What a fantastic hotel! We ended our extending our stay to a week. Great location directly on the Mekong (rare!), but with easy access to town using the on-call shuttle service. The room was very spacious, with very high ceilings and nice balcony. Grounds were very relaxing indeed - loved watching the sunset that other tourists must travel in a boat to see! Breakfast also exceeded our expectations, with plenty of cooked Asian dishes as well as Western staples. Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a 'relaxful' experience!

We were there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The other good thing is that the hotel has its shuttle service which takes you to the city centre (about 10 minutes drive), airport etc. free of charge. The shuttle also picks you from the city.

The hotel is located little out from bustling city, however the backyard is simply sit on to Mekong river makes so pleasant and serene (exceptionally in the mornings) the weather in Dec is so good with mist surrounded. The hotel is new and offering plenty of handy services from back and forth transport to airport railway stations and city visits. The staffs very kind and accommodating, the buffet breakfast is delicious local cuisine and also little western mix. The only little off was the communication where not all staffs are good in English besides front desk. Good place for all, thanks you relaxful for our lovely holiday.. one should consider if you dropby to Lunag Prabang.

“Service is horrible ”
Service is horrible especially the waitress. They are not in hurry to do anything right for example she came over and asked to clean the table and it ended up cleaning half of the table and the rest without finishing up the rest. The front desk clerks would ignore you unless you asking for it. Low on toilet paper by the end of the day. Of course, no warm water in the evening. I believe the staff is genuinely nice but bad training from management.

Also provided transport to and from town centre and other local areas which was handy. Room was big, and view of the river is lovely from the restaurant area. Would stay again if we were to visit Luang Prabang again

“Good river view hotel”
It’s really nice river view from the hotel. Everything is goôd, but breakfast should be improved

“Fun times in Luang Prabang ”
Great hotel, king room very spacious and comfortable. They have only been open about two months and are trying very hard to get everything in order. The staff are super helpful, the breakfast was okay, nothing special. We were a group of six and really enjoyed our time there. My only con was, it was cash only, they had neglected to set up a credit card option.

“Great place right at the shore of the Mekong River”
Beautiful new Hotel in Luang Prabang, Good breakfast, great attention from the staff and management of the hotel to ensure our stay was pleasant. Amazing views of the river and the sunset. Would definitely recommend.

중심부에서 조금 떨어져있지만 무료버스를 수시로 이용할수있어서 편리했습니다. LP에 3번째 방문했는데 다른 호텔에 비해 가성비가 좋았어요. 조식이 조금 아쉽지만 메콩강 뷰로 기본적으로 분위기가 좋아요.
