    Checkin with stephy was good she was helpful and quick. Housekeeping was great staff was so good. Later we requested vignesh from front office to change our room because we clearly booked the one with a gallery but he was of no use. restaurant service was not so good because of too much occupancy i think if you guys have a wedding you should just open a separate small area for that.

    “Grand Hyatt”

    I stayed here from January 26th to January 31st, and it was an amazing experience! The place is beautiful, the staff is super friendly, and the food is delicious. The room was also really spacious, which was a nice touch. I had a great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

    “Stay at Grand hyatt”

    Stayed at the Hyatt for 5 nights. They have upgraded the hotel so it is even better. The breakfast is very good. I ate twice at China House which was also enjoyable. Overall what stood out was the service. The staff were empowered and looked after me very well.

    “Great stay”

    “Pathetic ”

    Hopeless hotel .. one of the most overrated in the city. Staff's behaviour gives an impression that they are not accountable. Lack of courtesy noted. Room interior & planning fall short compared to others in the town. At breakfast, table service was lacking. Constant reminders required for the smallest things. Their carelessness is evident. Apart from the quality of linens, there is nothing noteworthy. Think carefully before choosing to stay there.

    “Congested Buffet Breakfast with less options”

    The stay was all good. The only two bummer were - 1. The breakfast buffet restro is extremely congested for a 5-star property. There is no space to walk as well. The food options were that of a 4-star category. Empty containers or cold food/milk were not regularly replenished by the staff. 2. At night when we asked for water, it took 1 hr after 3 rounds of call. The guy who finally brought the water said that he received the request only 5 mins back. Clearly it was the operators fault. Also, the pool bar is not operational and you won't find many attendants there.

    I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt! The rooms were spacious, clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was ideal.     “It was a happy stay!”

    Grand Hyatt Mumbai is one of my favourite properties. This time we wanted a hotel near US Consulate, BKC and Airport. Grand Hyatt was an obvious choice therfore. I have always loved food at Grand Hyatt and there was no exception this time as well. I would like to make special mention of Mihir in Fifty Five East Restaurant and Nrai in Soma. It was a pleasure watching Mihir enjoying his job and taking orders with a smile. Nrai gave us a surprise cake by guessing our Wedding Anniversary right. Overall, it was a pleasure staying at Grand Hyatt. Would always love to come back!
