“Nice ”
Excellent location near Roma termini / Room and bathroom were very clean and warm / We stayed in a room with a rooftop window - Had excellent sky view with starts all around . Would definitely recommend this . Little far from Roma termini - 20 min walking distance .

“great location if you want to walk tomain train station”
This was a great place.To stay. We had a great breakfast and room was very clean. It was a quick overnight stay and we wanted to be within walking distance of the train station. About a 10 minute walk. We would stay here again.

“Basic Hotel”
10 min. walk to Roma Termini. Staffs are nice. It requires 100 euro cash deposit. Tax has to be paid in cash. The WIFI is fast ( I had to watch Youtube in 144p in the other hotel).

“Bedbugs!!!”
On the morning after spending the night at Camelia we woke up covered in bedbug bites (pictures look something gruesome; and unfortunately, "textbook" pictures of bedbug bites - followed by a lot of discomfort). We left immediately and complained - but still have not received any compensation or even a proper response

Wonderful Hotel. Great Staff. Perhaps they should consider streaming one channel in english. When we got back to the hotel after sightseeing all day, it would have been nice to just chill in front of the tv until falling asleep.

“Good location and great stay”
Location is good as it’s about 5-10mins from the main train station, and it’s near to several bus stops too. Staff is friendly, facilities are ok.

Nice Hotel in a good location. One of the staff stood out amongst the others in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. Was happy with our stay, the mattress was a bit worn and uncomfortable but I didn't raise this with staff so they did not have the opportunity to fix that for me. Otherwise all good.

“Not very good experience ”
We stayed in this hotel for three days. The reception staffs are all very nice and gentleman. Breakfast is good, and staffs made coffee. The location is close to the train station. HOWEVER, When I was doing my makeup morning, the cleaning staff swiped in without knocking. I accepted her sincere apology. What makes us feel DISSATISFIED is that: When we returned to our room the next day, there were FOOTPRINTS on the PILLOW!!! We were shocked and contacted the reception, and soon a man came to check on the situation and change the pillowcase. The man was not wearing hotel uniform. Although he said he was sorry, we DID NOT feel it. His face was expressionless and he looked in a hurry . We asked why, but didn't know the reason until we left. It is worth mentioning that on the first night when we checked in, we saw small flying insects in our room. Our friends told us that there were small insects like ants in their room. Hope the hotel can do better for future customers.

Great location, friendly staff. Paid for breakfast but could not enjoy it on one of the day as I have to leave hotel as early as 6am.. hotel staff offer to pack breakfast to go despite it was out of breakfast hours. Kudos for the service!

“Friendly staff and good location”
This hotel is just in front of the police station . therefor no need to worry about your safety. It also surrounded by many local restaurant and Metro is very close with 5 mins walks. Highly recommend!

“Faultless small ( not too small ) hotel”
Would recommend to anyone that wants to walk Rome. Pity they can't do anything about the rain.

We could get a better hotel at this price I feel …you can look for best western or SINA BERNINI BRISTOL…good location hotel and neat and clean with good breakfast I’m sure …but you can stay here if you don’t get any other hotel

The refrigerator and hair dryer did not work, we informed them several times, but they did not care, and our food was spoiled .Out of the 5 nights of our stay, the elevator was broken for 3 days.

“It’s very clean but…”
Honestly this hotel was fine. It was very very clean. My two problems are that we booked for 7 days and our window looked out onto garbage cans. Every. Single. Night. We fell asleep to people throwing away bottles and trash. We couldn’t open our window for fresh air. Multiple times a night from around 11 pm to 5:00 am a garbage truck would come to pick up the trash. One night? I could deal. But 7? No. Just. No. Secondly, the bathroom. Listen. Sometimes a bidet just doesn’t fit. Don’t try to squeeze it in. The door to the bathroom did not open all the way. It opened only half way becuase of the bidet. The shower was the smallest tiniest shower ever. I’m overweight I know. I squeeze into small things all the time. I understand that my size is my problem. However, I literally couldn’t squeeze into it without scraping my belly. This bathroom, though totally clean is ridiculous. Get the bidet out! Don’t have windows going out to a dumpster.

“You cant be bad in both rooms”
I stayed in this hotel on 4th and 5th Nov 17. Two different rooms double and single.. Both room had serious problems in the Toilets and bathroom. The Shower head were not cleaned may be for months. Toilet flush was not functional... it was told it can be repaired soon... Single room there was not window to the room... it was closed box.. be careful see what room in allocated to you. Terrible considering the great location of this hotel and exiting reviews of this hotel in Agoda and other portals.

“Very nice hotel with great staff”
We stayed in Camelia for 5 nights. Rooms were clean and hotel staff was really nice. Breakfast were also super good!

Very well maintained hotel. Clean and strategically situated in Termini and other important landmarks within Rome. The only drawback is you cannot eat inside the room, no free water and coffee. But, should you still wish to eat at the hotel after a long tiring day - there is an area where you can eat :) Overall: very good value for money and service is very good. Safety is perfect as well, in front is the police capital office.

“Nice hotel”
Staff, CoffeeCamelia Hotel is located about half a nile from Rome's central station. You will have to drag through the city footpaths a bit. Its a small property and is priced a bit high (compared to other similar properties in Europe - but then, all others in Rome are priced high too). The gentleman at front desk was very kind, nice and cheerful. Breakfast is ok. Coffee machine near the reception is nice ($ 0.5 per cup).

“Very friendly staff”
Excellent location. Many resturants around.When we arrived the hotel, we were greeted by the front desk. The staff was very friendly and guide us on the map during check-in. The room assigned on the top floor with a small courtyard that was very special. However, the room was very small. The breakfast quality was good and the staff in the resturant were friendly and helpful.

“Kind staffs and good location”
Location staff cleanessIt was very comfortable staying at Camelia. It was just a night but if i visit Firenze again i am sure i will stay here. Very close to the SMN station and nice staffs. The room was little bit old but clean.

“Quaint Room”
Size of Room, quality of breakfast and locationWe had the attic room and loved the quaintness of exposed beams and skylight letting the sun into the room. It had electric shutters which we closed at night. There was plenty of space and the bed was a bit too firm for my back, but my husband loved it. The breakfast was great and varied and there was a large Supermarket over the road, which was very handy. We were close to Restaurants and a 5 minute walk to Termini Train station.

“Comfy, clean and cosy”
Cleanliness of rooms, well maintained, locationThe stay was awesome - the room was clean, well maintained, spacious and very comfortable (it's extremely value for money). The hotel is opposite a police station (safe!) and it is situated between 2 metro stations (termini and repubblica). I will definitely choose to stay there when I'm back in Rome. I felt safe as a solo female traveller staying there.

“To noisy”
Nice hotel , great staff, but feel like I am on a bus stop , it is so noisy. I have been trying to contact Agoda but they are not responding. Seeing as I purchased hotel room from them they should show some responsibility
