“Incredible Views and Luxurious Property.”
What a pleasant surprise this visit was! The panoramic view from the lawn and the main restaurant alone is worth coming here. You have to see it to believe it. Again, it is jaw dropping level. The rooms were far better than the other PCs, as it is obviously a new property. The staff was polite and attentive. The breakfast buffet was decent and above all, not oily. I wish the owners would renovate their other hotels to this standard already. Other PCs are all outdated and Hotel One is a disaster. We came from a night at Hotel One Bhurban and it felt like a one star motel. So this hotel really lifted our spirits again. I would highly recommend this as a destination for a quick vacation, or a point from where to move on to the exquisite Neelam Valley. The only criticism I can offer is to have stop with the live music (loud and cheap) in the restaurant. It spoiled our high tea experience and we left dinner because of it. The view (again!) is so amazing, all you need is some good instrumental background sound.

“Nice Comfy Stay”
The hotel is one and only and they enjoy the status. Sometimes it seems they need a competition. As competitors make price falls and facilities to rise. Facilities like Iron and tea making pots in rooms are must in a five star, but they don’t bother for it. Marcopolo is the only Resturant to eat and when the hotel gets busy they serve food in 2 hours, which is ridiculous. Breakfast is good but choices are same everyday. Overall a good experience as u feel comfy and relaxed. The location of the hotel is the best thing it is enjoying.

“Family trip in off season (Ramzan)”
Hotel was very quite, hardly few other rooms occupied along with our rooms. Beautiful location, good food, friendly staff sharing full guidance to explore kashmir. Superb stay, even we enjoyed more then PC bhurban.

Ideally located. Value for money. However room for improvement wrt facilities like Swimming Pool, Sauna/Spa.

Limited facilities. Doesnt deseeve a 5 star status....fit for 2 star...dinner buffet had same menu everyday.
