Room cleanliness needs improvement. Also, the swimming pool was not properly maintained the water was dirty, and there were even feathers floating in it. Staffs are Good.

“Dirty Stinking Rooms”
The bathrooms were stinking and looks like it was never cleaned in years. Room floor was super dirty. All curtains, furniture was fill with dust and strains. A worst experience.

“Not a pleasant stay at all”
good thing is the location of this place. bang on the beach. This facility seems to be really great for couples to have a pleasant evening and a nice stay. Sadly the investment was not maintained properly and now I feel this facility is in its downfall. Bad odour, poor plumbing, unregulated access of numerous people, unprofessional Reception. all these can annoy the customers..

Inside the room the odour is very bad beds are not hygiene blankets are unwashed and in washroom water getting stagnated (room no 111) , food we ordered is tasty and location of this hotel area is very good and pleasant peaceful

Very Worst hotel. No staff. Room was very dirty. No toiletries, water is leaking, AC not working properly, bed is not clean. No value for the money. Guys don't come to this hotel

“A good stay on Thiruvanmiyur Beach”
The rooms are amazing, with enough space and a beautiful view. The terrace has amazing view too. The restaurant is a miss and can be improved

The worst experience i had with the boutique hotels. Staff wise all good but the room i can see cockroach walking around the room. The image of the room and the real room is totally different. Not recommended for foreign visitors

“Very bad, the place is very shady”
Don't go with the pics. The rooms are very bad. The door lock is not good, the room smells cigarette. The house keeping only cleans the floor all the table , side lamps etc has lot of dust,the ceiling has double sided gum take stuck all over , the bathrooms are not clean, lot of dry algae and stains on the floor tiles, none of the amenities could be used properly. It was the worst stay ever. Couples don't feel safe here. I wouldn't recommend it.

“FROUD Booking Done by Agoda by showing fals pic”
Agoda offer best offer and force to pay instant payment. The hotel Was good once but now it is use only for young cauple to spent some hour time. Very poor maintenance with very very high charge. This has happen or this cheating has bring by Agoda. I would not recommend to any one. Moreover after written mail to Agoda there is no hairing.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Don't book here. Don't get fooled by the pictures. This hotel is no more running. It's not maintained. Before i checked in i had to look around. It's dirty filthy and stinky. You would regret if you book. It's a trash.

“Lot of scope for improvement”
The location of the property is great as its a stone throw away from beach. The rooms although looks big do not meet the current standards which other hotels offer. There are lot of stains on the walls & floor.Saw few cockroaches too, bathroom is not maintained properly. Lot of scope to improve

“Pathetic Property ”
We lived entire night almost without oxizen. ACs are not working, rooms and bathrooms were stinking such that there were on cleaning from last a month's or so. Leakage in Toilet 🚽. My worst experience of life and screwed our entire trip. I had a bad experience with Agoda earlier, tried this time and had a worst experience. I don't know why such property even listed in company website. Suggest every one to never visit this property and spoil to hard earned money

“静かに過ごすにはよいところです”
市街地から離れているため、静かに過ごすにはよいところ。近くに両替できる場所がないことがすこし不便。 屋上のレストラン、ロケーションは最高ですが、アルコールなし、値段も高め。 部屋の設備は申し分なし、ただし眺めはあまり期待できません。 空港送迎は自分で手配したほうが安上がり。
