Aircond not service & tv not Fumctioning well. Not wortth it for money.

“Worst hotel of my life”
For a start, the hotel is extremely run down and dirty. The receptionist tried to cheat money and ask me to pay extra tax which was covered n paid. No toiletries, everything was extremely dirty. Room smell of cigarettes and extremely dirty. Worst ever ever ever place to stay. Dishonest staff and extremely run down place with nothing nearby.

“My First Disappointing Experience among Agoda Hotel ”
Fist time, i met the front desk staff act like Zootopia, exactly. Every time your ask questions, he will have to say i will answer you in 10 minuets time. Facilities are bad, 2nd floor is leaking, no warm shower, parking very limited, front desk ask for RM10 compulsory tip for himself, becoz when we ask for receipt, he reluctant to give. By the way, I m season traveler, this is the first time in my life for such bad comments.

“Budget hotel near Nirwana2 ”
What was Good 1. Location is near my intended destination, at Nirwana2. 2. Room rate is affordable. What needs to Improve 1. Pictures taken during their early days are not current and tend to be deceiving to new guests. 2. Already rundown and needed urgent maintenance. 3. Public parking is limited in this area. 4. Weekend surcharge of RM10.00 was not mentioned in Agoda. 5. If not for the overnight stay and being closest to my destination, I would give this place a miss.

it just another hotel oyo except they forget to cover the name. give me a room that have broken door which mean it can't be locked. dirty beddings. they may request extra money for late check in but it not been stated in the advertisement.

“The hotel condition is not as what we saw in picture”
Very bad condition look hotel not well maintain, a night of full night mare.. You only can stay for sleep. Feel not so good for my personal opinion.

“Terrible experience ”
They have strict policy of checking in at 2pm, otherwise pay money. You arrive early, you have to wait. Staf very good & very friendly. Facilities sucking. During my stay, electricity went off & I was in dark for 2 hrs. No one knows the root cause. Unable to restore, they transferred me to another room. OK for me. But no compensation for inconvenience caused. The room door broken like alligators mouth. Room size very compact, hard to move around.

“Cheap hotel for transit or long stay”
This hotel is very cheap with the same price as hostel accommodation. They provide basic facilities. We only stayed there to sleep. The hotel is in a good location, easy to get parking at night. Good budget for a short trip.

Complaint Regarding Unsatisfactory Stay at Kuala Lumpur Hotel Dear Agoda Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely poor in several aspects. Firstly, there was excessive noise disturbance throughout my stay, which greatly affected my comfort and sleep quality. Secondly, the rooms were notably cramped and lacked adequate space, making it challenging to move around comfortably. Thirdly, I was disappointed to discover additional charges imposed on me, including a tourism tax of 30 Malaysian Ringgit and a weekend booking fee of 30 Malaysian Ringgit. Such fees were not transparently communicated during the booking process and came as an unwelcome surprise. Furthermore, the staff's attitude and service were exceptionally poor, adding to my overall dissatisfaction with the experience. This marks the first time I have booked through Agoda, and unfortunately, it may also be the last. I have previously utilized other booking platforms with much better results, and I am inclined to return to those in the future. “"IMOPRTANT" "DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL !!!!!!"”
The worst experience you can ever imagine , there is something each and everyone could learn and take note if you really have to book with this hotel , first of all , even you have book and paid in agoda , they will say your room was taken and force you to pay extra for a " bigger " eventually we found out is not a bigger room at all , is the same room that we book and when you enter the room the smell the humidity hits you right in the face , secondly there is a late check in fee of 20 ringgit you have to pay if you check in later then 12pm , we have been calling the hotel numbers of times that we would be checking in late however no one answer the call , lastly the toilet was the lowest standard of all century there is no hot water , the walls and everywhere is mod and dirty , all furniture in the room are broken and unusable , In conclusion, the i-Hotel Kuala Lumpur is a veritable house of horrors that should be avoided at all costs. Save yourself the agony and book elsewhere unless you enjoy subjecting yourself to torture disguised as a hotel stay.

“Best hotel at its price!”
We had a problem with our booking since it was a holiday, but it was understandable. If you’re arriving overseas and book online, I suggest to contact their number so you can secure your booking. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. We slept and rested pleasantly.

“Teruk, terlalu teruk”
Dah book melalui agoda. Dari jauh datang KL sampai hotel lebih 12 malam, nak surcharge RM20. Hujung minggu, nak surcharge RM10. Ada je benda nak surcharge padahal customer dah bayar melalui apps. Tak pernah lagi duduk mana-mana hotel ada polisi surcharge macam ni.
