“Comfortable Stay”
Well done to your team members. Thank you Hotel is close to Haram’s gate 79 - 91. If you’re coming out after Safa&Marwa, you would need about 10mins walk back towards Safwah building. I was attended by an understanding receptionist. Felt very welcomed when I arrive. I was glad my room was on a quiet floor, it has enough amenities for my stay. Their housekeepers are helpful and hardworking people. They do offer Queen Bed room. Al Ghufran Lobby is connected to 3 more hotels in the same building. (Al safwah, Al safwah orchid & Dorrar Al Eiman Royal) Food court is located one floor below.

“Good Hotel and location”
Stayed 4 nights, location is excellent as its just 5 minutes stroll through Sawfa Mall to the masjid. Staff are good and helpful and nothing negative to comment on. You get whaht you pay for.

“Excellent experience ”
Exceptional experience at ghufran al sawfa hotel. It is very near to Haram. Very spacious and clean rooms , toilet and all hotel areas. Staff were very friendly and cooperative. Very quick check in and out.

لست معتادا ان اكتب مراجعات عن مكان، لكن الحمد لله اقامتي في فندق صفوة الغفران دفعتني للكتابة،، ما شاء الله حرفية في التعامل و لما وصلت قبل معاد الدخول وكان معاي ابي تركت اغراضي و ادينا العمرة وسجل لي دخول قبل الميعاد،، صدقا انصح به لكل من أراد بفضل الله الراحة والهدوء والنظافة و حسن التعامل

I bought the room from the Agoda Apps choosing the Standard Quad rooms and when i checked in 2 of the rooms are connecting and probably upgraded because the rooms are bigger. Very satisfied with the booking

“Everything is perfect apart from Internet speed”
This hotel has the best location. Clean and top rated. The only problem I had was internet which wasn't stable and very low speed. Normally it's not a concern for pilgrims but as I had to work remotely so it failed badly.

- Very close to masjid. - Wide variety of foods However. - Amenities should be available in the room without having to ask first to the receptionist. - the toilet is a bit old. They have a fixed shower, but it would be better if they have a movable one.

“Drilling issue that couldn't be solved ”
Someone started drilling on the wall of the room at 8 AM which couldn't be stopped until almost 3PM. The hotel staff said that it was the next hotel but couldn't solve the issue. In addition, my daughter misplaced her blanket near the reception. I asked the staff and luggage team but they completely denied seeing it. The next day when I insisted that I wanted to personally visit the lost and found room, the reception staff asked a person to see me who found the blanket in 5 minutes. Very disappointed that we would have lost it if I had not insisted to see the lost and found room the next day

على الرغم من الإزدحام الشديد إلا ان الخدمات راقية الى درجة غير معقولة العاملين بالذات في الإستقبال "لا اسمي احدا" جميعهم على درجة عالية من الاحترافية واللباقة الفندق قريب جدا من الحرم وجميع الخدمات من صيدليات ومطاعم واجهزة صراف اقامة اقرب ماتكون الى منتجع للراحة النفسية شكرا لجميع العاملين
