“Simple but excellent”
Great location, parking was easy and the parking to lobby was very accessible. Made it easy for us with kids. Location is accessible and thete was a 24 hr mart just opposite the hotel. There was also an Ibis Mart below. The rooms are just the right size for us and our 2 kids, very clean, comfy beds and a bathroom that wasn't too big or small. For the price, I thought it was a steal. Literally in the city centre. Would def stay here again if I come to KL.

“KL staycation”
Stayed at ibis Hotel KLCC and had a great experience overall. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a lovely view of the city. Parking was hassle-free with complimentary access, which was a huge plus in KL. “Good stay at Ibis”
It was good stay at Ibis, good location,very clean rooms. The breakfast was really nice with lots of options, but less for vegetarians. We were at high floor - 30 , it had nice view.

“Must pay for parking”
Check in all okey have submitted for parking but when i want to checkout the staff said the registered for car not availb.. so i must paid rm28.. why must paid bcoz i stay at the same hotel?? Huhh!! The staff women work at morning very rude..

“Good experience ”
There were few things that were missing in the room like a cupboard , an andriod television( Non- malaysians can enjoy and access the entertainment). The location was extremely convinient and the breakfast was good .

“Hygiene should be improved ”
The pillows are smelly, and the soundproofing is bad as i can hear the talking and walking sound outside the room. Btw, the place which the hairdryer hanging is annoying, causing my hand tired

“Worth the money”
All is good. Gym and swimming pool is just nice for simple workout for us couple. Nearby MRT, which is very convenient to travel. Breakfast is good, even though standard with other hotels.
