“Great staff great location!”
The staff in this hotel are all very helpful and friendly. Big thanks to Shariff! The food is nice and the room is clean n spacious! Easy transfer to n fro airport. You will be well taken care of.

“Overnight Stay”
Hotel Jen provided transfer to and from the airport. We reached Male at night so we had to stay overnight there. It was a quick boat ride and then we had to walk about 3 minutes after alighting from the ferry to the hotel. The room itself was rather old and not as spacious. Floors did not feel clean. The highlight was the breakfast, there was a good spread. Since we were staying for a night only, I would not recommend somebody to spend almost $400 to stay here.

“Male Transfer Hotel”
We booked this hotel because it had a pool and we wanted to be able to swim. The breakfast was good for Male. The room was slightly small for the price but very clean. In a great location with a free shuttle transfer to/from the airport in less than 10mins, which is all you really want. . For the price we would probably try somewhere else nearby next time and not worry about the pool. But if your looking for a place with a roof top pool this is one of the best. Ps be aware that Male is a dry island.

“Wet Floor”
I had bad experience when i woke up in the morning and i found all my floor in bed room was wet. I have checked that door in balcony was closed but no idea the water was coming from.

“High price but no other options.”
Very good service by staff. Super breakfast. Lovely sitting out on balcony in the morning but warning lot of salt spray comes in if you leave balcony door open. Comfy beds and nice bathroom but we had some difficulty controlling ac.

“The best hotel in male city”
We booked 2 days bfr we stay in resort. It is nearby to the jetty. 2-3 mins walk. Accessible to move around as shops are about nearby. But def no pram friendly. Which we don mind either. The hotel food is marvellous. The breakfast buffet spread is varieties. I love the tuna curry so much. I am gonna miss the flavour. The chefs, waitressess are friendly. They make my daughter smile n happy. They change the bedsheet for u which is impt for me as my baby love to dirty the bed. The room temp is fantastic. The pool is small. don expect huge pool. Otherwise i will def comebck again for Jen. Great hospitality.

“すごく良い”
We stayed 8th floor, very ugly contruction view. The room is fine and the transportation service is very well organised, the staffs are very friendly. But the hotel itself is small and not look like the “ shiny “ photos on web, don’t expect too much !

“Good location, clean but expensive 😊”
Located in center of everything in malé ...walking distance to shops, cafe and harbour..clean hotel , nice room , attentive staffs but a bit expensive since there is not much option for hotel in malé ( quick tips : there are nice cafes near the hotel with 1/3 price from the price of the hotel restaurants)

“poor wifi conection but good location”
honestly i think this hotel very lousy maintaines and very poor wifi connection, the electricity break down few times in the afternoon very irritating.. i think i might not consider stay at Hotel Jen if i back to male city

“Best Hotel with Great Service”
We are stay here for night before leaving Maldive. We had got a delay boat transfer from our resort, however, the person from Hotel Jen did an extended service to contact the resort to confirm my arrival time. Great service and they put consumer at the core of their business.

“Super over-priced”
A very old hotel with just basic facilities, room not clean, location ok as Male is small and everything is concentrate near the pier. If the free transfer from and to airport is not provided, must not stay in this hotel, totally over-priced.

A very comfortable and relaxed spot to spend a night and a morning before live aboard trip. Great breakfast and rooftop infinity pool for a chilled start to the holiday.

“Location very good. Staff helpful. Male has some good sites to visit during transit to resort”
Some local coffee shops serving international brews are exceptional and walking distance from Jen. To have a guide for the day is very useful

“Short 'transfer' stay in Male city”
Good location if you need 1 night stay e.g. between flight and transfer to another island. One of few hotels in Male which offers swimming pool, however the cleanliness is of it is rather disappointing. We asked for an extra bed and they gave us a room with no possibility to put it in. Air-conditioning was not working properly - our floor in the room became completely wet after 2 hours - we needed to change the room. We did not hear a simple word 'sorry' - the staff seemed to be frustrated that they had to provide an alternative room. Definitely I would not call it a 4* hotel.

Excellent location with clean nicely appointed rooms. Small but well equipped gym and a pool complement these. Staff were very helpful and flexible arranging transport and knowledgeable providing information. Breakfast offered a good selection of local and international foods.

“Just for a layover before flying to island”
Recommended by our travel agent. Not really worth it (price vs. room quality) Only stayed for like 6 hours so hard to judge quality.

“すごく良い”
I was staying in the hotel for a night for next day transit to the island. The hotel is ok in terms of location and staff are Friendly. Re cleanliness in the room, it can improve as I found a dead cockroach in the room near the balcony door and the toilet wasn't flush after last person used when I first got into the room.

“good hotel for transit”
We just transit 1 night here and depart to island at the next day, everything is fine here .

“disappointed ”
everything is ok but the bed is so bad . a slight move causes a big sound that makes me and my brother could not sleep for the whole night. also the shampoo body wash and conditioner smells so bad . literally like poo (i guess its overdue lavender). but the staff is very nice friendly and helpful.

“Very enjoyable stay at Hotel Jen Malé”
Really enjoyed our brief (2 night) stay at Hotel Jen. Hotel is ideally located one block (2 minutes) from the Malé waterfront and close to boat and ferry transfer points. Very clean hotel and staff were friendly and willing to help. Could not fault facilities or room. We were fortunate to have a 12th floor room with uninterrupted views of the water front and the nearby airport on Hulhulé Island. Be mindful that views from rooms on the lower levels may be blocked by buildings opposite.

“Wonderful hotel very well located”
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel which was nice and clean. The location of the hotel was ideal for our business meetings. Hotel also offered very nice breakfast. I would definitely return to the hotel when in the same area next.

“Don't expect much from their seaview room”
Even you're on the highest floor, there's a building in front of you and blocked quite a part of your room, so don't expect too much as in photo showing in here. But staff are nice, helpful and the swimming pool is very nice too.

“Food & Staff need improvement”
Staff can be more attentive, the follow up on tours need several calls to check and end up tour fully booked. Food service needs improvement on food hygiene and observe a good practice of food preparation and proper cooking & holding temperature. Room and hotel is clean, great location!

“Male stopover”
If you have to break your journey in Male this is a good 4* option. Clean modern rooms, very friendly staff, unpretentious restaurant, with a somewhat limited menu, but fresh and well prepared dishes. Very accommodating for a late checkout.
