“Wonderful getaway”
Did a 2 night stay with 3 children. Villa was spacious and enjoyable. Staffs were fantastic and helpful. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous.

Well maintained and ample privacy. Pool was clean and villa was in good shape. Fully air conditioned and a full kitchen . Good for kids

“Great accom for family”
First time booking this accom and the service provided was exceptionally great. It was raining most of our stay there but the resort has boardgames, and indoor activities in their nearby premises. The staff, esp Mr Verry, were friendly and accommodating. Will consider coming here again! Food at the Mayang Sari restaurant can be improved as it is quite pricey.

“Great STAY”
Beautiful 3-bedroom private pool villa. They provided us with buggy too. It’s very useful as the villa is inside the nirwana gardens which is very huge. Buggy is essential otherwise they have shuttle bus that goes around the resort.

“Will be back”
Very good service. Good location with plenty of activities. Cleanliness can be improved but not too bad. The mahjong set should be renewed. Its stained. We rented it but didnt use it. Staffs are very polite and attentive. 5 star for the service! Our villa has good sunset view. Will be back in the future.

“Nice quiet getaway”
Nice place for a quiet getaway with family and friends. The staff were very helpful and service was impeccable. The facilities are nice, if a bit dated. Prices are not cheap, but I suppose it is par for the course.

“A pleasant stay @ Indra Maya”
We booked 3 bedroom villa & got Tortoise F. We were given 6 seater buggy for our own use within Nirwana Gardens. The villa was a single storey with 1 master room & 2 other rooms and a swimming pool. Everything was good except cleanliness. Will come again.

“3 Bedroom Seafront Villa ”
The Villa is well maintained internally and the pool is very clean and inviting. Am rather impressed with the bathrooms (there are 4 of them) as they are modern 4-5stars hotel standards so its a big plus for a villa (as some would be more aged and have old fixtures, tiles, shower areas, etc). The service levels are also top as the Resort Staff made us felt very welcome. It is also situated nearest to arguably the best Seafood Restaurant (Kelong Seafood) at Bintan Resorts Area. Overall a very pleasant stay and will def visit again!

“The price doesn't match what you get.”
The location forces us to spend all our time and money inside the resort. The breakfast is very basic, and there are no water sports facilities.

“A great Villa for family holidays”
Booked 2 villas for my entire family with 3 toddlers and everyone was blown away by the service and facilities. Fuss free pick up from arrival at ferry terminal, every single staff all smiles and eager to assist. We even ordered in-Villa bbq with more than enough food and a personal chef to cook for us. Food is delicious and you have a personal buggy to drive around the property at all times. Definitely recommend for a short family get away. Food is pricey but other than that, it was a great experience with ample activities from water sports to horse riding to enjoy your time there.

“Pay for ocean view - worth!”
Considerably one of the most expensive resorts. But the ocean view villas at Indra Maya are worthy. The amount of mosquitos is a down factor though.

“Nice private villa with pool for family and children”
Very nice sea view and convenient personal buggy tagged with stay to go round the resort. Able to switch environments for breakfast given. Was given to choose buffet or ala carte. Both were alright. Only the alacarte lack of variety compared to buffet. Price was slightly high but everything was okay no problem. Would be better if direct access to beach from villa. Then worth the money spent. The villa is very clean and private nothing to complain about except that the resort essentials are expensive to buy. Spent 50dollars just for mini mart items. And 150 dollars for 6pax family's lunch. Had to go out of resort to find cheaper food and essentials. It was also very uncomfortable that the entrance area has alot of mosquitoes large and black and white ones. My sisters were bitten quite bad because the stairs up and down the entrance we had to carry my wheelchair mother so we were all bitten quite badly many times during the process even with repellent. So itchy and afraid there were aedes bites. Not a good experience for a holiday. I wont go back there because of the mosquitoes. The place is wonderful.

“Amazing”
Fantastic villa, perfect for families. The private pool is great when you want your own space, all you can go to the much larger resort pool for some variety. The staff are very professional and accommodating. Just be aware that not all restaurants are open (perhaps only during off season, when we stayed).

“Excellent except”
Except for sudden lose of electricity whole of Indra Maya area. Lucky it happened on my forth night which is my last night there, however the staffs were very apologetic for what happened and offered a transfer to hotel which obviously is not as good as private villa with private swimming pool. (We do not have any other choice)

The Indra Maya villas is an excellent option when travelling with family and kids. The private pool is a wonderful option. The sea facing views are beautiful. However, the cost is a little high. It does make up with excellent service though

The villa is nice and clean. But some times in the villa need servicing, the aircon have some issue and one of the toilet bowl cannot be flushed. But there were so many toilets in the villa so it was still alright just a bit of inconvenience.

Went with 4 big kids. Villa is big and quite well equipped with fridge, microwave, especially the private pool is the best! Good for relax

“Fun place for families”
Lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. Personal buggy and pool were a hit with the kids. Food and service were excellent. Some of the actitivities are not open yet. Staff were prompt in answering queries and making modifications to the booking. Will definitely come back again!

“Calm scenic villa`”
Our group went in with not much expectations and were totally blown away by the view that we were greeted by in the villa. The villa was spacious enough to accomodate the whole 6 of us and the service by the staff was super quick (we asked for room service and they delivered in the next 5 minutes)

This was one beautiful property. It's a pity that it is run down. The place is mouldy everywhere. Sofas torn and the airconditioning groaned all nite long. On the positive side the staffs are kind and ever smiling. Sitting outsde on the patio and your private pool, the sense of being alone is in your own world is so precious. Very quiet and very peaceful and the view of the ocean so mesmerizing

“Awesome stay at Indra Maya”
Friendly Hotel Staffs, Buggy for Hotel Guest, Swimming PoolStay with my family. We have a private pool to ourselves. The villa is facing the sea and near to kelong seafood. Overall, quite a good experience. Hotel staffs are helpful and friendly.

“The villa is great and comfortable”
The villa is spacious. Nice sea view from the villa with a quiet environment for the private pool.The villa is spacious. Two rooms and spacious living room. We had a great time together with the family in the villa. The view is very nice and the environment is quiet and relax. The hotel staff is very helpful when our the buggy transportation vehicle is broken down. We shall visit the villa again next time.

“Beautiful hotel with great facilities”
We stayed at a seafront villa and the view was amazing. Villa was nice and spacious, though a bit of insects to cope with but nothing unexpected. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We love having the buggy to drive around!
