“ホスピタリティが素晴らしいスタッフ”
初めての宿泊でしたが思っていた以上に寛げました。ダウンタウン方面の移動もグラブを使えば直ぐですし、シュエダゴンパゴダも近く観光にも便利。 何よりスタッフの笑顔と対応が素晴らしい。 次回もリピート確定⁉︎ それ程良いホテル、朝食もバラエティーがあり美味しかったです。

“朝食のローストビーフがなくなった”
部屋の清潔さ、立地の良さは素晴らしい。トイレ、洗面台、シャワーとバスタブがきっちり扉で区切られているのは日本人好みだろう。せっかくバスタブ付きなのに真横に便器があって入る気がなくなる、といっことはない。 残念なのは、最近朝食ビュッフェのローストビーフがなくなったこと。とても美味しかっただけに残念だ。

“やや問題がありました”
いつも利用させて頂いていますが、素晴らしいホテルです。 今回残念だったのは水の出が不安定でシャワーが急に熱くなったりした事とトイレの洗いシャワーが壊れていたことです。

“1万円のホテルならここが最高”
ヤンゴンで1万円のホテルを選ぶならここが一番いいでしょう。清潔、Wifi快適、水回りも万全、虫が出ない、停電しない、と設備に関して問題点はありません。 ホテルの前が湖畔の公園になっており、湖沿いに歩いてシェゴタン・パゴダまで行けます。 不満点としては、こちらから申し出るまでハウスキーピングしてくれなかったこと。4泊したのですが毎日フロントに電話して清掃をお願いしていました。

全てが最高でした。スタッフが親切で本当に楽しかった。ホテルにないサービスでもスタッフが気持ちよく行ってくれるのも本当に有り難かったです。朝食も各国の料理が用意されているのと、2泊目はメニューも変わっていて飽きずに美味しく頂きました。WiFiも速いし、プールも気持ち良かった。ホテルとは関係ないけど両替は空港のレートが物凄く良いです。市内1ドル2100チャット、空港1ドル3300、これだけ違うのには驚いた

“まずまず”
湖の目の前にあり、部屋からの景観に関しては良いと思います。（部屋によるのであらかじめリクエストしておくと良いかも） 部屋の大きさ、設備に関してはベーシックな部屋でしたが、全く問題なく、むしろ良いと感じました。 一方、調書に関しては品数はまあまあありましたが、似たようなものが重複していたり種類という点ではイマイチかなと感じました。 ホテル全体としては値段相当と思われます。 最後にホテル出発がAM４時でしたが、Grabが全く捕まらず焦りました。早朝出発の場合はあらかじめ予約しておいた方がベターかと思います。

“教えたくないホテル”
開業当時より使用していますが便利なロケーションで隣のビルにはMarket Place by Citi martも入っています。スタッフも非常に親切丁寧でいごこちのよい、設備・食事すべてが満点です。余りお勧めすると混んでしまうので本当は教えたくないホテルです。

部屋は新しく清潔、バスタブ付きでシャワー室も広く、もちろんトイレとシャワーは別スペース。ホテル前の湖畔には遊歩道が整備されており、気持ちよく散歩できる。1万円前後の価格帯ではヤンゴンで最高のホテルだと思う。

“スタッフの対応に少しがっかり”

“8日間の滞在楽しめました”
今回コロナ前から3年ぶりの訪緬です。安全を考慮して遠出せずにホテルに連泊です。 目の前の湖に遊歩道が整備されていて朝の散歩はとても気持ちが良いです。散歩後の朝風呂も最高です。まさかミャンマーでこれほどの癒しを得られるとは思いませんでした。 朝食はビュッフェです。とても品数が多く、毎日メニューを変えながら8日間充分に楽しめました。ホテルスタッフの心配りもとても良いです。 まだまだ観光客が少ないため、プールも貸切状態です。なのでとても優雅に楽しめました。 またホテルフロントには、日本語が堪能なスタッフもおられますので、非常に安心出来ました。いつも気にかけて頂き本当に感謝です。 ホテル近くに飲食店がもう少し有れば、言うことはございません。 また次も利用させていただきますね！

ガンドジー湖のほとりに立つ環境の良い新しく豪華なホテル。 日本に帰国する最終日２泊しましたがとにかくすばらいしいの一言！ ダウンタウン中心部とどちらのエリアにしようか迷いましたがこちらを選んで正解！！ ダウンタウンからは一日３便無料シャトルバスが出ており不便さを感じませんし、 ヤンゴン国際空港行きの無料バスも一日２便出ています。 一人で泊まるのには広すぎるくらいのお部屋は、常に清潔に保たれています。 多くの口コミに記載されていますが、ホスピタリティも申し分ありません。 朝食もたくさんの種類で食べきれませんでした。 ちなみにいくつか５つ星ホテルはありますが、施設が新しいので私はだんぜんこちらのホテルがお勧めです。 またヤンゴンに行く機会があれば必ずこのホテルに泊まるでしょう。

“クラブルームのコスパ高い！”
ヤンゴン最終日だったのでちょっと奮発してクラブにしましたが大正解。フロアはきれいだしサービス良かった。湖上レストランの予約を頼んだら最前列の特別席だったし、6～8時はラウンジでアルコールも無料＆おつまみとデザートも見つくろって持って来てくれた。空港への送迎も高級車で快適。みな笑顔でやさしい。ミャンマーはいい国だったなとキモと良く帰国できました。

2泊しました。１階のホテル入口にセキュリティーゲートがあります。 （実際はスロープを上がった所なので2階？）から、エレベーターに乗って4階がフロントです 部屋は、エグゼクティブフロアにアップグレードして貰えました 新しい事もあって水回りがとてもいい、風呂、トイレ、洗面はTOTOです トイレはウォッシュレットでは無く、手動式のやつ手動式ウォッシュレットの水圧がとても弱すぎで、修理してもらおうと思ったら、ホースの元に調整ありました お風呂は湯船が、とても大きく日本人にはありがたい、水圧も問題ない水が始め少し茶色い時がある、シャワーはレインとハンドがあります また、タオルが気持ちいい 朝食は、4階のレストランで、洋、中、印、ミャンマー料理と和が少し、品数も豊富です 夕食も1回レストランで食べました、ブッフェとアラカルトが有り、アラカルトで肉料理を注文、タブレットで写真を見ながら注文出来ます プールがいい感じで、2日とも行きましたタオルは隣のフィットネスジム受付で借りられ、カンドージ湖かよく見えます。 ただ、写真撮影する客が多く落ち着かないのと、タバコOKなのか？吸う人何人かいて禁煙者にはちょっとダメ スタッフも優秀と思う、直ぐに対応してくれるし説明も丁寧でした ホテルの周りは、１階のエントランス出て左に行くと、こじんまりとしたショピングセンターが有ってレストランも4、5軒入っていた、シャン料理、火鍋、タイ料理、ケンタッキーとか、ホテルの周りもブラブラしましたが、コンビニは右手通りの向かいにあります、ただヤンゴン全般信号が少なすぎて、渡るの怖い あとホテルの前の通りはすごく渋滞してます、特に夕方がひどい

Room size is huge. Breakfast is amazing. Location is convenient. Staff are friendly and the hotel is clean.

“最高の1泊2日を両親にプレゼントしてくれてありがとうございます:)”
親の初めての海外旅行なので、ヤンゴンのどのホテルに行くべきか、さまざまなレビューやホテルを比較していると、比較的韓国人の口コミは少ないものの、ずっと惹かれていたウィンダムホテルを最終的に選びました。やはりその選択は正しかったです！ 両親二人だけで行くので心配になり、事前にホテル側にお願いの言葉を伝えたところ、リバービューの部屋を提供してくれ、非常に親切に対応してくれました。 むしろ韓国人があまりいないため、より異国情緒あふれるミャンマー本来の雰囲気を楽しめたようで、とても良かったと言っています:) 施設や朝食など、どれも欠けることなく、とても気に入ったとのことです。 両親に最高の2日を提供してくれたウィンダムグランドホテルに感謝します^^
