“7歳10歳の子供と旅行”
プールが浅いところから深い所まであり、スライダーや時間によって泡パーティをしたり楽しめます。無料でプロのフォトグラファーが最高の写真を撮ってくれました。（オプションでデータを全部買いました。）プールサイドのガバナと託児プログラムは早めの予約が必要です。歩いて10分位で大きいショッピングモールもあるし裏には小さなお土産屋も沢山あります。海は目の前で子供からサーフィン教室をやってます。18時位〜サンセットが最高なので海辺でで美味しいココナッツジュースを注文してヨギボーに座ってのんびりも良かった。誕生日の前後1週間ならケーキのプレゼントがあります。ケーキを朝食で頼んだのに部屋に持ってこられて、さらに翌日も持ってきて連絡がうまく行ってないようです。全体的に子供達は大満足していました。おすすめです。

“キッズクラブあり”
子供を預けられるキッズクラブがあったのでこちらの宿泊を決めました。3時間預けて1人1500円くらいだったと思います。 部屋は普通の一室だったので子供らが寝たら居場所がなかったのですが、プールサイドでゆっくり本を読んで過ごすことができました。 最終日は小学生の娘が行ってみたいとのことでロックライブに行きました。夜遅くでもホテルの中なら子連れでも気兼ねなく過ごせるのはいいですね。 ただお客さんの9割は欧米人で、英語が話せて当たり前な環境なのでまったく話せない人は窮屈に感じるかもしれません。翻訳ソフトなどを駆使すればホテルの方も対応してくれると思いますが。キッズクラブに1人片言の日本語を話せる方はいたのが心強かったです。

“小さな子どもがいる人向け”
とにかく小さい子どもが多くワチャワチャしてるし大音量のロックが流れていたりうるさいです。ホテルの造りも複雑で迷うしバリらしさは全然ありません。ホテルスタッフや朝食はとても良かったけど、プールでのんびり過ごすことも出来ないのでリピートは無しですね。

Our room was very damp. Beds and sofas are damp and sticky. Our luggage also suffered from humidity. Other than that, I have no complaints. Very disappointed with the room. Unfortunately there will be no repeats.

場所はクタ中心地にあるので便利だったが、渋滞が酷くて、無駄な時間がかかった。 再三お願いしていたが、アーリーチェックイン対応をしてくれなかった。 朝食は丁度良い感じ(量、味、種類)だった。 カラディナーが高いわりに料理の種類・サービスが悪かった。

“トイレの流れが悪い”
トイレの流れが悪いのと、シャワーで途中からお湯が出なくなるのが少し残念だった。

“家族旅行”
ビーチやショッピングできる場所に近く、場所はよい。人が多いのでゆっくり過ごすのには不向き。部屋の香水の匂いが強く部屋を一度変更した。プールもたくさんの人が利用しており騒々しい。ホテル内のバーで夜行われるライブは一見の価値あり。

“最高!”
プレミアムウイングはとても静かでした。チルアウトプールに面していなかったからかもしれません。 チルアウトプールは蚊に刺されました。メインプールでは刺されませんでした。 スタッフが多いです。プール、レストラン、どこにいてもスタッフがすぐにつかまり助かりました。片言の日本語が話せるスタッフもいますが、ほとんどのシーンで英語でのコミュニケーションでした。 カバナを借りてチェックアウト後も快適に楽しみました。100,000rp追加してスナックとカクテル(ピッチャー)プランにしました。スナックが5種類ほども付いていてお得です。 食事は可もなく不可もなく。朝食は日々メニューが変わっていました。 キッズクラブも安心して預けられました。アレルギーなどケアすべき点を確認してくれます。 キングベッドルームのソファはトランドルベッドになるので、子供達と別々に寝られて親はよく寝れました。 洗濯ものが室内では乾かないので、ランドリーサービスを使うとよいです。 プールが好きな子連れ(小学校低学年)には最適です。

“家族での滞在にお勧めです”
プールが良いし、ファミリーの宿泊者が多いです、カップルにはあまりお勧めしないかな

“素敵な思い出をありがとうございます。”
文法もぐちゃぐちゃの自分でもよく分からない英語で話しかけても、みなさん一生懸命汲み取ろうとしてくださり、お陰で初めてのバリ旅行は全て計画通りに過ごすことができました。 2日目部屋に戻ると、バスタオルで恐竜が作って置いてあった遊び心も思わず笑ってしまいました。 本当に素敵なスタッフのみなさん、素敵な環境で4日間過ごせたことを感謝しています。 ぜひまた利用したいです！

“ハードロック最高”
プールは本当に広くて素晴らしいです。すべてのスタッフはテンションが高く、親切で楽しいです！東側のドアから気軽に行き来でき、毎晩センターステージで行われるパフォーマンスもとても良いです。毎日行って見ています.. 部屋もきれいに掃除してくれます。ショッピングセンターも徒歩圏内で、スミニャックもタクシーで2〜30分で行けます。周りには美味しい場所もたくさんあり、マッサージ店も豊富です。楽しめることがたくさんあり、次回もハードロックを利用したいです！レイトチェックアウトをリクエストすれば、可能な場合は2時まで延長してくれます~！
