MRTの駅からも近く、周りにはディープだけどちょっとした飲み食いできる飲食店もあり、コンビニもあります。 ジムやプールもあるから、それなりに充実しているホテルだと思います。 空港へのアクセスもブギス駅で乗り換えてひと駅、これで以前のようにリーズナブルだったら最高なんだけどね。

初めてのシンガポールでこちらを利用させていただきました。 ・ロケーション 繁華街からは少し離れていますが、その分、喧騒から逃れられてよかったです。 ロチョー駅からは徒歩2分くらいでしょうか、簡易な屋根もあって日光や雨も避けれます。リトルインディア駅からも5分程度です。 周りにあまり遮る建物もなく、大通り沿いなので遠くからも見えて安心感はありました。 1Fに小さなセブンイレブンもありますが物価高のシンガポールなのでスーパーでの買い物をお勧めします。 ・部屋 スーペリアルーム（シティビュー）、クイーンベッド 1台の部屋で手狭ではありましたがベットの下にスーツケースが置けて、部屋にいるときは引き出し風に使えてよかったです。 また12Fと高層階だったのと窓も大きくて眺めもよかったですが、中庭側の部屋だと少し暗めかもしれません。 清掃はされていましたが、別途の下などは少し埃があったので完ぺきではないです。 冷蔵庫（冷蔵能力は低めですがあると便利）、金庫もあって助かりました。壁掛けテレビも50インチ以上の大型でNHKプレミアムが入りました。 ベット横のスペースに棚とかあるとよいかと思いました。 シャワースペースは狭いですが、いちおう水がトイレのほうに流れないようガラス扉はついています。ただ念のためダイソーなどでサンダルかビーサン用意したほうがよいです。 ミネラルウォーターのボトルサービスは無く、浄水器が設置されていますが、水の勢いが弱くコップ一杯貯めるのにかなり時間がかかりそうで利用しませんでした。 ルームクリーニングは毎日入ってくれてタイル交換だけでなくベットメイキング、ゴミ清掃もしてくれます。部屋の入口に掃除するかしないか（よくあるドアの外に変える札の電子版）のボタンがあって、これは便利だと思いました。 気になっていた騒音ですが、日本のビジネスホテルとさほど変わらず、特段壁が薄いとも思いませんでしたが（少しは聞こえてきましたが、たまたま騒がしい人に当たらず幸運だったのかも）、廊下からチェックアウトの人でしょうか、しゃべり声などは聞こえてきました。 1つのフロアに部屋がかなりあるので、エレベーターから遠めの部屋を、かつ大通り沿いなので高層階をお願いすると良いかもしれません。 ・サービス フロントは明るく24時間、人が常駐していて、スタッフの方も笑顔で快く対応していただけて良かったです。 気になったのは、トイレが外の駐車場にある（冷房が効いていない）、ルームサービス、コンシェルジュ的なサービスはない（果物ナイフを借りられないか聞いたら無いと断られた、たぶんレストラン予約などもしてくれないと思います）、ぐらいですが、タクシーはすぐに呼んでもらえました。 ・総評 シンガポールグランプリ期間中でかなり割高な宿泊費でしたが、他のホテルと比較しても安価でしたので満足度は高いです。

“Horrible shower experience ”
Very small room, like any other hotels in the same price I assume. What we didn’t like was the shower and the hair dryer. The staff didn’t cleanup the shower drainage properly so when we took shower the water didn’t go through the drainage and water came over to the room. They said there was a tissue and hairs in the drainage but it wasn’t nice hearing and experiencing that. Also the hair dryer code is too short and takes forever to dry hair (I have short hair but still took long time). The location was convenient and the facility was quite new.

“とても清潔綺麗しかし狭い”
価格が安い為か 日本のビジネスホテルの大きさで狭い。ベットだけ大きくて 部屋を占領している。安い為か 質の悪いお客様がおり (多分 若い男女)夜中12半に酔っ払っているのかフロアーで大声を出し各部屋のチャイムを鳴らしまくってきた。安眠妨害である。しれも2泊連続。帰りにフロントにクレームを入れた。 また隣の声が丸聞こえ。壁が薄そうである。タワーの中心側の部屋だったため 光が入らず 薄暗い。 安さに負けたが やはり数千円でも高い部屋にすべきであったと後悔しました。 とても清潔で綺麗なホテルだったのに残念である。

“Be prepared for many things before your stay”
The hotel is clean and new. And the front desk staff is nice enough to clarify my question. No frills, super simple. I totally understand that the hotel might be environmentally conscious. But there are many points you should consider before your stay. - The room is extremely small. This is the smallest room I've ever stayed in. It is no joke that there is almost no space to open your luggage when two people are staying in one room. - Although it's just a few steps away from Rochor station, this station is not convenient to get to/from the airport (please check the MRT route map; then you'll know the reason). Bugis is the station you may use more often, which is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. - Wifi is not stable. Suddenly disconnected. This happened three times during my short stay and I had to ask the staff to restart the system... - Don't expect room amenities.
