“静かなオフィス街に佇む一級ホテル”
2人で泊まったのですが、恐ろしく広い（50m2）部屋に止まることができました。 プールやジムも当然のように備えてますし、コインランドリーもあります。 朝食のビュッフェはクオリティが高く、日本人の口にも合うものが多かったです。 KLCC公園までは歩いてすぐですし、少し歩けば大きな百貨店があります。 これらサービスやロケーションの割に、値段はかなりリーズナブルなので、非常にオススメできるホテルです。

“スタッフは悪くないのに残念”
ホテルすぐに新しくできたMRT駅もあり、スタッフは皆親切。残念なのは毎日どこかに不具合のアナウンスが入ります。テレビ映らない、水がでない、工事の騒音など。また三泊まではシーツなどは変えない感じです。ちょっとした買い物、コンビニがないので、スコールが長引くと食事も厳しいかもしれません。

立地がとても良くKLCC駅すぐでした。スタッフのみなさんもとても親切で快適に過ごすことができ感謝しております。 贅沢を言えば朝食のメニューが代わり映えしなかったことで、滞在中とても美味しくいただきました。

「パーダナ クアラルンプール シティ センター (Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre)」を利用する日本の方は、パック旅行ではなく個人旅行をする方が多いでしょう。このことを前提に感想を書きます。 まず、「パーダナ クアラルンプール シティ センター (Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre)」はKLCCエリアにあり、ペトロナスツインタワーのあるスリアKLCCにも徒歩で１０分、LRT５で１駅の近さにあり、ブキビンタンへもGOKL01で簡単に行くことができます。 旅行雑誌やネットには「クアラルンプールのホテルは日本に比べ比較的安く宿泊できるので、超一流ホテルへ宿泊しては。」と高級ホテル、宿泊費の高額なホテルへの宿泊を勧めています。しかし、日本国内で超一流ホテルや旅館を常に利用していない個人旅行者には不向きで、「パーダナ クアラルンプール シティ センター (Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre)」のようなホテルの方が活用しやすいと思います。生活も、旅行も、身の丈に合った振る舞いをすることが最も楽しく気を使うこともなく過ごすことができると思います。この点で、この「パーダナ クアラルンプール シティ センター (Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre)」は有力はホテルの一つになるのではないかと思います。 次にこの「パーダナ クアラルンプール シティ センター (Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre)」は、旅行社やホテル検索サイトでは「ホテル」として扱っていますが、「パーダナ クアラルンプール シティ センター (Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre)」はアパートメントホテルですと自己紹介しています。アパートメントホテルなので、同じ室料のホテルより広いですが、同じ室料のコンドミニアムよりは狭いです。 良い点 ① KLCCエリアに位置しています。スリアKLCCやツインタワー、KLCC公園に徒歩圏内、LRT5１駅。ダブルツリーbyヒルトン・クアラルンプールの入っているザ・インターマーク・モールへも徒歩５・６分です。 ➁ KLIA(クアラルンプール国際空港)から13.70ＲＭ/人でホテルに到着することができる。KLIA⇒(ERL7)⇒Putrajaya Sentral⇒(MRT12)⇒Persiaran KLCC⇒徒歩（50m）⇒ホテル ➂ ホテルの近くに、LRT5(Ampang Park駅)、MRT12(Persiaran KLCC駅)、GOKL01(Citibank駅)があります。「バトゥ洞窟(Batu Caves)」や「プトラモスク(Putra Mosque)」もMRT12で簡単にアクセスできます。「マスジット・ジャメ(Masjid Jamek)」や KL Sentral にはLRT5１本で行くことができます。 ④ プールが広い。もっと広いプールのあるホテルもありますが、非常に使いやすいと思います。ムスリムの方の利用が多いですが、人が多くても何の問題も感じることなく泳いだり、くつろいだりすることができます。 ⑤ 廊下が広い。 ⑥ 朝ごはんが美味しい。 ⑦ １つの階には12室しかなく、1番狭い部屋で50m²もあり、広い部屋は4倍の193m²もあり3ベッドルーム、3バスルームもあります。（よくある一般的なホテルであれば、１つの階に26室はある広さです） ⑧ 夕方雷雨があった時のことですが、小雨になり霧雨の中をホテルに着くとドアマンの方がフェイスタオルを渡してくれました。 良くない点 ① 無料のシャトルバスが11時と15時に出ているのですが、フロントの方はこちらが聞かないと説明はされません。張り紙に気づかなければ知らないままです。また、張り紙はフロントの一番奥にあり、英語で書かれていると気づきにくいものです。また乗車は、前日に予約しないと乗れないので、利用はなかなか難しいと思います。 ➁ ある日、「PLASE MAKE UP ROOM」の札を出しておいたのですが、外出から戻ると部屋は掃除されていませんでした。フロントへ、プールへ行っている1時間の間に部屋を掃除しておいてくれるように頼みました。1時間後、部屋は掃除されていました。もしかしたら「PLASE MAKE UP ROOM」の札を「PLASE DO NOT DISTURB」の札と勘違いしたのかもしれません。どの部屋も札を出していないし、札を出している部屋は「PLASE DO NOT DISTURB」の札が掲げてありました。また、フロントの方は「今日は、忙しかった（BUSY)からですね。」と答えました。日本ならあり得ませんね。日本では出来ていて当たり前のことを、海外では出来ていたら超ラッキーととらえる心構えが必要です。 ➂ ある程度掃除はされていますが、築年数としては相当経過しているように感じます。特に洗面台下部の木棚は、日本であればもう10年以上前に改修しているであろうほどぼろぼろになっています。数日の宿泊なら気になるかもしれませんが、しばらくいると家と同じ感覚になってきますので気にならなくなります。 なお、この立地、部屋の広さ、交通の便利さ、食事付き、料金のホテルを見つけることはなかなか困難だと思います。 いろいろ書きましたが、参考にしていただければと思います。

朝のブュッフェも問題ありません。 プールのシャワーが暖かければ、5点かなです。場所は駅近くとてもよいです。

“スタジオタイプの部屋で快適でした”
部屋には電子レンジ等の滞在に必要な機材は一式揃っていました。部屋も広く快適に過ごすことが出来ました。洗面の蛇口から水漏れが止まらす゛フロントに修理を求めたのですが、結局二泊の間修理されることはなく、不満が残りました。朝食レストランは、一旦ホテルを出て隣の建物の一階にあります。メニューの種類が多く満足の朝食でした。

◉位置 5分程度にコンビニ(KK mart）あり、10分程度にツインタワーなので、立地に文句ない。 ただ中心部で道路混むので、Grab呼ぶと必ず待つので、時間の余裕を持った方が良い。 ◉部屋/設備 ジムにサンドバッグあったのが嬉しい。 部屋は広くて綺麗！ただ古い感じがする。 トイレ🚽押すと音がするので、高い建物だから水圧の問題かな？と思いました。スタッフさんに伝えるとすぐに対応してくれました。

“住むように滞在できるホテル”
ホテルなのですが部屋は1LDKタイプのキッチン付きで住むように滞在することが出来ました。 MRTのPersiaran KLCC駅から徒歩１分、ツインタワーまで徒歩圏の好立地で、買い物にも食事にもとても便利です。 リノベーションから10年経過しており、設備が古くなっている面もありますが、宿泊費からしたら満足です。

“再び訪れたホテルです。”
1階のレストランの親切なスタッフがとても印象に残り、再び訪れたホテルです。今回もいらっしゃいました。親切なスタッフとして写真を載せたいのですが、写真はアップできませんでした。料理の皿を片付けてくださり、テーブルの案内もしてくださり、少し年配の方に見えました。その方のおかげで子供と良い思い出ができ、再訪することになりました。価格に対して非常に良いホテルです。欠点を挙げるとすれば、プールの水はあまり綺麗ではない点ですが、冷たい水ではなくて良いです。次回もまた訪れたいです。場所もMRTの間にあり、ツインタワーも徒歩10分程度で行けるので良いです！

立地、スタツフの対応、清潔感、コスパはとてもよかったと思います。ドアマンの笑顔にはいつも癒されました。朝食も種類豊富で美味しかったです。3泊でしたが、とてもよい時間を過ごすことができました。あえていうなら、水回りは改善してほしいです。洗面所の蛇口の水が、構造上床まで流れてしまい、毎日床がびしょびしょ。滑って危ないし、スリッパもびしょびしょになりました。シャワーからの水も外にでてしまうことが多く、なおのこと床かびしょびしょでした。あと、浴槽がせっかくありましたが、熱いお湯は長くはでず、ぬるいお湯につかるしかなく残念でした。それ以外はとても満足でした。

スタッフの方は皆さん親切でとても良く、朝食の焼き立てのクロワッサンがすごく美味しかったです。 徒歩15分ほどのKLCCパークという公園まで行くと、隣接しているペトロナスツインタワーまで行けます。

“年季の入ったホテルですね！”
チェックインの対応は、混雑していてもマイペースです！お客さんが慌てないので良いですね！部屋は、清潔にされていました！しかし、トイレとシャワールームは、少し修理が必要ではというレベルになってきているように思います！トイレタンクへの給水音はかなり大きくて気になりました！駐車場が無料なのが非常に良いですね！

“towel…”
two person stay there are only two bus towels. no face towel no hand towel I asked front whether you can serve towels or not, she answered need to pay extra charge. so I don't reccomend this hotel.

50平米と広く寝室と居室に分かれるコンドスタイル。キッチン、大型冷蔵庫、バスタブそして外に出れるベランダがついております。備え付けテレビが少し小さい。 枕もとに電源が無くUSBコンセントも無いので長めのコードと充電プラグも持参の必要がありますあります。

“立地は良いと思います。”
他の方の投稿にもありましたが、築年が古いので、新しい建物にはあるような装備はありません。ですが、手入れはされているので、私の泊まった部屋はとても清潔でした。 古い設備、というのは、電灯のスイッチは手元になかったりします。あとハブラシ、髭剃りなどもアメニティとしては置かれていませんので、用意が必要です。 地下鉄のPersiaran KLCC駅入口までは、ホテル出て１分くらい。KJLまでは、Ampang Park駅は３分位です。特にPersiaran KLCC駅は、夜だとクアラルンプールタワーとペトロナスツインタワーが同時に見えます。 パビリオンや、アロー通りには、公共機関を使って行くのは少し不便かもしれません。 レイトチェックアウトにも対応してもらえますが、夕方くらいなら、初めから１泊分余分に予約したほうが安い場合もあるかもしれません。

“良かったけど”
停電でエレベーターがとまり1日部屋に上がれなくなる。電子錠のため部屋にも入れない。 シャワーはお湯が途中で出なくなる。 朝ごはんも美味しく、部屋とコスパは悪く無い。

“なんだかなぁ”
コインランドリーもあるということで、宿泊しましたが、コインを入れても動かず、フィジーから来たという家族が色々親切に教えてくれましたが、結局動かず、フロントへ行くとなんだかだと言われて2時間待ってようやく洗濯できました。あとバスタブはお湯が抜ける、お湯はすぐぬるくなる。設備が古いのが難点かなぁ。他はまずまず。地下鉄の駅が近くて便利なのは良かったと思います。

“駅に近く朝食がおいしいおすすめホテル”
MRT Presiaran KLCC駅からは1分程度、KTM Ampang Park駅からは3分程度と駅からのアクセスも良く、KLCC、ペトロナスツインタワーへも近く、歩いて行けます。 ホテル・レストランのスタッフの対応はすばらしく、部屋も清潔で広く気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 朝食もとても美味しかったです。 ただ一つ残念だったのは浴槽で、浴槽に入れるお湯の水質が悪く、お湯が途中で温くなったり、浴槽の排水が悪かったところで、改善を期待します。 次回もまた利用したいおすすめホテルです。

“おすすめ！”
スタッフの方々ほとんどは親しみがあり、部屋は広く清潔で、朝食は美味しく、また滞在したいと思いました。お水は毎日4本頂けました。洗濯乾燥機がどちらもお金かかるので頻繁には洗濯できませんが、まとめて4〜5日分は綺麗になると思います。ツインタワーまで徒歩圏内でかなり便利でした。また滞在したいです！

“夜景のうつくしいホテル”
部屋は十分な大きさです。清潔でバスタブには熱いお湯がたっぷりためられます。 何と言っても素晴らしいのはベランダからの夜景です。KLタワーの色の変化を十分に楽しめます。 朝食はビュフェスタイルで様々な料理があります。おすすめは、レストラン内で焼き上げる小さめのデニッシュです。焼きたての良い香り食欲をかきたてます。 残念なのはジュースが搾りたてではなく、市販のものを使っているという事です。 部屋の掃除の時間も午後4時過ぎですこし遅く感じました。 徒歩10分程度のところにSuria KLLというモールがあります。ISETAN があり日本食のデリカもあるので助かりました。ロケーションは抜群だと思います。

“新しい駅から徒歩1分！”
KLCCのツインタワーまで徒歩5分！噴水ショーを最後まで見ても徒歩で帰れます。窓からはツインタワーは見られませんが、プールの端から1/4だけ見られます。 空港からは新しくできた電車を使えば最安値で到着。その新しい駅から徒歩1分。再来確定です！

たくさんの口コミを何度も何度も読みました。そして、私はこのホテルを選びました。スタッフさんも笑顔😃と優しい接し方がとても心地よく快適なホテル滞在をしています。お掃除も行き届いている広い部屋で本当に快適に過ごしています。他の口コミにもありましたが、朝食の焼き立てパンは格別に美味しくて満足感タップリ🥐🍞その他のお料理も美味しく頂いてます。後数日滞在しますが、朝食を楽しみにしています。次回の滞在も検討したいと思っています。

夫婦と一歳半の子供と利用しました。 値段は安く基本的に満足です。 風呂、トイレの水廻りは清潔とは言えないかなと思います。 それと、給湯器(？)がスイッチを押さないと出ないということをフロントで教えてもらえるとありがたかったです。

“古く不清潔で不便な造り”
場所は良いがホテル全体が古く不清潔だった。コンセントの位置も不便。次回は宿泊しない。

KLCCに近く、とても便利です。 メトロの駅にも近く、部屋も広くて小さいキッチンも付いています。
