The hotel is in a deplorable condition. The room which was extremely small had a window which was stained all over and the latch was broken.
We booked via agoda and when reached to hotel they said that booking is only for 1 person and had to pay extra for other person.

Cleanliness and general finishing could be improved. The service, while adequate, could be better. But it's an affordable reliable, no-frills option on the highway. Breakfast is good. Would recommend for an overnight (or short) stay.
Rooms are in a horrible state .. toilet is horrendous.. will never come back
Cofee was very bad .
Very poor service. They don't have staff to carry luggage to 3rd floor reception. No hand shower for bath, no bucket no mug. Only option for bath is shower.
place is on 3rd floor with entry via parking , if you are travelling with family feels little awkard. otherwise value worth money I am giving 2 star for location because I was planning to go to Daman and return. considering circumstance. I wont recommend a family to do that. Otherwise value for money

Missing basic requirements that is water. They were cleaning tank and said water supply will not be available overnight for flush. How can anyone stay at night.
We had a wonderful time in Ginger Hotel, Vapi. The staff the service was upto the Mark. The manager soumya&Ajmer were very helpful. Highly Recommended!!!!
You will find better hotel in the same price, not worth the price. Basic items are toothbrush kit chargeable which other reputed hotels gives as basic room supplies also not much of the option for inhouse restaurant. Better to avoid
The stay was comfortable, staff cooperative but cleanliness and food in the restaurant needs improvement.
The room was very dirty and window latch was broken . The bathroom was also dirty and not hygienic.
The hotel was very smelly with poor air circulation throughout the premises. Wifi signal was non existent in outer most rooms. Didn't bother to fight for it as we were there for night halt only.
Reasonable good value for money - food and breakfast was really good, staff was really nice
The property is good, clean and fresh feel to it. However we did not have a smooth checkin. Despite informing the hotel prior to arrival. They took unusual time to checkin. Also, on being asked for luggage assistance from parking to the reception, we were denied any such service. We managed to take it through stairs and elevator to the reception while we checkin, on reception after the long checkin process , the assistant escorted us to our room not offering to help with the baggage. We pulled it ourselves till the room. On being asked he mentioned that is not in the hotel policy. 1. If it's not in the policy, pls mention it in scarlet letters prominently, so that we don't expect and then get disappointed. 2. This is the first such hotel which has this wierd policy after charging 5000 for 2 rooms, if this is the service I get, m certainly not booking it again. I did not book a Rs.900 ka local lodge to not get assistance for luggage, when m traveling with my parents who cannot be expected to lift their bags.

I check in into hotel at night Earlier it was some Ganga standalone hotel which taken by ginger group From food to stay experience everything was worst Will need to wirte for a refund
Poor linen quality with holes . Towels not upto the mark. ( look old .. not white. ) Extra bed mattress quilt was smelly .
