バリ/インドネシアに初めて滞在して楽しかったです。コストパフォーマンスが素晴らしいです。Accor Plus会員でもあり、何故かAgodaの料金がとても良かったので、こちらで予約しました。部屋も無料でアップグレードしてくれました :) ホテルは、ITDCのペニンシュラ島近くのヌサドゥアビーチへのプライベートスポットやバリコレクションへのシャトルバスを毎時間運行しています。また、ホテルの入口近くにワルンや両替所、その他の店舗もあり、これもプラスだと思います。スタッフも非常にホスピタリティがあり、朝食も価格に見合った良さでした。フルーツとスムージーが大好きでした。ジムも完備されていて清潔で、全体的にホテルの敷地はとても美しく、落ち着いた雰囲気があります。本当に休暇の雰囲気を感じさせてくれます。実際に鳥のさえずりで目を覚まし、自然と一体になったように感じて一日を始めました 🥹 唯一の小さな指摘点は、ロビーやプールサイドのいくつかの座席やスポットが湿っていたことです(おそらくその地域の湿度のため)。少しのメンテナンスと改装があれば便利かもしれませんが、全体的には素晴らしく、受け入れ可能以上でした。シャワーの水圧も素晴らしかったです。評価をつけるとしたら5点中4.5点です :) Mercure Nusa Duaでの予約を考えている人の参考になれば幸いです :)

私は最近、家族と一緒にこのホテルに滞在しました(2023年4月)が、非常に感銘を受けました。ビーチに直接面していないにもかかわらず、ホテルにはヌサドゥアビーチと半島で最高の場所に位置するプライベートビーチがありました。ホテルが提供するシャトルゴルフカートのおかげで、ビーチへのアクセスは非常に簡単で、手頃な価格もさらに魅力的でした。 ホテルはパンデミック後に再オープンしたばかりで、まだスタッフが不足しているものの、(2023年4月)高い需要をうまく管理していました。朝食は素晴らしく、プールは無限プールではありませんでしたが、それでも楽しめました。部屋は素晴らしく、臭いもなく、快適に冷えていました。私の滞在を快適で楽しいものにするために、ホテルが尽力してくれたことに心から感謝しています。 バリが正常に戻ったら、ホテルの経営陣がスタッフにもっと投資したり、ロビーや庭の改装を行うかもしれないと思います。しかし、これらの小さな改善点にもかかわらず、ヌサドゥアで素晴らしい滞在先を探している方には、このホテルをぜひおすすめします。立地、手頃な価格、そして卓越したサービスが、このホテルを際立たせる選択肢にしています。

ヌサドゥアのホテルを探していて、メルキュールを予約しました!ええと…その後、バスルームがカビ臭いとか、朝食が期待外れだったとかのレビューを見ました…そして、友達から2020年に部屋が湿っぽい匂いがすると聞いていたので、ちょっと心配でした! ですが、現在2023年1月、問題ありません!! 部屋には臭いもなく、バスルームのトイレもすべて問題なく機能しています。朝食も美味しく、種類もたくさんありました…ヌサドゥアのビーチへのシャトルバスも毎時間出ています。というわけで…バリに行ったらまた戻ってきますね!ありがとう!

道路からかなり奥まっているので静かで、ゆったりしている。 半年以上前に予約したので確かではないが、写真にはバスタブが写っていたと思うが、実際は無かった。 ホテルの前にブルーバドのタクシーが待機しているので外出が楽。 WIFIは使えた。朝食はあまり期待しない方が良い。
深夜にもかかわらず 笑顔で対応して頂き好印象でした。
部屋もきれいだったけど、トイレが少し臭って残念でした…。 全体的には良かったです。ビーチにも近いし。ただ、ちょっとそこまでお買い物っていうのには向かないかな、と思いました。

Tmptnya bersih, nyaman, tp terasa agak tua. Posisi agak jauh dr pantai, bisa pke shuttle atau mobil pribadi ke pantai, namun ada private beach dengan tempat duduk yg sudah disediakan oleh hotel. Pantainya bagusssss! Staff ramah tp sptnya agak kurang training. Keset basah ga diganti wkt dibersihin. Staff restaurant jg ky agak bingung2 klo ditanya soal makanannya

Amenities kurang, kebersihan kamar dan sekitar kurang, saat di pantai towel tidak selalu tersedia, ketika anak saya selesai main air di pantai dan minta handuk, handuk tidak tersedia sedangkan anak saya sudah sangat kedinginan!!!!

Rooms are too small and doesnt look like whats in the pictures. Breakfast is pathetic with no good coffee.

It's good value of money. Only thing some of the facilities are in need of repair. My room door handle was hanging. The tap was leaking badly inside. The safe was stuck and they didn't send staff to repair it till next morning when I reminded them. Other than that, staff were nice.

The staff is good but you get that in almost every Bali hotel. The rooms are more of business travel hotel rather than holiday. The pressure of the water while bathing and in toilet is pathetic. The water bottles supplied in room are small and you will have to keep asking for more. I personally didn't like the wash basin outside the bathroom, keeps the room floor wet always.

Room is old, and the hallway in front of my room was dirty. Breakfast was really standard. The location is apparently far from anywhere (beach, minimarket, eating places). I got a garden-view room, but it’s not a garden for me. More like green spaces with banana trees (dirty, unorganized, unpleasant to see). For me it’s not a 4-star and should have been a 3-star hotel. If you’re staying in Nusa Dua, better choose other hotel that’s exclusively in front of the beach, because Nusa Dua area is a deserted area so you gotta book a perfect hotel for better experience

Lots of issues, hotel really needs a renovation. Breakfast was mediocre, pool day beds need replacing, pool tiles loose, floor boards at pool side restaurant a health hazard. Pool toweks lacking or those available badly stained. Cocktails very disapointing... Many issues. Unfortunately, my friends and I will likely not return.

Everything is old and worn out. Very expensive considering the whole hotel and rooms need a lot of attention. The rooms are so old and dull. TV is totally outdated. The pool area has collapsed structures. Everything in the Hotel needs updating/upgrading. I thought Mecure was a great Hotel brand but it isn't in Nusa Dua.

Expected more from a Mercure hotel. Rooms and facilities seem old and may need to be upgraded. Though the airconditioning unit still works great. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet offers limited choices ans also needs to upgrade. Location is great and is close to Nusa Dua beach. Also nearby are supermarket, spa/massage, restaurants and bars. Bike and e-bike rentals are available for use.

All just so-so, mercure in Jakarta has been the best choices of all but not this one card was not registered since the first time checking in, and we're long way from the Lobby, on the second day, the card still need to be updated for a 2 days straigjt reservation without different booking confirmation hotel is too old for a mercure, we thought it was a 3 stars? Reception? just say i'm at loss of words, can't even get angry anymore the cloth hanger splitted in two without with a subtle touch due to broken before used shower area smells of piss pool has no matress on the side bench and else no towels, no one to guide you to take even a towel the towel is downstair, the pool is upstair though thus, i shall call this a back and forth hotel at all times anything else? i'm tired to write more of it

It was nice nothing to exceptional but nice. Being a little picky but I like a separate bathroom and toilet not one that's in the bedroom

Floor not clean, seems like spotting or like oil. Amenities such as coffee or bath related if already used sometime not refill for the next day. Lighting not good and AC too cold. If there was no event in Nusa Dua, I won’t stay here. Really need to review again is it so not Accord standard.

From day one staff was kind breakfast great, yes there’s little things to fix but we didn’t bother about the importance is to feel good, and on the 8th day of our holiday we moved hotels as we had booked before and we left the new hotel and came back to Mercure as we feel that was the best place to stay during our whole stay in Bali. Actually this is my third time staying in this place. Every time it get worse. Old building poor maintenance and lack of professionalism. Even they renovated the rooms i think its not going to work for a long time therefore This hotel need to be demolished soon.

I really loved it. Nice, clean pool which exactly what i needed to cool down. Closed to all the eateries and bars esp the baby guing restaurant. Shuttle bus is avail to and back from the beaches. Close to everything

Great place but fitness center needed maintenance - treadmills weren’t working during my stay. Room could use more lighting. Location is accessible by Grab and there is a free shuttle going to Nusa Dua beach.

The restaurant menu is very limited , there are masquitos in the sitting area inside. It’s kinda old ,

Room was good value with breakfast included, food nearby within walking distance. Transport to beach and shopping center.

The bed is hard and uncomfortable, staff is very attentive and helpful, the breakfast option are somewhat ok… my room is noisy

The rooms were quite rundown with minimal facilities available at the hotel. The plus thing about the rooms were the super airconditioning system. Super cold!!! Even the lowest setting, freezes you!!
