“We stayed for a few hours”
Had to take this hotel because our flight got delayed. this review may not help much. we only took this room to keep our bags and use the bathroom

“Worst customer care”
We were dropped by grab driver in other hotel and I didn’t knew they have another branch hotel which has same name and address and I asked reception and they asked me money to drop me in there hotel which was rediculous.

“No window, bad communication ”
If you arrive late in the night, you don't want to be transferred to another hotel 4 km away, even less after endless telephone calls of the receptionist who didn't explain her plans to you but let you stand yawning in front of her desk while you thought they arranged another room here.... The hotel EC double star 50m to the west looks the same but has a much better service and friendlier staff.
