ファミリーツインに大人3人(家族)で宿泊しました。広さは十分、清潔で快適に過ごせました。 ただ、3人で予約していたが、清掃をしてくださる方が2人での宿泊だと思っていたのか、紙コップがいつも2人分しかなく、ミニバーにメモを置いて紙コップを3つ置いてもらったり、2日目以降のタオル交換もタオルが2人分しかなかったりしたので、フロントへ電話をして持って来てもらったりした。 スタッフはどの方も対応良く、お部屋もとても快適に過ごせたので、次回もまたぜひ利用したい。

スタッフは親切です。ダブルとシングルベッドの部屋に2人✖︎2部屋で、2泊しました。６階オーシャンビュー景色最高で、お部屋も明るい！！ホテルの裏通りに食べ物屋さんやお土産やさん、地元の方が行く市場やスーパーがあります。海辺を歩けばカフェや海鮮のお店がずらりと並んでおり、バスやタクシーを利用して、シンセゲやロッテ百貨店巡り、代表的な観光地にも行きました。新しいホテルではないけれど、室内は清潔で高級感ありますよ。 ひとつ言わせてもらえば、良い質の床なのに禿げていたり、バスマットに破れがあったりました。 少し手を加えれば高級感保てるのに、そこが残念でした。

“居心地の良い素敵なホテルでした。”
地下鉄の最寄り駅からは10分ぐらい歩きました。ですがロビーはお洒落で海も目の前、お部屋も清潔で居心地良くてとても良かったです。冷蔵庫に飲み物やお菓子が入っていてありがたかったです。 夕方海辺を散歩したり、食事や買い物両替も近くに揃っているので便利でした。 エックスザ スカイからホテルまで、距離はまあまあありますが景色が良かったのでお散歩を兼ねて歩いて帰りました。 ホテルの一階にある百味堂のソフトクリームが美味しかったです。 また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

“海雲台へのアクセスは楽ちんな立地”
ビーチへのアクセスも徒歩5分くらいで、水族館がすぐ近くにありました。地下鉄の駅までは徒歩10分くらいで立地は良い方だと思います。

“居心地の良いホテル”
海に面した居心地の良いホテル ホテルロビーは広々としておりモダンで清潔感があります（大きなクマのぬいぐるみがすごく可愛いです🧸） フロントスタッフは礼儀正しく、簡潔でシンプルに手続きをしてくれますのでスムーズにチェックイン/アウトが出来ます 部屋はとても広々としておりシービュールームは遮るものなく景色を楽しめます アメニティは香りが良く使っていてリラックスできるものが使われています 旅行でも出張でも扱いやすくオススメのホテルです

“部屋も広く、立地が良かった！”
かなりおすすめのホテルです。 まず浴室の中に浴槽があり、体をゆっくりと休められました。 立地も非常によく、釜山のパラダイスカジノまでも距離が近かったため、徒歩5分で行くことができました。部屋も広くて窓からはビーチが見えるため、かなりおすすめのホテルです。

家族で1泊しました。 ロケーションがとてもよく、近くに飲食店もたくさんあるので、とてもよかったです。 コンビニがあるのも助かりました。 今度は夏に来たい！ 朝食もおいしかったです。

母娘で宿泊しました。 お部屋も広く、海雲台の海が目の前で最高でした！！ お風呂はシャワーを少し気をつければ床を濡らさずにすみます。 お部屋のコンセントにUSBがあるといいなと思いました。

“快適な釜山旅行”
新羅ステイの良い立地のおかげで、8歳の子供と一緒に家族旅行を楽しむことができました。海雲台まで気軽に徒歩で散策できる距離でした。清掃状態とスタッフの親切さにも満足しました。フィットネス器具の種類には少し物足りなさを感じましたが、全体的に満足して快適に旅行を楽しむことができました。
