“Aircon NOT working”
This is my first time staying cause I was looking for some place near. Nakaka disappoint cause the room’s AC wasnt working so sobraaaaang init. And shempre Ill ask for asisstance, sobraaaaaaang tagal din ng pagrespond nila. I need to go down multiple times to follow up. I was then btransferred to another room pero i was soooo tired na from duty and all the waiting. So no i wont recommend it

“Value for money hotel in BGC”
I booked im Red Planet BGC coz of its accessibility as I needed to attend a forum in the area. Best decision made coz this hotel is super accessible to a nearby mall, banks, several coffee shops and convenience stores in the area. Plus their lobby area is so spacious and their staff are super nice and polite. They even allowed my request for late check out. The room is very clean, not that spacious if you have lots of luggages but if you just need a simple room to sleep and shower, this hotel is perfect. Really value for money!

The staffs are amazing, they are polite and they always greet you with a smile every time you see them. Affordable for its price considering the location. Clean and cozy. Just wanted to suggest; put a bath mat or a rug outside the bathroom to keep the water from spreading and make the room floor wet after you shower.

The staff were helpful and friendly. I chose this hotel to stay away from the busy BGC district, and it served that purpose well. The walls were a bit thin, but considering the price, it’s a great value for money.
