have to prepare it yourself such as bread, eggs and clean up after yourself. The kitchen area is pretty small thus it can be quite inconvenient to prepare breakfast. Overall, it's a casual homely kind of guesthouse.

“Pretty awesome for the price you pay”
Lovely managers greeted us upon arrival. Breakfast was awesome, splendid spread of toast and eggs which you can make yourself. Room was clean and the common area is a great place to chill or have your breakfast while smooth light jazz comforts your soul in the background. A little walking distance from the station, bout 5-9 mins? But you'll be greeted with lotsa cafes and bars nearby, not to mention convenience stores. Space is a little cramped but we have all we needed in the room. Great place for the price!

The host is nice and full of smile. The room is tidy and big enough, we can put two luggage in the room. Also there is a little kitchen so we can cook there. The guest house is high privacy. They are a independent department. Overall, the facilities are sufficient, rooms are comfortable.

“Very friendly and helpful staffs”
Very well-versed english speaking staffs make this guesthouse comfortable to stay. The staffs are proactive in connecting with guests to check out on guests if guests have any difficulties going around the places so that they could help out. Most of the basis services and facilities needed by guests such as transportation service, local tour, laundry, common area/lobby, cafe, computer/business lounge are available in this guesthouse. They even have an elevator to each floor from 1st floor up to the highest 5th/6th floor although this guesthouse is not a 10 storey high rise building. The elevator brings much convenience in carry heavy luggage. The guesthouse provide free wifi in the room but unfortunately the internet connectivity wasn't seem to be strong in the room I'd stayed. Room is clean and have kitchenette. Basis amenities in the bathroom provided and also hot shower. Security is excellent, room door is using smart key pad as well as it's lobby main entrance.The environment and the facilities provided by this guesthouse are on-par with the services and facilities given by 4/5 stars hotels. Very satisfied with this guesthouse environment, services, facilities and thumbs up to the friendly staffs that make this guesthouse stand out from other guesthouse that I'd stayed and also impressed with the staffs attitudes and polite behavior. Truly felt warm and welcome by this guesthouse and the staffs. Although the location of this guesthouse is far away from subway station (about 15 minutes walks) as it is located in a residential area but one can find serenity in the night and experience the locals lifestyle. There are many small cafes around the neighborhood and on the way to the guesthouse where one can always stop by to have a cup of coffee or tea before continue the walk back to the guesthouse. This guesthouse is definitely recommended for it's excellent facilities and services.

“Quiet and convenient!”
My friends and i enjoyed our stay at Lee&No guesthouse. Location wise, it takes about 5-10minutes walk from Hongik Station exit 3. Love the quiet neighbourhood. Food and convenient store are just around the corner. The staff ( Prez and Lydi) are friendly and helpful too! Would definitely come back for a stay again next time!
