“good location”
good location with easy access from the high way near parking and good restaurantsGrand floor room facing street with the cartain alway closed not to be seen by the passengers.Grand floor room facing streets so always cartains are to be closed not to be seen from the passengers. Breakfast is good. Pitty that there is no vegitables. Near city hall, easy to go to shopping and to go to good restaurants nearby. When it rained, hotel staff said "there is no umbrella" to be improved for the customers who have no umbrella.

“Good, modern family-friendly with value for money”
The hotel is a 4-star hotel, reasonably priced and has rooms for triple and quadruple occupancy. We got a room for the three of us (couple with daughter). Buffet breakfast included, sauna, air conditioned rooms and lobby and good location made this stay convenient and comfortable for a reasonable price. Also the public parking (reasonably priced also) is just across.Hotel location is a bit away from the center and railway station. The area is not the best -opposite the abandoned Sfinx china factory. Checking in times took long (20 minutes)We enjoyed staying in this hotel. It is modern and has many of the conveniences we looked for, at reasonable distance from the center and at reasonable price. The key attraction for us was the triple room, air conditioning (in the hot summer with temperatures over 30 degrees), breakfast bar and wifi all included, with nearby parking and the sauna represented an added benefit.

“Bastion Hotel Maastricht”
Very clean and spacious room and toilet. Love the hair shampoo and body soap. Provides very comfortable pillows with choices.I could not get CNN or BBC Channels.A pleasant hotel with walking distance to the train station which is very convenient for tourists arriving by international flights from Schipol Airport. Easy to take a bus to the city with a bus stop very near by. Useful for tourists who do not want to use the expensive taxis. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room where I stayed is spacious with all the necessary facilities. Bathroom is well equiped. However, the room cost could be very expensive during the festive season.

“Bastion Hotel Maastricht”
I like the toilet which is clean and has all the necessary facilities like hairdryer, hair and body shampoo, magnifying mirror etc.None that I think of, except the CNN Channel was not working.The hotel is walking distance to the train station which is advantage for tourists coming from international flights from Schipol Airport. The room is of reasonable size with a great bed which has various types of pillows for comfort. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. One can take a bus to the city centre easily as the bus stop is close by.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, wir könnten Maastricht zu Fuß erkunden. Restaurants gab es auch in der Nähe. Es ist sehr ruhig und das Parkhaus war nur um die Ecke.

“Kein 4**** Hotel”
Wir verbrachten hier eine Nacht und kamen nachts sehr spät an. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Tiefgarage in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Zimmer ist sehr ungemütlich. Das mag an den Farben Schwarz und rot liegen.. Im Bad fanden wir lediglich 2 Seifenstücke und zwei mini shampooos. Keine Becher für die Zahnbürste usw. Die Decke des Bades war spakig. Für den Preis 208€ Habe ich mehr erwartet. Wegen der Kürze des Aufenthalts kann ich aber nicht alles beurteilen.

Sehr kleine Zimmer mit marginaler Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die Kategorie `****´ ist keinesfalls gerechtfertigt! Gutes Frühstück, sehr guter Kaffee, sehr kompetentes und hilfsbereites Personal! Die AGODA- Website vermittelt vermeintliche Raumgröße sowie nicht realisierbare Wahlleistungen (z.B. Raucherzimmer) und angebliche 80%ige Preisersparniss. Das ist unverständlich und irreführend.

“Zentral gelegenes Hotel”
Zentrale LageHotel liegt nicht weit weg vom Zentrum von Maastricht mit vielen Bars und Restaurantes. Hotel verfügt über einen eignenen kleinen Raucherraum mit Billiardtisch. Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und ausreichend groß. Parkplatz ist in einer ca. 3 min entfernten öffenlichen Parkgarage die nicht sehr teuer ist. Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind eher laut, da ein Pflasterstein als Strasse benutzt wurde.

Locatie perfect, maar hotel is zeer verouderd. Lage plafonds, kleine benauwde kamer, lift kapot waardoor je dwars door ontbijtruimte naar de lift moest.

“Goed en ontspannen ”
Alles prima geregeld. Goede bedden en schone kamer. Parkeren is duur maar dat weet je. Een klein minpuntje was dat we achteraf de plaatselijke belasting moesten betalen terwijl op onze reservering stond dat alle kosten en plaatselijke belasting in de prijs inbegrepen was. Werdt overigens netjes berekend.

Prima ligging , dicht bij centrum, wel toe aan een opknap beurtje , verf, vloer eetzaal etc. Ontbijt wel erg uitgebreid maar niet heel erg lekker ! Parkeer plek om de hoek , erg handig !

“Bad veel te klein”
Kregen eerste instantie een kamer met douche terwijl we met bad besteld hadden. Dit werd echter goed verholpen. Personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. Kamer was schoon, maar niet bijzonder. Wel goede bedden. Bad echter veel te klein.

“dichtbij het centrum”
centraal gelegen, schoon, vriendelijkwij zijn hier een nachtje geweest om te winkelen en de dag erop te skiën in landgraaf. In de lounge was een rek met kortings kaartjes voor diverse uitjes (tip) in het hotel een prima verblijf gehad.

“Prima hotel voor een citytrip”
In het centrum, parkeermogelijkheid.Prima hotel voor als je alleen een overnachting wilt. Ligt midden in het centrum, dus lekker centraal. Ontbijt is prima verzorgt en de service is ok.

ligging super, mooie prijs/kwalteit verhouding, vriendelijk personeelhotel met zakelijke uistraling jaren 80 stijl, behoeft renovatie /verfrissing. Goede keuze als je lekker de stad in wil zonder bus/taxi. voor kort verblijf aanrader. Volgende keer weer dit hotel, goed bevallen.

“Verblijf in Bastio Holel Maastricht is aan te beve”
De ligging van het hotel (in de stad met veel parkeerruimte) is zeker een van de voordelen. De aandacht die je als gast krijgt is hartverwarmend.GeenDe ligging van het Bastion hotel is zeer gunstig. Midden in de stad en toch rustig gelegen met veel parkeerruimte tegenover ht hotel. Kamers zijn prima toegerust, goede keuken. De aandacht die je als gast krijgt is hartverwarmend. Zal het hotel bij een volgende bezoek zeker weer overwegen.

“Goede lokatie, prima hotel!”
Super lokatie, parkeergarage om de hoek voor 9 euro per nacht, lekker ontbijtbuffet.Bij late aankomst is de parkeergarage volDit hotel is een prima uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen maastricht, het ligt erg dicht bij de markt dus winkelen en uitgaan is op loopafstand. Kamers zijn prima, service is goed en ontbijtbuffet is uitgebreid. Kamers zijn ok, badkamer is ook netjes. Zeker een aanrader, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding ook.

“Estadia no hotel Bastian Maastricht ”
Localização (muito perto do centro da cidade). Pessoal simpático e acolhedor.Pequeno-almoço muito, muito pobre. Má insonorização dos quartos.Quanto a mim, o hotel não merece, de modo algum, a atribuição de quatro estrelas. Hotel antigo, quartos bastante pequenos e decoração muito antiquada. O pequeno-almoço não se coaduna com um hotel de quatro estrelas, o pão fornecido era de pacote, não havia um único bolo, não havia leite quente, os ovos mexidos eram péssimos, etc. O único ponto positivo que posso referir é a localização. O hotel está a 200 metros do centro da cidade.

“Been waken up by fire alarm at night”
i have stayed in this hotel during a weekend. although i realized that to find cheap to medium prices hotels in maastricht was almost impossible, i still expected a better service from bastion deluxe. the hotel was small and so was the room. the furniture was placed in a strange way that you could not find yourself very comfortable moving around in the room. the decoration was gloomy. no bell boys. on saturday night we were waken up by a fire alarm. every guest went down to the lobby and the reception staff explained the guests in dutch only what was going on. some other english speaking guests had to ask from firemen and the answer was that someone might smoke in the room and set off the fire alarm. the alarm still continued for a while after the firemen left. nothing bad happened that night but it showed a lot how much the staff cared about all their guests. plus there was no apologies when checking out the next day, as if it was a very normal thing happening usually.
