“Needs updating badly”
The two bedroom apartment had many broken worn out rusted and dirty things in it. There was no air conditioning in the main room just in the bedrooms which worked fine. Water pressure was very low and very hard to take a warm shower. TV was very small. This place needs an overhaul and update.

“Stinks like rotten eggs”
The shower smelled very bad... no water preasure... every where mosquito... notvery clean... ac was poor too...

“Excellent staff!”
The staff at this resort is really what sets it apart from other places. Anything you need, just ask and they will help. If you have any trouble with your room, let them know and they will work out a solution. I booked a bungalow and was pleased to find there was cooking pans and dishware available for use. Drinking water was provided in a cooler. Beers and sodas are available to purchase near the reception desk. The pool was great to cool off in during the afternoon, it's nicely shaded and peaceful. I would stay again Sir.

“Careful with laundry service ”
Everything was fantastic except their laundry service. We were out of clothes. We turned our laundry in early morning. Assuming it would be done by afternoon or evening. It wasn't. Minor inconvenience. We made the best of the situation. Staff was very apologetic. Otherwise, everything here is great.

“Near Alona Beach ”
Near Alona Beach walking distance to many restaurants and Alona Beach. Excellent friendly staff! They take great care of you and have access to anything you need.

“Decent place”
Had a nice stay here. It is a bit worn down inside the rooms, but the pool was nice and clean and the staff is really helpful and polite. Would stay here again if I come back to Panglao.

“Really Cozy Place! ”
Staff were very hospitable and easy to communicate with when you have problems or need extra assistance. The whole resort is quaint and peaceful. Budget friendly, and although amenities and facilities are not as great looking as other resorts, they gave us more comfort and functionality. If you’re looking for a resort to get peace and quiet rather than socialization or night life, this one is for you.

“Excellent value stay in a quiet location of the High Street”
Good location 10 minute walk to the beach and a third of the price of a luxury hotel on the beach and half the price of a standard hotel on the beach. Extremely friendly staff that really tried to help you with any queries or questions. Thank you to reception team who are always smiling April, Rochelle and Brittany

“Great budget option ”
Happy, friendly and bubbly staff. This is a quiet and friendly place to stay, 10 mins walk to the main beach, and just off the main road. No restaurant on site but plenty near by, at the end of the drive turn left and enter the hotel next door for a good choice of breakfasts.

“Facilities need a major upgrade”
staff was friendly, but we didnt have internet the first couple of days. Loud kids in the pool. Property is very run down and in need of a major re-haul. Staff was friendly.

“Good”
We stayed for 3 nights at this residence. Overall, very good value for money. On the first day, we noticed that the window was broken and couldn't close, but they promptly arranged for it to be repaired the next day. Besides that, the cleanliness was satisfactory, towels were available, and the hotel's location is very good. We also rented a scooter on-site. I would recommend it.

繁忙期で1泊11万円で予約しましたが、場所や宿の状態がきれいで満足しています。 4人家族用のファミリールームは部屋2つ+リビング1つ+トイレ2つです。 プールも深いところは170cmくらいあると思います。 静かで良いです。
