“スタッフは良いが…”
全てのスタッフは大変親切です^ - ^しかし、2019年オープンなのに綺麗ではなかったです。埃でアレルギーが酷くなり大変な思いをしました(T . T) [日本の方へのメッセージ]ボディソープ、シャンプーはありますがコンディショナーはありません。バスローブもパジャマもありません。基礎化粧品ももちろんありません。直ぐ近くにセブンがありますが高いですし品揃えは良くありません。クラークキー駅に行くとドンキ・キホーテがありますがこちらも高いです。クラークキーは飲み屋街ですが治安は良いです。ただし騒音があります。ご参考までに！

“寝るだけなら不自由ないです！”
友人と2段別途の部屋に2泊しました。 立地はとても良いです！ 近くに24時間営業のコンビニもあります。 皆さん書かれているようにとにかく狭いですが 清潔感は普通です(笑) タオルはちゃんと交換してくれました。 ホテルステイを楽しみにしている方には おすすめしませんが…寝るだけに使う また親しい友人や家族、カップルで泊まる分には何も問題ないと思います。 （お手洗い、シャワーの音が部屋内に丸聞こえなので…笑） 無料のとても種類の豊富なミニバーがありますが賞味期限切れ多めだったので入れ替えてくれたらいいなと思いました…！ 私が宿泊したときはホテルの中の植物たちを徐々に整えているようでした＾＾ チェックアウト後も荷物預かりしてもらえました！ ありがとうございました。

“If you stain you pay”
They never ask you to read the form that you need to sign at the reception they just point out that you need to deposit $100 and no Durian is allowed this is understandable. During my stay it occur to me that i have stain the Bedsheet like i used to in Capri also but why compare them with 4 star Hotel lets compare with Hotel Boss, they don’t charge me when i stain their bedsheet as well. This Hotel NuVe just sent me a receipt and stated that they have processed the charges before hand wish i feel its kinda rude and also when i demanded for a copy of the form they purposely put the DBS deposit receipt in the middle or the statement, if you think you can stay without leaving a stain goodluck to you then. Just be mindful too

“The mini pool is not available ”
I check in because of the mini pool. But it is not available when my visit. It is convenient for food hunting. Full of food shops. I expect I booked a double bed room. But I get the double decker bed type. This really annoyed me.

“Good central location”
Small room but had all we needed. Nice touch with minibar replenished daily and nice to come back to. Staff were kind and helpful. Walking distance to Chinatown, river walk etc. We'd stay there again.

Wonderful staff which made the stay so comfortable. Room was small but decent enough for two people with basic necessities. Love the close proximity to nightlife! Very clean too! Love it!

“すごく良い”
Small, not cheap ( but where is in Singapore), great location. If you want somewhere clean and well to sleep and shower this is the place, if you want to spend all day at the hotel, youll be better off else where. Will stay here again.

“Don't take any upgrades !”
I was offered an upgrade to a king size bed room but it was located at level 2 right beside the street level and the noise was coming in all the way throughout (zero soundproof) the night till I had to check out. If you are offered a level 2 pls reject

“Staycation ”
Room is a little squeeze for a couple. Aircon is not cold and feels abit warm especially during sleep. TV unable to operate even for local channel. Curtain has some stains and should have change it. Underneath bedsheet there are few strains of long hair.

“Convenience”
Good location around 300 meter from MRT but not suitable for couple just only one its Ok becuase very small room unvaluable spending compare to other hotel in the same area.

“Staff forced me to do make another payment”
I have made my payment via Agoda, and still hotel staff asked me to pay again, he said that my Agoda payment will be released. It doesn’t make any sense to me. Till now I haven’t receive refund yet.

Although small room, 11m2, but complete with all I need for a short stay. Bravo to the hotel designer. Well managed too. Will back again whenever in Singapore.

“最高!”
Easily located and smacked right in between of clarke quay and chinatown. The room is beyond our imaginations. It's spacious for the two of us and we really like the vibe of the hotel; modern, quiet and cozy. Plus point for the smart TV and free snack bar. Highly recommended and would love to repeat our stay here

“悪夢の滞在”
当初確保していたホテルが1ヶ月を切った段階でコロナ専用となったため、同等レベルのホテルを検討したが、実際に再手配する段階では、どこも料金がかなり跳ね上がっており、このホテルにした。 いやな予感が的中し、悪夢、滞在となった。 1:道路に面した部屋で、深夜までうるさがる。防音効果まるでなし。 2:外出から戻ると決まって天井から霧状のものが降ってくる。 3:枕が臭い。 4:テレビがないに等しい。聞こえる音量にならない。そもそもチャンネルがチャイナ向け6チャンネルだけ。 5:フロントが役立たずであること。 メリット(星1つ分)は、MRTから徒歩圏内と冷蔵庫内のコーラと菓子類が無料であること。
