“One of best place to be relaxed ”
Being relaxed is the best way to enjoy this hotel with very beautiful and calm beach. My boy really enjoyed kids club as well. Staff are very friendly so that we could enjoy our stay. Some of restaurants in this resort was very nice while some could be better. Overall, I recommend for anyone who need relaxing place near Singapore.

“素敵なholidayになりました”
シンガポールより朝イチのフェリーで到着、事前に連絡していた送迎バスにてホテルに到着、爽やかなウェルカムドリンクと軽食を頂きながら早速チェックインをしました。チェックインではリゾート全体の説明及び夕食どころの案内を。部屋は準備が出来次第とのことだったので水着に着替えていたところ、30分も経たずして部屋へ案内、朝早かった私たちにとってとてもありがたかったです。お部屋全体とても綺麗で、ベランダからプールやビーチへ直結できる立地は大満足でした。ルームスリッパだけでなくビーチサンダルも常備してあるので、忘れても大丈夫ですっ！また、プールやプライベートビーチでのタオルの貸出はもちろん、部屋のバスタオルも夕方交換に来てくれました。 夕食はリゾート内のtree topsに伺いましたが、受付の方に伝えると予約さらに時間になると送迎(ゴルフカートにて)してくれます。 リゾート内の食事処は高めの値段設定ですが、全てクレジット払い可能です。(2人でビール1本と3品で16000円くらい)お料理はとても美味しくサービスもとても気持ちの良いものでした、ただ量がかなり多いです。ビーチサイドでは夜バーもやっています。(私たちは間に合わなかったですが、どうやらhappy hourがあるみたい) 丁度滞在中が旧正月だったので、0時に打ち上げ花火？朝食会場にはドラゴン(獅子舞のような感じ)が踊っていました。 帰りも時間まで荷物を預かってくれ、フェリーの時刻に合わせて1時間前くらいに送迎してくれます。至れり尽くせりです！ チェックインからチェックアウトまで受付のHさんが案内して下さいましたが、会う度に名前で声をかけて下さり、何か困っていないかと気にかけてくれたおかげで、快適に過ごすことができました。とても感謝しています。また機会があればぜひ伺いたいと思います。

友人とゴルフメインでの旅行に使用（2泊3日）。部屋はきれい。広さは普通。日本のビジネスホテルよりは広いがジャカルタの豪華ホテルに比べるとやや手狭。しかしスーツケースを広げたり四人で部屋飲みをするスペースは十分にある。日本のホテルにあるようなアメニティ（シャンプー歯ブラシ等）はすべてそろっておりタオルは毎日交換。水は毎日1本無料。シャワーのお湯がやや黄色みがかっていたのがマイナスだが気にはならない程度。フロントに言えば修理してくれたけど、うーん、どうだろう。ホテルのレストランは値段は高いが味は上々。朝食もいろいろ選べてよさそうだったが、私は朝食は食べずにゴルフへ。スタッフに言えばお弁当は用意してくれる。ラグーナゴルフはカートで3分。リアビンタンは車で20分程度とどちらでゴルフをするにしても近くて便利である。ホテルの裏がすぐにビーチで満足度は高い。プールも快適。定期的に殺虫剤がまかれておりホテル周辺に虫がほぼいない。ビーチも清掃が行き届いておりごみが落ちているようなこともない。観光地のホテルとして快適に過ごせるように配慮が行き届いている。もう一度ビンタン島に行く際には第一候補となるホテルである。

シンガポールから家族でゴルフの為に行きましたが、部屋はファミスイートで広くて良かったです、 リビングにTVが一台だけで各寝室にも欲しかったです。ローケーションは最高でしたが食事、スパなど高い シンガポール価格です、他のインドネシアの都市と比較すると４倍近いです、ホテルは良いですがビンタンはもう無いかな。

目の前は、白砂の海。快適でした。スパもゆったりとした部屋でくつろげました。最後に出たお茶とフルーツヨーグルトが美味しい。朝食もまずまずでした。ただフロントから長い階段を降りないと客室に行けなくて、エスカレーターかエレベーターがあると、もっと良いです。となりのバンヤンツリーホテルのギャラリーまで散歩しました。ここからのロケーションも最高でした。

スタッフは笑顔で、親切で全体に良かったです。食事はホテル価格でリーゾナブルとは言い難いですが、おいしかったです。目の前の海でのシュノーケリングではサンゴや魚、イカなども見ることができました。景色もきれいでした。プールも含め楽しむことができました。ただ周りが自然な一方虫が多かったので、苦手な人は少し覚悟がいるかもしれません。また機会があれば行きたいです。

“出掛けるには不便”
全体的に古めです。写真で見ていた部屋の感じとは違い、思っていたよりもガッカリでした。アメニティも少なめです。朝食は悪くはありませんが、ホテル内の食事は高めです。かといって、近くに安くで食べられるお店はなく、ホテルで食べるしか選択肢はありません。移動をするにも決まったルートを走る無料シャトルバスに乗らないと移動できません。島内に無料シャトルバスは3ルート走っていますが、アンサナビンタンルートのシャトルバスはプラザラゴイ以外は別のホテルしか停まりません。タクシーだとかなり高いので、もしまたビンタン島に来ることがあるなら別のホテルにしますね。

“スパと朝食が素晴らしい！”
このホテルで、「頭と肩」のスパを30分お願いしました。凝りがほぐれ、とても気持ちの良い施術でした。施術後、フルーツヨーグルトを出してくれました。開放された大きな窓のそばで、夕方の風を感じながらいただいたヨーグルトはとてもおいしかったです。トータルで1時間くらいはかかったと思います。スパでいちばん良かったと思うことは、アジアンな雰囲気とセラピストの方々です。セラピストの方々はとても感じよく、あの声や笑顔に癒されました。旅行はやはり、感じの良い優しい人と出会うかどうかで良し悪しが決まると思います。彼女たちのおかげでビンタン島旅行が良い思い出となりました。スパはおすすめです。朝食は、インドネシア料理、シリアル、パン、ごはん、パンケーキ、ワッフル、フルーツ、飲み物、とたくさん種類がありました。とてもおいしかったです。プールも海もすぐ近くにあり、どちらもバスタオルを貸してくれるので、持っていく必要はありません。

“建物が古い。”

“いいホテルでした”
南の島でのんびりするために、ビンタン島に行きましたが、プライベートの白い砂浜ときれいな海があり、求めていたものがそこにありました。食事はだいだい１品200〜300Kルピアしますが、これはビンタンのリゾートではしょうがないのかもしれません。 ただ、プラザラゴイへの無料シャトルバスがあるので、そちらに行けば安い食事やマッサージを受けることもできます。うちは３泊のうち、２回ラゴイに行きました（タクシーだと150kルピア）。 朝の無料バードウォッチングはオススメです。

まあ、スタッフにレストランの予約をお願いし、だいぶ不安な受け答えだったので3回リマインドしたが、やっぱり予約は通っていなかった。 あとは、そこそこですかね。 バンヤンツリー内にあるTreetopsは結構高いかなと思ったが、ボリュームがすごくて、コスパはいいと思う

コスパ非常に悪い！一泊30,000円弱で泊まったが払った分の価値はない。部屋は3.5星くらいの感じで(5星と表示されてるが)あると思う。 従業員はフレンドリーで好感持てる。唯一救いであった。 WIFIがすぐに切れるので、ちょっと不満。 レセプションに言ったらいつもはちゃんと切れないと話してた。またお湯が十分でなくすぐにぬるいお湯になる。 食事等このホテルでしか取れないので長い滞在するには飽きてくるのでは？

“家族連れにおすすめ”
3歳の子供、我々夫婦と母でのビンタン旅行でした。2 bed roomある部屋を希望していたので広いお部屋があるアンサナに宿泊。満足です。お部屋自体は広かったですが、雰囲気はシンプルな感じ。ゴージャスではありません。 満足のポイントは3つ。 1. 同じリゾート内にあるBanyan Treeの施設も使えます。他にも系列ホテルがあり、子供は色々なプールを楽しみました。レストランはバニヤンの方が美味しいですが、アンサナにもビーチサイドのレストランなどあり雰囲気はいいです。全ての費用はお部屋付けできるので現金を持ち歩く必要なし。 2. 祖母つきでしたので、子供の面倒をお願いしてゴルフを楽しみました。頼めばベビーシッターもアレンジ可能です。ゴルフ場もリゾート内にあるので、ラクです。ゴルフのコースも面白かったです。早朝と午後遅めにしたので空いていました。 3. キッズプログラムが充実しています。月に1, 2回のタートルリリースの日があり、子亀を子供たちが海に放ちます。なかなかできない体験では。 海は遠浅で大人は足が付きますので小さい子供との海水浴も安心感があるかと思います。 また、お部屋内の照明やシャワーの不具合について伝えると、即座にエンジニアさんが対応して直してくれした。

“プライベートビーチが最高です！”
初めてのビンタン島訪問。いろいろと口コミを見て、アンサナビンタンに決めました。 フェリーターミナルに着くと、ホテルの送迎カウンターがあり、バス出発まで座って待っていることが出来ます。また、オプショナルツアーの紹介もその場でしてくれて、予約まで取ってくれました。 ホテルのプライベートビーチがとても綺麗で、ゆったりと遊ぶことができ、大満足。お部屋も綺麗でしたが、やはり設備等は古さは否めませんでした。。

“とにかくのんびり”
シンガポール旅行の間に一泊二日でいきました。宿泊の建物に古さはあるものの、お部屋は清潔で、熱いシャワーもでましたし、快適でした。スパのお部屋は新しくとても綺麗で、ラグジュアリーな気分になりました。 1日目はプールサイド、2日目はビーチで、とにかくのんびりできました。 スタッフも明るくフレンドリーで好印象。 一つマイナス点をあげるとしたら、食事やお部屋にある飲み物が高いことでしょうか。リゾート価格と思えばいいですが、沢山飲む方やお菓子等は、シンガポールから買い込んで行った方が良いと思います。

“宿泊料の二重請求”
チェックアウトの際のフロントスタッフの対応があまり良くないと感じました。数日後にクレジットカードに宿泊料が二重請求されていたのでホテルに問い合わせしましたが、ホテルは「請求は正しい」の一点張りでした。後日、カード会社の協力でやっとホテルが間違いを認め、返金手続きに入ってくれました。

“海辺のディナーはおいしかった”
良くも悪くも期待通りでした。施設はやや古く感じましたが、プールは楽しめました。夜は、部屋に蚊がはいってきたため、あまり眠れませんでしたが…夜、海辺のディナーで食べたシーフードパスタがおいしかったです！ ホテルのスパは、期待したほどではなかったですが、施術後は、お肌のトーンが上がった気がします。

“のんびり出来ました！”
期待以上のホテルでした。ファミリースイートでしたが、とても広く快適でした。ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで、帰りのフェリーの私の予約ミスを対処もしてくれました。シンガポール旅行の付属旅行と思い、２泊しかしなかったのですが、次回はここを中心に考えたいと家族で話しています。行きのフェリーの中に日本の方が少なく、若干不安を感じましたが、全く不便も無いとても良い旅ができました。別のホテルのレストランですが、ケロンシーフードレストランの料理はどれも最高に美味しく、お勧めです。

スタッフは親切な人が多かった気がします。朝食のドーナツが美味しいとのことだったのに楽しみにしてました。まあ、普通のドーナツだったけど、柔らかくて美味しかった。部屋にホテルの人？チップをもらうためにお土産だとハンドメイドの記念品？をくれて水もくれたけど、はっきり言って迷惑ですね。いらないって言ってもただだからって引かなかったしね。結局チップ目当てだよね。

“予想外の素晴らしさ☆”
１０年ぶりくらいにビンタン島に訪れました。以前泊った時（系列ホテルの格下）は、ビーチはキレイでしたが、一歩砂浜に座るとサンドフライにかまれ、海の中でもチクチクとしたので、海の中で遊ぶのは一瞬であきらめた経験があったため、今回もビーチはあまり期待していませんでしたが！！ アンサナ前のビーチは、透明度も高く、遠浅で、肉眼でも熱帯魚が見えるくらい！ 掃除も行き届いており、もちろんサンドフライにかまれたりもせず、１日中ビーチで遊んでいました。ちょうどウミガメの産卵シーズンに入ったところで、孵化したウミガメの赤ちゃんを保護しているのに出会えました。ホテルの外のアクティビティーはマングローブの中をボートで巡る＋シーフードレストランでのランチ付 に参加。オプショナルツアーのランチ。。。 これも全く期待していませんでしたら、ちゃんとしたレストランでの中華料理のシーフードランチでした。こちらもなかなか美味しく頂けました。 シンガポールから高速艇で１時間足らずで行けるリゾート ビンタンなんて。。。って長らく思っていたことを申し訳なく感じるくらい、充実の楽しい時間を過ごすことができて良かったです。

3回目の滞在です。毎回ですがホテル内に何個かレストランがありますが少し高いなと思います。ミネラルウォーターがS$7など食事もランチだけで8000－10000万、ディナーは20000円オーバーです。周辺には食べるところもないのでもう少し安いといいなーと思いました。ただサービスはすごくいいです。

“良い場所だがすべてが高い・・・”
プライベートビーチ、シービュー、スタッフの笑顔兎に角すべてが高くで驚きました。プールサイドで注文した缶ビール一本が日本円で約1000円・・・。お酒を飲まれる方はフェリーターミナルで大量購入されることをお勧めします。ダイニングも2箇所しかないので数日で飽きます。隣のホテル（ニルワナ）に素敵なシーフードレストランが有るのでそこへのシャトルバスが有るのが救いでした。 すれ違うスタッフは笑顔でのあいさつはとても気持ち良かった。しかしながら、隣レストランへの席のブッキング、タクシーのブッキング等二回も確認したのに予約されていなかったり、朝食でのテーブル案内の際は何名ものスタッフに部屋番号を聞かれ連携が取れていない等、、レベルの低さにガックリしました。バンヤンツリー・グループだと聞いて安心したいたのですが残念です。

“古いけれどビーチがきれいな場所”
アイ3を含む合計5名、4泊しました。アンサナとカシアは共有されており、バンヤンツリーは散歩道の利用が禁止されています（施設は予約後に利用可能）。アンサナも良かったですが、少し古い感じがあり、カシアも良さそうです。目の前のビーチは水がきれいで魚が見え、シュノーケリングが可能です（2種類の魚を見ました）。朝食は特におすすめしません。4日連続で食べるのはきついです。スタッフの対応、清掃もまあまあ満足しています。5人で1泊に40万円以上でしたが、小さな部屋を10万円台で利用するならコストパフォーマンスが良いと思います。再利用するならビーチが見えるカシアに行きたいです~~~^^
