“Not recommended ”
Very highly priced with very poor rooms and facilities, we had to change towels literally 3 times and still it was not a fresh and clean.

“It's not a resort. ”
One can consider it as 1 night hotel stay. Nothing that of a resort. No scenic view, it's in the middle of town and the road is too busy. No activities for kids even though they have mentioned kids club in the facilities, there was nothing like that. When I booked it, breakfast was included, but the bill didn't mention about it and the hotel rejected free breakfast.

“Overall experience is average. ”
I did not get a 4 star property look and feel. But it was a decent place to stay. The price quoted is slightly higher for the amenities/room size they provide. I felt congested for the superior room. The breakfast provided at the restaurant was good. You must try. Further, next to this property there is Multi cuisine restaurant called Prakruti. You must experience dosa/ chicken biryani.

We went ahead and booked this stay looking at the positive reviews but we were in for a shocker. We had one bad experiences after another. Firstly, cockroaches were roaming in our room. When we complained to the staff, they asked us to bring a video proof. Upon submitting the proof they did move our room but shifted us to an even smaller room. In that room too I spotted one cockroach. Secondly, buffet items got over well within the stipulated time and we got no refills. Worst experience for such a price range. Not recommended.

“They charge for AC separately, 1000 per night ”
They are cheater..They have registered their hotel on less price named deluxe room. and they are non AC room if you want to get the AC they ask 1000 extra money. How come hotel can register their property without AC in today's time. Worst cleanliness and staff as well .

“Average experience ”
We booked one night stay at Amuse Vista seeing the reviews however the experience was average. The resort looks good from outside but it’s not a 4 star resort as it’s mentioned. We asked for tea at 6.30 pm and the response was tea time is over. Not acceptable. The breakfast buffet was extremely average.

1. No welcome drink severed as mentioned in itinerary by Agoda, we need to ask them to get it. 2. Tap in bathroom ran out of water in the morning. 3. Parking space is crowded by cab drivers and no dedicated parking place for guests. 4. No enough lighting provided in the room. 5. Surrounding area of property is dirty and midst of city. 6. This is not a resort. Overall rating is 2.5/5

“Useless hotel”
Full of powercut, gencet fault, very hot climate, we stayed one night without AC. Poor customer relationship service. It's like a lodge. It's not a resort.

“Best hospitality ever ”
Rooms are clean. Staff are helping, supportive and friendly. Location of property is close to several tourist attractions. Spa is also available at the property with reasonable deals. Even the property owners also mingle with guests and will be very supportive at all times for their needs. Thank you so much for making our stay more safe & comfortable.

“Nice clean stay with polite staff”
Nice clean stay. Very courteous staff. However, do check before hand if your room has Air conditioning. A bit pricy for a non-AC room. Also, a bit far from Munnar so one has to plan accordingly. Overall - 3.5/5

“Pathetic service and rooms”
We had booked one day stay at Amuse vista. There was water problem, at the time of having bath water force became very Low so we at the reception and there was no one to even pickup the call. Then we tried calling house keeping and even after calling 3 times there was no assistance given and they even didn’t try to help to provide us with water. Pathetic service, don’t recommend to anyone. During checkout when we gave feedback they were least interested. Also don’t judge looking the pics on site, the ambiance in photo is something else and we were surprised to see the actual room and lobby.

Very worst service and staff behaviour is not good. There is no water that day till 4 AM to 10 AM.

“Very calm and nice place ”
I was here for a day’s trip, the place is very close to bus stand, auto and town. Everything is easily accessible even after it gets dark. The staffs are friendly and feasible. Would recommend this place for families too.

“Bad experience ”
I would like to say to stay away from this place as the room is full of cockroaches. Also their are no facilities provided in this so called resort.
