“ガンナム地区では、問題ないロケーションと設備”

総じて、よいホテルだった。 部屋のドアの鍵が電子カードキーだが、初めのキーの設定が変で、ドアが空かないという現象が起きた。 受付に行ったら直してくれたのでよかったが、若干面倒。（キーも差し込むタイプでなく、かざすタイプで、反応がよくわからなかった）

“オシャレなビジネスホテル”

自然をメインにした部屋だったのですが、部屋の中に、なぜか大きいジャグジーがあり、 ちょっとラブホ感がでていましたが、フロントも広く、きれいだし、スタッフも在住してて、安心かつ快適でした。 おすすめです〜

二回目の滞在ため、不便は感じなかった。場所は、メインの道路からは、1本内側のため、初めての人には、わかりにくいと思う。

webでの説明や写真と異なり、シャンプー、リンス、歯ブラシ、ひげ剃りは、なかった。部屋は、明かり、TV、エアコンなどか、1つのリモコンで管理できた。エアコンのON/OFや温度管理が確認しにくかった。

フロントで日本語が話せるのと無料wifiが役に立ちました。 部屋は清潔でいいのですが、デザイン重視のためか部屋の中にバスタブがあったり、バスルームの仕切りが磨りガラスだったりと、出張での二人部屋として使用するにはきついかな？という印象です。 私はたまたま一人部屋だったので、その分は快適に過ごすことができましたが、二人部屋になった同僚はトイレがしにくいと言っていました。

駅から距離がありますが、タクシーやバスで移動すれば問題ないです。 ひとつ問題があるなら、 シャワーを使ったとき洗面所全体がびしょびしょになります。。 他は特に問題なしかな！

食事場所が近くて便利だったことと、大きい道から少し入ったところなのですが、 TAXIは理解してくれる場所なので安心です。 ホテルは可愛い作りでしたので、カップルに最適だと思います

“A Glorified Love Motel”

Rude staff, terribly designed room - definitely not what is advertised or what was paid for. Unclean and an awfully hard bed. 100% would never stay here again.

“Very nice brand”

I travel regularly and tend to go towards this brand because of my first experience with them. I have gotten one room that I asked them to change because it was dirty and wasn't worth what I paid. They obliged me and were very friendly. I appreciate the steps they're taking to ensure the safety of guests in the current climate. I will try to find their locations when I travel.

The only problem is that there's a communication barrier with the hotel staff (english barrier). Apart from that, all good!

Booked the designer room not the basic room. I had a good experience. I could stay there again. But I would try somewhere new before returning there. Pros Staff was great. location was great Room art style was great. Bathtub was very nice (except the lat night) phone charge Cons 1. No hot water my last night. Warm water yes, but not hot. I payed extra for a Bathtub. The tub was nice, but the lat night I couldn't use the bath because the water was too cold. Took a shower instead, but couldn't stay in for too long. Not warm enough. 2. Breakfast is very basic, It would have been worth paying more to have a better meal. Also if you arrive after 9am most of the good food is gone. 3. You can't adjust the heat in your room. if it's too hot you need to open a window or turn on the AC 4. I slept well, but some people might not. the Bed was unusual for a hotel. Mattress with a mattress pad on it. The frame seemed to be a wooden box. sometimes it made noise when you rolled over.

Great location within 10 min walk of subway and coex, paid valet parking available, clean facilities but our room was tiny...which I suppose is expected for the area. Would be great for adult travelers but wasn't ideal for tound children given lack of space.

It had a great location, near two stations, walking distance from the convention center and shopping area. Short ride away from Lotte and Gangnam square/shopping district. Our room was nice and spacious. Helpful staff. Good choice if you are attending a meeting at coex.

Their bed is really bad. There is some weird smell in the room. Their facilities are poor.

Room cleaning service should be improved. Bed sheet is not replaced if the guest is not requesting. There should be better system for example asking sheet change or not by placing card on the bed each day etc.

“Leaking bathtub”

Bathtub leaked. I called front desk to repair it and they replace the drain stopper but it still leaks. Wasted 2 bath bombs because of their bathtub. Room is ok, just don’t expect a nice bath ^^;;

“Value for money hotel in downtown Seoul”

Clean and decent room for a very affordable price in downtown Seoul. Many nearby restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, and convenience stores. Staff are also friendly and very helpful.

Hotel is close to tour landmarks and shopping centers. Staff are courteous and accommodating. And I just love their self service laundry.

“Special designer rooms but far from metro”

Location is about 10-15 mins walk from samseong station. It was quite cold (between 2-10 Deg celcius); did not expect to walk quite a distance in the cold. Upon reaching, the staff on duty was slightly unfriendly and wasn't of any help when we asked what are the recommended places to eat while we wait for check in. Upon check-in, the room that we stayed in has a round bed and bath tub. Pretty satisfied with the design of the room. Water heater is working well. Room is quiet enough for peaceful sleep.

“Nice place”

I likethe idea of every room having a different theme and it’s one of the reasons I picked this hotel. I thought the layout of the room was very clever and enjoyed my staying there. I would have liked more spots for drying bath towels, but that’s it. Other than that the people on staff were polite and nice and we had a nice stay.

It is a central system so you can't control the heat and the room was very hot.

“Good price/quality hotel”

A big clean room with a modern style. Good price/quality. Staff was friendly. We were in town for two weddings over a weekend and this hotel was located right in the middle of both wedding locations, so for us, the location was just perfect.

Rooms are as per pictured. Nice design and comfortable beds. However, bathroom not shower friendly. There's no shower curtains so water is splashed all over the bathroom, no place to hang clothes in the toilet that would keep them dry while having your shower.

“About the Hotel The Designers Samseong”

We booked double-bed room on internet before travel, however, when we go there, they give us a room only have one bed for two people, and tell us what we booked is one bed room. hehehe.... If so, our friend, who also booked the double room, why arrange a single-bed room for them? The single-bed room not for two people sleeping, only can for one people. When we tell them leave one double-bed room for us in the morning, they agree, but...when we back to hotel in the afternoon, they tell us no room. If no room, why promise us in the morning?

Everything here is beyond my expecation. Good service = Good stay! Highly recommend this place. :)

“Good Designer Hotel”

I knew of this hotel because of Channel Soshi TV where Girls Generation Taeyeon filmed in one of the rooms. That’s why I booked the designers suite. They have a lot of different room designs so I wasn’t expecting I can get the exact same room that Taeyeon filmed before. But I was very very lucky!!! The room is Assimilate with Nature if you wished to specify for it. Staffs were very attentive and helpful. Near Samseong station and COEX Mall. Slightly pricey for one person but I think the price is very reasonable for 2 or more people. Room amenities is awesome. Would gladly be back again to check out other room designs if I travel to Seoul.

It's a bit of a walk from the train stations but it's a good location nevertheless. Staff was polite and helpful, neighborhood was quiet, room was clean.

You can take 6103 airport bus fr airport (around 60mins) , and walk 5mins only, the room is clean and the design is good

“Very nice 3 star hotel with friendly staff and great value for money”

LOCATION. located near the famous Gangnam, it is not the most touristic part of Seoul but non the less filled with western and eastern restaurants and cafes. 10 minutes away there is the huge coex mall, 2 metro stations (line2) and an amazing shrine. STAFF. great and super friendly and helpful. We had to change rooms and it was done smoothly. Some speak better English then others :). ROOM. we where in the family suit. Very nice designs though the shower and toilets are behind milky glass walls and not actual doors. Huge (exposed) bathtub :) super comfy beds and fast wifi! VALUE FOR MONEY. we booked through agoda and it was super worth it! Bottom line: great hotel but would reconsider sharing a room with someone you are not comfortable hearing your vowel movements ;)

“Luxurious, modern style room”

Luxurious and modern style room with nice design. Have heated floor. Just that the room is little bit small but korean's hotel is known to have this kind of small room. The receptionist is friendly and accommodating, able to print at their place with minimal charge. Overall, I am satisfied.

Specially the mirrow on the ceiling! I just want to come back there to have this amazing days and nights! There is almost no windows — that's sad — but who needs windows when there is a mirror on the ceiling? :D

“Wrong description ”

The pictures of individual rooms are all designer rooms but once I checked in, they were just plain simple rooms and I asked the front desk why the rooms aren't the designer rooms and they said that all the deluxe rooms are plain rooms. But the description on the website had it as all the rooms were designer rooms. Had to pay extra to upgrade to a designer room which was the suite.
