“ロケーションのみ”
なにかと便利なガンダリアシティに隣接しているという１点だけに泊まる価値を見出せる。 基本的なホテルとしての価値観は価格ほどではない。 昔はシングルユースを前提とした部屋しか無かったが、最近はツインの部屋を設けたりしているが部屋の設備そのものはシングルを前提としている。 例えば電気はマスターを切るとトイレやバスルームの電気も付ける事は出来ない、しかしマスターを付けると室内の電気もついてしまう。 ちゃんと予約時に大人2人小さな子供1人と予約しているにも関わらず子供用のバスタオルも用意されていない。 タオルも灰色がかっている。 家族で泊まる上には不便この上ない。

“ロケーション最高”
とても、新しく綺麗なホテルでした。また、ガンダリアシティへのアクセスも良く平日でも週末でも、楽しめると思います。ロケーションも良いことから、宿泊費が高いのは仕方ないかも知れませんが、また、宿泊したいホテルの一つです。

“ベストなホテルでした”
ジャカルタでいくつか泊まった中で、ベストなホテルでした。掃除が行き届いておりどこも清潔、スタッフもいつも笑顔で親切でスマート、ガンダリアモールにも直結していたので立地も抜群です。ジャカルタ南部に来る際はまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

“ロケーションが良く快適な滞在が可能”
ジャカルタ市内にあり、中心部への移動もそれ程遠くなく、デパートに隣接しているので、便利が良い。 未だ新しい事もあり、室内も綺麗で快適。 但し、ホテル内のレストランが充実しているとは言えないが、それなり。 又、オプション(フラワーアレンジメント等)の設定がなく、外部業者とのコントラクトがない事から、現金での前払いが必要との融通が利かない事がマイナス。 それ以外は問題ない。

“ショッピングには最適であり、優雅に過ごせる”
Gandaria City(ﾃﾞﾊﾟｰﾄ)に隣接している為、ショッピングには最適。 デパートに隣接しているものの、騒がしさがなく、ホテル内は清潔で落ち着いた雰囲気で良い。 朝食も種類が豊富であり、飽きのない味に仕上がっている。 部屋も綺麗にまとまっているので、次の機会があれば、宿泊したい。

“新しく、綺麗なホテル”
未だopenしたてで、部屋、建物が綺麗である。 室内も清潔であった。 ルームサービスでビールをオーダーしたものの、栓抜きがホテルで1個しかない?との事から、オーダーした瓶ビールの栓を空けられてしまうという事があったので、栓抜きぐらい、何本か持ってて欲しかった事があったが、全体を通して、満足レベル。 隣接のGanndaria Cityへのアクセスも簡単で良かった。

“2015年11月。出来立て。モール隣接で便利。”
出来立て。プール&ジム 大きい。メガショッピンングモール隣接。プレオープニングで宿泊。当然、部屋も施設も綺麗。１階のバーラウンジは出来てましたが、まだ2階のレストランは出来上がってませんでしたので朝食は最上階のシェラトンラウンジで食べました。プールは大きく、ジムもとても大きかったです。エクササイズする方にはとても充実したホテルになるでしょう。隣接して、メガモールのガンダリアモールがあり、歩いて直接行けますので、食べるもののチョイス、スーパーマッケットその他、買い物、必需品、なにも困ることはありません。 少し、中心部より離れますので、渋滞に巻き込まれる可能性が無いわけではありません。

Happy banget stay disini, bener2 selangkah sama mall, tentu anak2 happy juga bisa seharian main kalo cape bisa langsung istirahat. Kolam renang nya juga luassss, dan yang paling juara emang service nya sih, kita dapet compliment yang gak disangka2 as part of service recovery. Resto nya enak banget jujurrrrr, pokoknya kalau ada kesempatan mau banget balik lagi ke Sheraton ini. Good job !!!!

“Good facilities hotel”
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They greeted us warmly upon arrival and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Room service was prompt, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The hotel features a beautiful infinity pool, a well-equipped gym, and a relaxing spa I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachside getaway. Would love to come back again!

“Very good”
Luxury hotel, conveniently attached to Gandaria City Mall. A bit inconvenient to get the parking stamp, so ended up just paying for parking on the second day. Overall, very very nice hotel.

“Pleasant stay with great hospitality”
We were staying for 1 night. We were bringing our 3 months old baby with us, and we got the room at the 11th floor. We heard a strange sound/noise in the room ( later on it was found out that there was a problem with the smoke detector which causes the sound ). We asked to be moved to a different room, the staff was very responsive and look for an immediate available room. We were surprised that we were given a Sheraton club Room at the 20th floor where we also got access to the lounge for a dinner and breakfast. Had a good sleep with 2 double beds and a quiet room. We also got the breakfast at Anigre restaurant with more variaties of food available. Eventhough there was no Vanilla ice cream at the stand, the staff specially provided me with a vanilla ice cream even though I said no worries ( sincere appreciation to the staff at this hotel ) Got to tried the swimming pool but it was not heated, so was quite cold because the weather was quite cloudy at the time. The staff hospitality at this hotel was simply outstanding. definitely recommended for all traveller.

One of the best hotels in Jakarta. Sheraton is not only luxurious and professional. They manage to make the experience comfortable and homey. There may be many hotels with the best hardware and facilities. But Sheraton finds a way to make us feel like family and welcome.

Nice hotel, excellent staffs, especially staffs at restaurant and bar, super friendly, perfect service, overall I must say it's much better than many other 5 star hotels. We definitely wanted to stay with them again in our future trips.

Great ambiance and services. Only the complimentary sweets that being sent to room should be earlier (to be put in the room) not an hour after checked in, which I already about to sleep

“Best Hotel in south of Jakarta ”
Hotel bersih , disebelah Mall Gandaria City , bantal dan kualitas bed sheets nya lembut sekali . Tidur nyaman , dan restoran Breakfast nya .. Besttt !! Menu makanan nya sangat beragam .. meski lokasi memang agak macet . Tapi masih OK . Akan kembali lagi secepatnya .

Check in jam 10.30.pas kamarnya ready jd uda bs lgs early checkin. Kamarnya didekorasi dng cantik. Very warm welcome. Tau bawa anak kecil lgs dikirimin perlengkapan mandi anak&sleeper anak (tanpa diminta) Kamar bersihhh banget dan luxury. Dikasi compliment masuk ke sheraron club bisa santai2 makan minum unlimited all day long di lounge vip. saat dinner bisa enjoy dinner buffet & minum red wine for free. Fasilitas gym keren abis bersih dan komplit. Nyambung sama mall gancit pula jadi seru buat shopping & cari makan. We will be back ❤❤

“素晴らしいホテル”
久しぶりのジャカルタ訪問。以前住んでいたポンドックインダー近辺のホテルという決め手だったが、とても気持ち良く滞在できた。クラブフロアの食事は予想を上回り、スタッフの方も大変親切だった。 以前のジャカルタと新しいジャカルタをめぐる旅行を気持ちよく過ごすことができた。
