“Worse apartment ever”
Be prepared to have thousand dollars in hand besides your booking payment Because every single thing you do in the hotel,which like example pour water accidently or stain the bedsheets etc they will charge you please do not book this apartment rather just book an cheap hotel they won't even charge you this much,regard big time booking this place!!!

“Staff not informing guests properly”
The staff took my documents as a deposit for the entry card but forgot to mention that check out is only possible from 9am so if you have a morning flight you wont be able to get your things back. Room was very small but okay for a night if youre not claustrophobic and dont mind the lack of windows.

“Clean and comfortable”
One of the best smaller hotels. Way surpassed other similar budget hotels. Great furnishing, housewares and a comfortable bed. Overall way pleasant for the price.

“Hard to get sleep during night”
I cannot sleep at night when staying there since there were too much noise (like people were singing karaoke) in next room. I even smelled smoke from the next room.

Spent a day at the hotel and the staff was such a wonderful lady. Assisted through everything and even made the stay super enjoyable by being warm and welcoming. Truly an amazing stay.

“An ideal accommodation ”
If you looking for something ideal for a short stay than Eastbay Suites is for you. The staffs are friendly and accommodating as well, we had our flight arrive into Singapore after midnight so I messaged the hotel informing them that we might be checking in after 2am, the hotel staff was prompt in their response and waited for us. In terms of the rooms, it is very clean. The location was ideal as there were restaurants and cafe close by as well as the MRT station and a mall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked this hotel for my parents to stay in. It's wheelchair friendly and location is good as there are plenty of places to eat around the area and quite easy to commute. However, when my parents checked in from a late flight, the front desk staff complained that she was in a hurry to go home as she had an early shift the next morning. As my parents are old, they can't really move fast. It was quite frustrating that the lady was trying rush us. The rest of the stay was okay, however, the cleaners didn't particularly clean the room. The hair drier provided to was also faulty. A lot of room for improvement.

“Much better transport connections than you'd think. ”
With the newish MRT TE Line (TEL) and the Marine Terrace Station just 300m away, plus lots of buses, you don't have to rely on Grab. Plus plenty of great places to eat very nearby, at all price points.

“Great for both long stay, and...”
...short stay (if you've got guests from other countries in Singapore for a few days but don't have a spare room to accommodate!). Very smiley 😃 place, nice to have the rooftop pool, that's pretty rare. And I find the guests themselves are interesting, sociable and of a higher quality than you'll encounter elsewhere.

“It's still completely unique... ”
...and very new, completed only in 2024. Rooms are tight for 2 people, even for one, but the quality and completeness of the facilities on every floor make up for that. Plus the great staff.

“Great getaway in a quiet neighborhood ”
Very nice and quiet location. And you still very accessible to the amazing area around Joo Chiat with the all the great F&B and also eclectic shops!

Everything was perfect, 3rd time staying at this hotel. However, the downside during this stay was someone managed to open my room door in the middle of the night!!! I shouted at him and the door was closed back immediately. Can’t sleep well after that as the slightest noise will keep me awake 🥲

“Comfortable and chill stay”
The service was ok and room is relatively clean. For it's price it is affordable and chill. Nice locations to many good restaurant and eateries. Just the air con and air con controller keep making some beep sound. Hope they fix it as I like this place a lot!

Arrival late check in & 1 of Indian Lady staff took the initiative to msg & to recomfirm last late check in.Friendly & in details explain all the conditions. Cleanliness Top 1 . Quiet surrounding & highly recommended. Only the room quite small & limited space. Suitable for couples short stay but not long stay use as there's no wardrobe. All the staff shows their courtesy & always out on a smile.

“Disappointing Experience at EastBay Suites Hotel”
I recently stayed at EastBay Suites for the first time, and unfortunately, it left me rather disappointed. The hotel has a very strict policy of allowing a maximum of 2 people per room at all times. Any additional guests, even for a brief moment, incur an extra charge. I was unaware of this policy when booking, and it definitely soured the experience for me. While the hotel itself is decent, this rigid policy felt unnecessarily strict and inconvenient. It would have been helpful if they had made such rules clearer during the booking process, but unfortunately, I was caught off guard. As a result, I wouldn't consider ABC Hotel for any future staycations, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to others. There are plenty of other hotels that offer a more flexible and welcoming environment. Overall, I was left frustrated and disappointed, and EastBay Suites will not be on my list of preferred venues for future stays.

i wiuld like to comment on the front desk lady who kind like threathen me as she told me that theres ciggerattes smell in the room i was in that night before. i only when smoking on the third floor or on the first floor in front of the lobby. i check out at 11 am to change to a new room which is located above me. after putting my items in the room at about 12 afternoon I went out to work and only come home at 12 midnight. However i miss a call on ny watsapp which was only one miss call at 4 pm ? they wanted to collect from me about 100 to 200 sgd but I told them if they found a butt that room i am okay but they already call me so late at 4pm which should already to call me on the spot . Then way she talk where theres kind threatenning

“Eastbay Suites”
The hotel is still very new. The reason I chose this hotel is because they had a pool. But unfortunately the pool wasn’t completed yet and thus it wasn’t accessible. The hotel could have stated to Agoda that the pool is still under renovation. I booked the loft room, the room is nice and cozy unfortunately the stairs leading to the loft is very steep. Other than that the room is very nice and cozy.

“Delightful hotel ”
This delightful hotel is situated within 15 mins walking distance to an MRT station and within 5 mins walk to a bus stop travelling into the city centre. The hotel is thoughtfully equipped with access to hot water for drinks and laundry facilities free for self service. It has a small pool at the top level which is a nice addition. The staff are helpful and friendly, adding to an overall enjoyable stay. Travelled as father and daughter and both will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends.

“If only you hv no other choice ”
Small rooms. Blanket looked very cheap and unpleasant to use. Aircon was not cold . No bedroom slippers so very uncomfortable after shower as there were no floor towels mats as well. Anyway totally not a pleasant stay. There were no where to park as well as only parking available if you are lucky will be by the road sides .

“Poor handling of key deposit”
$10 key deposit need to remind few times to return. Check in level 2 room aircon malfuntion, being down grade to level 1 cheaper room without any cost compensation.

“great stay with minor shopping issues”
the property offered superb value for money with top-notch facilities and a spotless room . the staff were friendly and the pool was a definite highlight . the location was convenient for walking and transport , but lacked shopping options . overall , a fantastic stay with just a minor shopping inconvenience .
