“Decent place in Vigan”

We were a large group. We have about 4 rooms with different head counts. One the standard rooms given to us had faulty air conditioning. My sister and her husband stayed in this room, they also hade their baby with them. I tried asking them if they can change the room since the baby might not be able to sleep because the room was warm ( please note, Vigan at this time was very hot, as in danger of heatstroke hot ), they told me that they couldn't because this was the room that was assigned if booked thru Agoda. What I didn't like about this reply, was the implication that they reserved the "not good" room for Agoda customers. They had on-going construction at the back as well. It is very small "inn", more motel-like. Very limited breakfast, 4 same choices for the time we stayed there. It is also a bit far from the Vigan center and located at a place near locals live. Overall, I wouldn't stay in the place again. But, a thank you to the accommodating bell boy as well as the restaurant server. They did a good job.

Metro Vigan Inn is easy to locate as it is a kilometer or so from the main road and few meters from San Vicente arc. Though it is not in the center of Vigan, ins and outs will not be a problem at all. Service and staff are great. Needs are attended promptly. Special requests are coordinated and executed well. Breakfast can be plated or buffet depending on hotel's occupancy. Parking is provided for guests with cars. Wifi in public areas and even in the room. Not strong but it will do. Hot and cold shower in the toilet, half a roll of tissue (but you can request for additional roll when needed), soap, bath towel, decent bed and blanket, cable tv with RC, closet with hangers, small table and chair in the room can be found. Great hotel to stay while in vigan.

“First Hotel Stay in Vigan”

This may be my first time in Vigan, but I just had a nice time in this place. Simple, but a nice place to stay in the north.

“Fam getaway”

We went up North to Vigan after Christmas for a quick fam getaway. Metro Vigan Inn is nice place away from the Vigan Heritage Village. The staff are nice to transfer us to a new room.

“Hassle free accommodation”

We occupied 2 rooms with 3 bunk beds each. Toilet and bath rooms are outside of the rooms. The place was clean. Food was great. We had breakfast and lunch before leaving. The stairs going to the third floor are a little steep, watch out your little kids especially 5 years younger. And also, make sure your senior companion is still able to climb stairs :) Otherwise, choose other rooms located on the lower floors. Rooms had no windows though. We just stayed there for the night so not a big issue for us. The staffs were very accommodating. Easy process for checking in and checking out. Parking area was safe.

“Vigan adventure”

We arrived at the inn already late. We used up our time exploring Vigan before checking in. The hotel staff at the reception desk was very helpful. She accommodated my request for an extra room (triple with extra bed). I didn't have a hard time confirming the accommodation I got thru agoda. :) The room we got was basic. The toiletries offered was just several bars of soap and towels. The water was either way too hot or not hot at all. The toilet did not have a seat. :( The bed was firm, but with only one pillow. Although I was able to request extra pillows at no extra charge. The sheets looked clean and smelled like fabric softener. The aircon was working. :) The breakfast was basic "silog". But of course, I had to order the vigan longanisa with sinangag and itlog (si-log). The coffee was good. :) The wifi was non existent. :(

The hotel is located outside Vigan City, but it's not a problem since it is accessible to tricycles. If you want to check in early (before 10am), they will charge you with PhP 500. We were allowed to check in by 1pm. Pros: - Staff are accommodating. - Good quality of sleep (I like their pillows) - Breakfast included. - Parking area Cons - No cable due to typhoon - With bath tub but drain stopper is defective - Room lighting (its quite dark for me) Anyway, I would still stay in this hotel if ever we'll go back in Vigan. The affordable price plus the good quality of service they provide is more than enough. There is an ongoing expansion at Metro Vigan Inn to serve their clients better.

Cable/tv wasnt working but it wasnt their fault. We went there after the typhoons and not all networks were fixed yet. Great food! they can even serve it to your room for free! 😊

“Budget friendly and super sulit stay”

Me and my family stayed in Metro Vigan Inn for 2 nights and it was super sulit. The rates are affordable with above good service compared to other places within the same price range. The staff are also polite and very accommodating.

The room was full of mosquitoes, wifi connection was poor, no TV remote. water heater does not work properly.

Visited vigan last september 2016 with my family and my girlfriend. Stayed in this inn for 1 night. Rooms are okay,not quite big but clean. The toilet is seperated from our room,and i find it illogical in my own honesy opinion. 3/5 stars. Worth the money.

“Not recommended”

The inn is located outside of town so all guests has no choice except to take a 20-minute tricycle ride ( 50 pesos). The town do not have taxi services. The WI-FI speed is unreliable and extremely slow. Although the inn offers internet connections, it is not functional most of the time. Despite numerous requests to fix the WI-FI problem, the staffs simply just ignored our repeated complains. The staffs just don't give a damn. I will recommend to all guests to book their reservation inside the town to avoid the inconvenience of riding tricycle that can accommodate 2 riding passengers only. In addition to many ants in my room, the cable TV reception is also poor.

During 3 nights stay in this hotel, i can say that the staff was very accommodating.the room was spacious and clean just enough to roam around. the shower was slow pace. About complementary breakfast, for me its okey but for 3 days its the same meal that we took(marinated dried fish) because we dont want to have problem in our stomach if we choose oily foods. and lastly, the location of the hotel, for me, though its just 4 minutes outside vigan the fare is very expensive.

“2 Day Stay”

Overall the stay was fair. The bed & rooms were ok a bit outdated. A few upgrades with the bathroom sink & have the hot water properly work. Location it's a 10-15min tricycle ride to Vigans main attractions. You can feel the bed springs but rooms can fit 3 single beds. Wifi doesn't work in the rooms you have to be outside the lobby to use the wifi.

“Cozy Room”

My stay was fine and relaxing the only thing that i was not confortable is the set up of the heater on the shower.. It makes me difficult to use it because of the heater. But overall the hotel is recommended for those having their short trips vacations

Very frustrating due to the following: 1. Poor water supply 2. Assigened comfort room was outside of our room. 3. Unsrable wifi connection 4. Unsafe parking area. 5. Poor cooling system

Location is good,room rate is better than others, food is good, service is good, staffs are friendly. The room is quite big, although the hot shower really gets so hot, however, Vigan is quite a hot place, you really don't need hot shower. Over all, this hotel is recommended.

“ An affordable in where you can satisfy your stay”

its fun. We enjoy the stay and we really enjoy the food especially the pakbet in bagnet and sisig bagnet. The dorm type room is just suited for us and we really appreciate that the kid is for free. It is near the town proper (Calle Crisologo) which take less than 10 minutes drive. The cafe help a lot for the kid who always want to eat and it is affordable. Yet, the comfort room is outside the room. Anyway it is clean and have good supply of water. I love it.

Hotel Stay was great except for some hot and cold shower facility is not working, maybe because of the low water pressure, and that's another problem I observed, mahina ang tubig nila, but overall, our stay was great. The rooms were all equipped with the hotel basics like a comfy bed and pillow, cabinets, air conditioning unit and TV. They serve delicious breakfast too. For travelers bringing cars, they have ample parking space for your vehicle, just like ours, the huge Coaster was securely parked inside hotel's vicinity.
