“Very Bad experience ， Network need Money，Front Bank is Lier ，No Creadit”

Front bank girl ,want with go a breakfast , i wake up on 6:00 am ,she off work .but she say no with me , it is very bad ,no creadit. if her no want , why i wake up on 6:00am . on the end network need money 300peso and only phone can use

“Hotel ”

Made reservation for night out after our day, though in reading reviews the scheduled day of my stay, I decided to Cancel. So did not stay there. Instead we stayed at the Luxent Hotel which was more $ though well worth every penny as it was Exceptional.

extra towel charge us 40 pesos. We are not allowed to have a party inside the room. Unlike other hotels. Very poor service its not a hotel its like a apartelle/motel type of service

too old hotel! Needs renovation...staff are not accomodating...complimentary bottled water are expired we ask the frontdesk clerk for a replacement but they did not give us instead they told us to order and pay for it..wifi connection very expensive and too slow signal! Have very very noisy aircon!!

I picked the hotel for its location near the venues of my seminar and annual convention. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance too. I knew that the rooms were not the best but as long as its clean is fine. First day, room was ok. 2nd day, bathroom had a leak but no hot water So transferred to a new room.

Hotel allegedly had no connection to your company. Was giving us a standard room instead of deluxe room. Initially gave us a room where there was a leak in the bathroom. No free bottled water per day. Although there was a daily newspaper.

Staff at front desk are very inefficient.

The people at the front desk are not very friendly. the hallways of the hotel smells. The room on the other hand really stinks. The linens are not regularly replaced. The bathroom lacks hit and cold shower and the cover of the toilet bowl keeps falling.

We chose this hotel due to its location. It was convenient for us to go places. But I wouldn't stay here anymore. It badly needs renovation. Surprisingly, food was good.

The Hotel was good and easy to find . There was a SPA on the higher floor which gave a good massage. For its price and comfort I can say , Its a money well spent

“bell boy was very nice”

the bell boy who assisted us was very nice,the hotel has friendly staff thou the airconditioner inside the room was too little that it cannot accomodate the room ventilation,may i suggest for them to use a bigger airconditioner bec the room has poor ventilation it was so hot inside the room.i like the bars and restaurant at the lobby.the place was centrally located and easy to find

“Good Hotel”

I would say that my stay at Sir Williams Hotel is simply good value not to mention it is priced cheap compared to other hotels.

it was relaxing. it wasn't the nicest but it was good considering its price. its easy to go to other places as there were public transportation readily available.

it was fine. there are beggars that will follow u near the vicinity. the room was not clean enough and i got a smaller room than what i booked. the pool,gym and spa are not inviting, which gives me more frustration about the hotel

“Forget it”

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Service at reception very bad: the receptionist are only interested in surfing during their work. If you go at the reception they look you badly because you interrupt their surfing. Room not well cleaned at all. And then the third day they forgot to clean my room. I askek to be cleaned tree times. Every hour one time. After 4 hours they came to clean the room. The next day same situation. Breakfast: was included in the price but i had to pay for coffee or water. Unbelieveble. Forget this hotel.

“rundown, no service, ok for a place to sleep”

a rundown hotel, cheap rooms, renovations ongoing. good place to stay for a night or two but don't expect anything other than a place to sleep and shower.

“Location is perfect!”

If you come to Quezon City Sir Williams is the place to stay. Rooms are very spacious also has a night club in the hotel if you don't want to go far or just felling lazy. The staff is terrific. Very friendly. When passing through Quezon City whether it's for leisure or business reasons Sir Williams is the lace.

There was an ongoing constuction in the entrance during my stay. I arrived at 7 am and i requested for an early check in. They charge me 10% based on the selling price for early check in. Receptionist was nice and attendant was also helpful. Lobby was not hotel feel. The place lobby was not well maintain. Room was big but no window. My total stay was just ok. I liked the place because of its location.

Warning do not visit the hotel night club: they will sell you a drink and tell you then aggressively surround you and state there is a minimum charge when you pay your bill, the same way PATPONG behaves

“Ugly but it's being renovated”

aircon was warm. Door was ajar. Dusty place. There's a nightclub in the hotel. Looks like a scary place if you're alone. It's dark and dusty. Staff didn't even have a pair of scissors. Bellman waited for me to give him a tip. There was no hot water.

“Dirty rooms and poor facilities”

First checked into a room without windows. Room was dusty, which caused my wife to suffer rashes. Found out that they do not have hot shower. Called up the front desk as the aircon filter was 'frozen'. Someone came to check and informed that he will check the water heater. However he had only managed to resolve the hot shower issue only after making several calls. Needed to change a room with windows (ie facing streets) as there was no mobile signal. They were a bit reluctant before we managed to change room. Second room was okay, but still a bit dusty and I too start to have rashes on my body. The access point for wifi was faulty. The stuff gave one kind of look when I had to refund the wifi password I had purchased. Had to change room again the next day as there was water leaking from the ceilng. The third room was the worst; Room was manifested with cockroaches, and dusty. Had a very bad experience over there. Not advisable to stay in the room for long.

the hotel is very easy to locate and the location is perfect for me because my appointment is at abs-cbn..i appreciate the location because i only took a tricycle going to abs-cbn which i spent very minimal in regards wd transportation. the billboy is so helpful on me..hes very polite.the room is spacious and the hotel provide hot and cold water for free.

It was an ok hotel for the price. The street it is located on is very busy and has a burned out building right next to it. The hotel is ok for a few days stay especially if you are a foreigner meeting a Filipina. The A.C. in the room was a window unit and didn't work that great. The room smelled like bug spray when we arrived and within 2 days there were roaches in the bathroom. Had problems with the keycard every day. Room service didn't clean the room or replace the towels unless we called them. This may have been because they couldn't get in the room either! Hotel is not very clean. I never did see the pool.

this is not a hotel... though the location was good... our stay was really really bad... the room was so hot !!! the aircon functions like a heater instead of cooling the room it does make our room hot!. i called the fornt desk, the room service to check or even transferred us in a different room but nobody responded to us. we asked for ice... but they said they didnt have any ice to serve... is that a hotel? the pool is dirty, and local calls made are being charged to your account! ...... the beds are hard...

“Basic lodging. Nothing special”

room was pretty basic. clean, but sparse. the staff was ok to deal with, but i don't typically get too involved with the staff other than checking in / checking out. no dramas. not too impressed, but if i were to have occasion to be in the qc area again, i might stay here.

the first impression was disappointing. as soon as we enter the lobby, we can immediately smell the scent of tobacco emitting out of the ktv bar, which is just across the front desk. the good side is the hotel is right smack in the entertainment and restaurant area of quezon city (timog avenue). there's an all u can eat restaurant right in front of the hotel. lots of other good restaurants and fast food places around the vicinity. and it's right beside most of the clubs and comedy bars. all of these clubs and bars are open until the wee hours of the morning.

The toilet needed an exaust. The steam was getting the bedroom floor wet all over. Had to open the front door to steam out

Reception staff friendly however just seemed a little unorganised as they allocated me the wrong room(smaller to what was booked, however quickly rectified without me saying anything (already in room). Need to request room to be serviced,24 hr coffee shop fair however music too loud more disco related.Information with respect to interenet conflicting and confusing, at reception & in business area. Out of date information inview at reception

“Great location but service might still improve”

the receptionists welcomed us with a warm smile on the day of our arrival. they have clean room and toilet yet it requires improvement to attract more customers. they should include toiletries in the bathroom such as soap, shampoo, comb, toothpaste and toothbrush. the room service is quite good and fast but they can still improve. they have great location that is good for business travelers and for those who loves to eat there are stores and restaurants nearby.

Definitely the worst hotel I've ever been! I had to change my hotel after one night in this bad place for the first time in my life.

It was alright for a cheap hotel, not the cleanest in the world but it is a cheap hotel. Compared to the US though it is not worth the money. Good area for bars. Kinda like a Ramada Inn in a bad neighborhood if I was going to compare it to simliar priced hotels in the US.

Also the pool is like a cave, dark and freezing, it would be a lot nicer if it was either outdoors and cold or heated indoors. Sauna is for a charge as well...

the hotel is in good location and easy to find. the receptionists were very accommodating. the room selection is enough for my family .some part of the room were not maintained especially the bathroom's door knob it is broken, , the extra bed was dirty.and the room smells something .I will not recommend this hotel to my friends...

There were lots of dodgy looking folks outside the motel. The room was clean but not sure about mattress - itchy. No window and air quality inside the room was poor. Breakfast was very poor.

“Problems with flooding”

Knowing that I was going into a budget hotel, I didn't expect much. However, waking up with my floor flooded with water from the air conditioning unit (I nearly fell when I slipped) was well beneath my already lowered expectations. Some of my things got wet too. The housekeeping staff were good about it when I complained, but the management at the front desk just wouldn't offer any compensation for the trouble they caused.
