“A day visit to Songdo”
Always wanted to visit the Songdo Sheraton and this was our time. We had our kid attended the math competition at the convention center right next to the hotel and we chose the hotel for a night. The Sheraton was chosen because of the stunning & beautiful view of the Songdo central park. We stayed on the 19th floor and also visited the lounge on the 22nd, had coffee and drinks with cookies and cakes. Also strolled around the central park, went to an authentic Indian restaurant nearby. Had a breakfast buffet at the hotel. Food was great but more centric to Korean dishes which I'd thought may be adjusted a bit. We'd definitely visit this place again when we come to Songdo and next time we'll swim on the 6th floor where the indoor pool is. Also will visit the steak restaurant on the 2nd floor which was fully booked at the time of our visit. Thank you.

“Best hotel in incheon”
60% were forginers. Clean and good location from icn, service was perfect with nice employees. Price was not problem. Perfect hotel without stress.

“Best Location ”
The Hotel is in best location if you have an event in Convensia Songdo. Nearby there is Lotte Mart and Hyunday Factory outlet is just 10 minutes by bus. The staff are very helpfull and speak english very well.

“Receptionist very kind”
I visited Central Park Incheon. And there I booked Sheraton Hotel Incheon. The hotel is nearby Central Park. Actually I think it is almost in Central Park. I can walk from central Park to hotel. Location is perfect. And the reception staff is very very kind. I love it. Because of the Agoda system, It took some time to rearrangement. But It's not uncomfortable due to the receptionist. Thank you !

“A pleasant stay!”
I don't write reviews unless the service is either awful or exceptional. I am writing it to praise manager Lee Ye Seol's service during my stay. She attended me during the check-in and greeted us (me and my son) wholeheartedly. She checked up on everything even after the check-in, and I had to extend my stay since my son loved her assistance. I booked here without much expectation but had one of the most pleasant stays in a few years. I wouldn't look for other hotels since you don't get to meet this kind of professional often.

“Service not good”
Check in, deposit 1,000,000KRW (hold in my credit card) Check out, cancel deposit, promise to credit to my card latest 5/19. But today 5/23 nothing back to account! This is not faithful hotel!

“最高!”
The hotel is advantageously located close to the Convensia center. The managers and staff were very helpful in providing info and advise. The room was spotlessly clean, housekeeping service done perfectly. The hotel serves great breakfasts, everyone can select according to one's taste.

“Very enjoyable stay”
Next to the venue, close to Lotte Mart, peaceful neighborhood, beautiful park within proximity, very wonderful staff and gorgeous view from clean and spacious room. I have nothing more to ask. Very happy.

“Everything was perfect to me!”
As it is 5-star hotel, everything such as room, pools and sauna was perfect. Its location is also great as it has subway station, bus stops and big shopping mall near. Customer service was also awesome. I appreciate all staff and would like to thank those people below especially One who helped me check-in on Mar 25 (sorry I forgot his name) One who assigned for cleaning the room on Mar 26 Mr. Lee, JS who helped me with luggeges and booking such a excellent taxi for me. I stayed for 3 days from Mar 25 to Mar 27 in 18th floor.

“Staff is very attentive..”
Staff is very attentive^^Building and amenities are great quality. Overall cleanliness got high points with me.I would recommend a stay at the hotel because it is clean, and the staff is very attentive, and helped with any requests. Five stars from me.

“I expect more from a Sheraton Hotel”
close to airport, nice dinner buffet, spacious lobbyAverage average average. Since we need a hotel that is close to airport to catch our early morning flight, that is why we opted for 1 night stay in this hotel. Otherwise, with the same amount of money we can get much better hotel in downtown seoul. Room feels old, need some renovation. Room service was also very slow. Expect something better from a Sheraton hotel.

“New, modern and nice hotel”
Great facililities, Great rooms, new and cleanThis was my favorite hotel in Korea so far. This is a new hotel with high quality facilities and anemities. Good buffet breakfast with a quality selection. I booked a deal with breakfast and internet which was decent instead of paying always extra. Overall good quality hotel with nice city views on the higher floors. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds. You pay more but you also get more. Value for money fits in my view. Attentative staff. Long opening hours of the gym. Decent pool. I definitely recommend this hotel to any business traveller.

“연휴 잘 쉬고 갑니다”
연휴를 맞이하여 가족들과 잘 쉬웠습니다. 조식이 특히 매우 훌륭하고 메뉴도 다음날 바뀌어서 좋았어요. 호텔 주변에 센트럴공원 말고는 없지만 차 타고 좀 이동하면 송도현대아울렛에서 구경하시는 코스릉 추천드립니다.

“나름 좋은 추억 만들고 왔어요”
생일 기념으로 방문해서 와인 받고 센트럴파크도 구경하고 기분 좋은 하루 보냈습니다. 돈 조금 더 들여서 파크뷰로 예약한 점 후회 없었고요. 그 때는 시간적 여유가 있어서 평일임에도 편하게 숙박이 가능했는데 이제는 힘들어서 아쉽네요.

베개에 냄새나고 침대사이즈가 싱글인지 더블인지 애매하게 작고 세면대 배수구가 막혀 잘안내려감 세명분량 추가금은 꼬박 받는데 수건도 슬리퍼도 추가로 안갖춰져 있었음 위치는 너무 좋았음

근데 사우나 요금은 추가해야해서 조금 그랬지만.... 산책하기도 좋고 뷰도 좋고 하루 머물기에 좋았어요
