-it’s my first time to book into a resort na papabayad pa ang simple table or cottage near the pool. - staff needs to relay things to each other para di po maguluhan ang customer nyo, the other staff that i encounter is a bit rude the way she talks.. Not the person we check out because she’s nice. -the pool is very dirty -no alloted cottage or table for eating so you need to eat your food in your room. -ung tubig sa CR sobrang baho, ung nanggagaling sa bidet, amoy patay na daga.. pati rin sa may shower, mejo may amoy na rin.. my kids then enjoy the jetski, salamat kay kuya sobrang maasikaso, and the zip line.. the boys we’re all good in assisting the kids for the rides. thank you

Our overall experience as a young family of 4 with 2 nannies was great. Although the hotel itself is outdated, the very courteous and accommodating staff, and the water and non-water activities made up for it. The facility was under renovation during our stay.

“Need a lot of work better value at other neighboring properties”
Disappointing. At check in I even approved an upgrade....but upgrade was totally not worth it! Room was filthy...sheets were filthy and housekeeping needed work. They refunded me the upgrade cost and I left for another neighboring hotel which was incredible with an equal price thru Agoda

Wonderful view of the sea, the beach is child-friendly, there are water sport activities available. The band music from another place might disturb you if you sleep early. It turns off around 10 and it's just the sound of quiet waves. Location is near tourist spots in ilocos sur. Staff are very helpful.

White sand and lots of water activities to choose from. Building is a bit old. Facilities need to be updated. The nearby building is ongoing renovation. Excited to be back once it's completed. Food is a bit expensive and the free breakfast is so so. Staff are really helpful and friendly.

“Needs upgrading”
The resort is quite far from what you see in the Agoda photos. Service was excellent and staff are very helpful and friendly but the resort itself is not well maintained. Beachfront is dirty, pool water is dirty, furniture are all in need of replacement. No elevator as well, and all 1st floor rooms are under renovation, so I would not recommend for those with elderly guests.

Beachfront wasnt clean , had dog poop and trash floating on its beach. The seawater was a bit unclean as probably it was not raining the water was not clear at all. 5k and breakfast wasnt even a buffet.
