“Worth the price”
This is our second stay, we stayed for 2 weeks here, and we love the family with 2 rooms, dining room and tv room, it’s perfect for long stay for our family. Good location near everywhere, and so many food outside hotel.

비행기가 밤 도착이라 하룻밤 머물기 위해서 이용했습니다. 2 베드룸 이였고, 오래된 건물인 점을 감안하시면 가성비로는 추천드립니다. 조식은 별로 먹을게 별로 없지만 가성비를 생각하면 역시 먹을만 합니다.

“A perfect place for families”
If you’re looking for a hotel that can accomodate 4 adults plus 1 kid then Grand Kuta Hotel is the place to be!!! We booked 2 Executive Quadruple rooms for 2 nights at just 350 sgd so what a great deal it is!!! Location wise its very near the airport at just 20 mins but a bit on the outside not near a beach or tourist area. Its perfect though if you’re on the road daily but its right near a major intersection so traffic is there during peak hours. If you’re planning staycation its also nice but the food options around the hotel are limited. If you will book Grab some fastfood are cancelling our orders due to heavy traffic. Hotel also needs a security deposit of 200k IDR per room and only in cash so prepare one. Checkin and checkout was smooth and easy and the hotel staff helped us with our bags. Hotel has breakfast buffet but we didn’t avail kf it. Our rooms were massive and well maintained at 62 sqm it has 3 rooms with a master, 2 common. The master has Queen bed attached toilet and a view of the pool. The common room has single bed and a shared bathroom. It has a dining table area, living room with flat screen TV and a comfy lounge chair and coffee table . They have balcony with a view of the pool but no chairs. Wifi is a bit fast compared to our Ubud hotel and TV has lots of cable channels. Bed and Pillow are comfy clean and smooth. Toilet is a bit small but water pressure is strong and heating works perfectly. Airconditiong is easy to manage and working fine but were missing some remote controls. We tried 2 of their 3 pools and they were clean and not too cold the landscaping is also perfect similar to a natury vibes. The kids pool is a bit murky so my nephews didnt try it. Staff is very helpful and accomodating even calling in the middle of the night they will answer the phone right away and give you prompt assistance!!! Overall we loved our 2 nights stay because of the rooms we have which are very big, clean, cozy and homey we literally feels like home. Thank you so much Grand Hotel Kuta Bali for giving us a wonderful Balinese Christmas!!! Suksma!!!

This day was at service. Apartment is good, just for stay, not for enjoying the ambience as a decent enough. If you have to travel only and stay for a less time.

“非常に満足”
Great hotel, centrally located. Plenty of things around. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It has a few pools. It's a little run down but we enjoyed the place. Tea/coffee facilites are provided as are toiletries. We had a three bedroom apartment with a kitchen and loved the space. We definitely recommend for large families or groups. You're a short 10min drive or ride to everything.

Very bad breakfast. Extremely few items. Location is very far from the beach. Lowest category breakfast we have ever had in case of complimentary buffet breakfast in any hotel ever. Should avoid this hotel.

“Affordable with basic amenities”
Stayed with friends for 4D3N in November 2023 Internet connection - spotty and a bit slow most of the time. Furniture - old and outdated Bathroom - old and saw some small cockroaches in the toilet and kitchen cabinets Kitchen - no appliance except for electric kettle for boiling water. Saw some small cockroaches inside the kitchen cabinets and under the sink One Free bottled water everyday for each person staying in the room Only toothbrush and toothpaste are included in the kit. AC is old and faulty. The AC in the main room doesn't even make the room get a bit cool despite the hotel service "fixing" it. AC in the living area keeps timing out even if the desired temperature isn't reached. The entire hotel looks old and gets a bit spooky at night. Great view on the balcony but you aren't allowed to hang any clothes outside. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They let us stay in the lobby and use the WiFi while waiting for our room to get done. Swimming pool is wide and looks like they also conduct swimming lessons there since we saw some kids being taught how to swim. There are 2 lifts but only 1 is working. Location is strategic with a couple of food courts and fast food chains nearby.

The location is great, and the swimming pool very big and have several pool. But maybe can improve the unit to upgrade it, it's quite old and maybe can improve the tv to add Netflix or Youtube.

“Pathetic staff response ”
I had asked for cutliries ,spoon and plate , they gave excuse that they can't give as same had to be used for morning breakfast, after verbal spat they gave, in morning again asked for same request, same reply and same spat ,they came up with only spoon ,untill the time we finished food, such a big hotel and they have courtesy to service customer , no spoon, no plates?

“Value for money and quiet ”
About a half hour walk from the beach and down a side road off a busy main road, so easy to hail a bike/car. Agung Bali souvenir shop close by, as is minimart and pharmacy. V.spacious room, good aircon, large comfortable bed, excellent hot shower, plenty of hot water, clean bathroom, decent towels. Power point and reading lights by bed. Room serviced each day, free water in glass bottles replenished each day. Nice hand/hair wash. Large pool you can do laps in, decent pool towel supplied on asking, and I wasn't charged a deposit for it even though the written instructions said so. Reception scanned and sent some documents for me at 3000IDR a page, v.fair. Breakfast wasn't included in my package but I tried it - at 100,000 IDR there is better value elsewhere. Staff pleasant. Some TV channels were a little blurry, a few in English; free wi-fi worked well. Small fridge (quiet), safety deposit box, full length mirror, couch, desk, balcony facing road, full-height blackout curtains with plenty of fabric to meet and overlap in the middle. Roomy elevator. Small electric kettle and tea/coffee sachets. Fresh towels were made up into shapes of animals on the bed, with a sweet note signed by the 'house boy' (his words).

“Basic Hotel in Kuta”
If you consider staying because of price, this hotel suits your choice. Facility okey, but location is not very good if you like to walk around to tourist attractions. However it is near mcd, hokben, and some other eateries. There is a minimarket nearby.

“Next to souvenir shops”
Alhamdulillah, we had a nice stay at this hotel. We were a group of four and the three-bedroom apartment suited our needs. Breakfast was satisfactory. The hotel is situated near several souvenir shops selling yummy pies and other goods. Very convenient for some last minute shopping before going to the airport. There was also a decent spa nearby and we had a good relaxing massage there. It was easy to take Grab car to transfer to the airport at a very reasonable price. Thank you Grand Kuta.

“Value for money”
We stayed here for 5 days and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out process. Staff was very professional and friendly. Every requests was fulfilled, room was huge with 3 bedrooms, balcony facing swimming pool, complete amenities with water heater and aircond in every room. The place was quiet at night, and close to restaurants, marts within short walk distance. Agung Bali was around this area also, and gojek service passed by this hotel frequently.
