“Family traveler”
Breakfast does not have much choices, its very much limited. Would recommend to include more western food as well.

Need to keep their toilet more clean. Towels are not clean at all. Room lock has issue.

“They lie on the facilities available. Is the no Bar as they have mentioned. The staff is Rude as wel”
Too many mosquitoes at this hotel. The management should look into changing the staffs as they are equally rude to all guests.

“Good choice”
Rooms were large and tastefully modern. Staff are friendly and accomodating. The rooftop restaurant makes the hotel stand-out by offering a new experience to travellers. Food prices and Laundry charges a bit on the high side though.

“Rude Guests/Ignorant Staff = Awful stay”
Arriving for 2 nights the hotel is pleasant enough, but then you get to your room and realise there is no toilet paper nor towels. A quick phone call and they arrive. You would think it would be an automatic task- add towels to a bathroom. The hotel location allows easy access to town and to all temples but is the opposite side of the city to the airport- a long drive. The halls are marble, so a loud family in different rooms stood in the doors and shouted at each other. That was nice. Not! And they rose at 3.30am to go to prayers, and started shouting with no consideration for other guests. The staff at the front desk were too lazy or shy or stupid to call the rooms and ask for some quiet. Maybe some signs asking for respect for other guests would be a nice addition. Breakfast was boring and there were too few tables & chairs, and after a half hour wait during which we observed a young guest attempt to steal a staff members mobile phone, a passable buffet meal is on offer. The coffee, served in small paper cups, not mugs, is good, but why not purchase some real cups? After a day traveling around the city we returned to our rooms, and again no towels. Reception said they would be brought up in 2 minutes. Wrong. A number of calls, several hangups by the reception, and an hour later damp towels are delivered. If the towels were being washed just say so, and don't lie. The truth is always better. New guests across the hall, more shouting between rooms made for a pleasant evening. Then at 4am loud techno music was played for an hour from the woeful top floor restaurant, audible floors below! WTF? In the morning the staff member at reception said it was the bosses order to play extremely loud music even if there was no one in attendance. On a Tuesday? What about the other guests? Never stay at SPK Hotel in Madurai. The advertised "luxury" room was standard at best, and for the same rate we stayed at a wonderful high class modern hotel in Bangalore that could compete w

“Nice hotel in the outskirts of the city”
Room was good, best thing is the rooftop restaurant. The hotel is 25 min away from the city center ( temple area ) but near the highways leading out of Madurai.

“Good facilities & Good service!”
Stayed for 2 nights, breakfast was great. Good customer service provided by all staff. Facilities such as AC, fan, lights, toilet cleanliness and heater were all satisfactory. Stay at SPK was enjoyable. The counter staff even helped with our enquiry on certain locations and getting us auto rides. Good job!

“Good quick comfortable service ”
Quick food service for aged parents. Reached at 10:30 pm. They close restaurant at 11. Friendly staff.Very good.

“View of the room was awesome”
Big rooms, view and serviceReally enjoyed my stay here. we checked in very late and the staffs attended well to us. Everything was really good. Awesome job guys

“Not value for money ! ”
its a new buildingAnnoying and Frustating !!! Quality of food and service is. Worst , front of office made to wait for 30 mins before checkin ,,, though hotel provides 24 hrs checkin checkout , forced to checkout by 12pm without notice .. Other hotels in the city provides a spacious room on same price compared to this , please don't prefer if u visit Madurai
