“Kind Owners and Excellent Food”

Place is a little bit difficult to find but it's walking distance to Taj Mahal. The owners were very kind and conversant in English. You wouldn't have a difficult time speaking and conversing with them in English. Food cooked is really excellent. Drooling for the food!! Definitely value for money.. =)

“Welcoming comfort”

From the moment Rajiv said "welcome to my home" we felt so welcomed and very soon felt part of the family. Rajiv's wife Simi is a wonderful cook, so don't miss this opportunity to enjoy really good indian food. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable, if a little firm, very clean. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Rajiv helped us plan our trip to the Taj and made our visit more enjoyable, thanks to his knowledge and experience, always making sure our driver knew exactly where to go. We feel we found a jewel in Sai Home Stay and would certainly stay there again if we are lucky to have another trip to India.

Hotel is near the Taj gate. The food they serve is to die for. This is a family run hotel so the approach is really personal. The owners are great. They are very helpful and very approachable. They know a lot about the place so don't hesitate to ask questions. Will definitely stay here again!

“Great Place to Stay”

The gem of the hotel is the owner himself. He is very familiar with the area and is even kind enough to recommend places that we can visit. During our first night he patiently explained the food choices on their menu (we are not too familiar with Indian food). By the way, their food is delish :) The hotel is very clean and rooms are large. Beware of the dog inside their house though and some monkeys playing around the neighborhood :)

I enjoyed my fast stay in Agra and most of my time will be spent outside. The room is clean and the food is good Those will make you happy at the end of your day in India!

I recommend this homestay because you can really feel at home. I was sick when we stayed there and the owner gave me some really good advice.

The owner did not know that I have booked the room until I called him on the day I was arriving. Finally, 1 last room was available which was given to me. The toilet shower had problems, the toilet door was not closable from outside.

We had an overall excellent stay at Sai Home Stay. The food here is excellent and along with the friendly owners, Rajiv and Simi, is the highlight of the place. For the money, the value is superb. The neighborhood is a little out of the way if you fancy walking, but it's easy to get tuk-tuks or hire a car through the owner. I feel like we overpaid regularly by repeatedly hiring the same car driver, but you don't have to make the same mistake, just tell the drivers no otherwise they will be extremely persistent. Tuk-tuks are much cheaper than private car and can take you almost everywhere for half the price. The owner, is very friendly and knowledgable. He can help you negotiate and understand what costs should be. He can also help you plan your journey around the city or around the country.

Staying at home sai was good for the price we paid. The location is great the taj was on walking distence. Service could be better! And the breakfast / dining area also

very helpful owners, who helped organise taxis/ sight seeing/ pickups from & to airports with charm & intelligence. good staff and quite comfortable rooms. located reasonably close to major attractions in agra.i would recommend sai home stay for those looking for value & peace of mind when choosing a place to stay in agra.

“Quiet safe location.”

This was the first home stay we tried in India. It was away a bit from the traffic and crowds, we had a driver. We recommend this situation, it was comfortable, clean and had modern amenities.

This was our first homestay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The couple who run the homestay were such genuine people who took time to speak to us and make us feel welcome. Hot water, tv, wi-fi, great hospitality and some of the best food we've eaten since being in India. We would most definitely recommend this homestay.

“Simple and affordable”

We only stayed at this home stay for a few hours to sleep. Passing through Agra quickly just to see the Taj and Agra fort. It was perfect for a quick night stay, but didn't get to spend much time getting a good feel for the place. The manager was warm and kind and understanding of how tired we were from our day of travel. The only real downside was the forms u had to fill in apon arrival seemed excessive but it seems every place in India I have been has different procedures on this.

“awkward homestay”

the home is very diffucult to find and entails a fight with various taxi and tuktuk drivers who don't know the location. it is also far away from walking to anything. the owner did tell us that agoda has the address wrong so that may be a fault there. he also said he offers train pick up but there was nothing about this on the agoda website. the room i had was super deluxe and very spacious although i was slightly concerned about the cleanliness of the sheets. bathroom was fine. the owner seemed very helpful but when i asked for a car to delhi, he ignored me although he was getting one for some japanese visitors and he booked my friend into his hotel the sai palace, telling him it was a fantastic room for 600 rupees when in fact ralph said 'ive seen worse but not much.'

“Very comfortable clean rooms. ”

Beautiful home with lots of modern furnishings. Owner and wife are very personable and gave good advice for visiting their city. Menu available for handy in room dining. We were provided an extra nice fluffy blanket for the cold weather. Be sure to get the phone number to give your driver as it was a bit of a search when we were ill prepared.

住宿期間老闆幫忙非常多,不但給我們很多旅遊建議,也幫忙我們解決買到錯誤巴士票的問題. 房間寬敞乾淨~ 餐點也蠻可口的~只是地點有點偏僻, 不容易尋找~

El hotel no es un hotel. Es un hospedaje, una casa familiar que alquila habitaciones. Para gente que quiere ir a dormir a las 19 horas esta bien porque es agradable. Pero para mi que me gusta salir hasta tarde no sirve porque 20 horas cerraban la puerta y no podias entrar.

Sejour tres court, nous sommes arrives tard et reparti tres tot. Accueil sympathique et prevenant, les chambres sont impeccables, les sanitaires propres et en etat. Le seul regret est que pour admirer le Taj Mahal tot le matin, le petit dejeuner n'est pas disponible. Encore un petit effort et ca sera tres bien ...

Tres agréable séjour à Agra ,le "boss" est de bon conseil pour les visites et vous accueillent tres agréablement ,les chambres sont grandes et très propres ainsi que les salles d'eau , du marbre partout .Très bel endroit au calme

“Sehr familiäre Atmosphäre ”

Bei Ankunft wurde ich vom Gastgeber mit Namen herzlich empfangen. Er hat gute Ratschläge wie man Agra am besten und am günstigsten erkundet. Abends kocht die Gastgeberin ein vorzügliches vegetarisches Abendessen. Es war ein sehr ruhiges guesthome im hektischen Agra in familiärer Atmosphäre!

“Netter und freundlicher Service”

Sehr netter Empfang. Tipps zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Abendessen war lecker und wird auch nach Wunsch gewürzt. Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Weg zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zum laufen etwas zu weit, aber mit dem Tuk Tuk nur ca 60 Rupie. Die Lage ist dafür sehr ruhig mit sehr wenig Verkehr.

Sehr zu empfehlendes Guest House. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Familie sehr freundlich und sympatisch und das Essen sehr lecker! Da würd ich nächstes mal wieder hin. Das einzige was ich nicht empfehlen kann, ist die Sightseeing-Tour, die dort angeboten wird, mit einem alten Nachbarn der Familie. Ist ziemlich überteuert. Aber da habe ich auch selbst Schuld, der Preis wurde mir ja vorher schon genannt. Das jedenfall nie wieder, alles andere war super!

wir haben 3 nächte im sai home stay verbracht und waren von der ersten minute an total begeistert. die familie ist sehr gastfreundlich und unterstützt ihre gäste in allen lebenslagen. die besitzerin kocht selbst und tut das, nebenbei bemerkt, sogar ziemlich gut. wir haben in unserer reise durch rajasthan nirgendwo besser gegessen. alles selbstgemacht, auch gewürze, joghurt, käse, etc. anders als andere gasthausbetreiber unterstützt rajiv seine gäste bei der planung ihrer aktivitäten und ausflüge, versucht aber nicht, sie dabei zu beeinflussen. uns hat er z.b. einen supergünstigen und sehr verlässlichen fahrer (yusuf) vermittelt, mit dem wir absolut zufrieden waren. unser zimmer und das bad waren sehr sauber und gemütlich. wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin zurückkehren und können nur jedem empfehlen dort zu übernachten.

“硬件、软件都不好”

这家是本次在印度觉得最差的住所，虽然在所谓的富人区，但晚上没灯，并且野狗超多，有一定的危险，反正硬件极差，电视、热水等都坏的，，服务也不是很热情，卫生基本不做的，早餐也不好，就只有一杯茶、2片面包加少的蛋饼，小孩还要另外价钱，我们还帮他带来2个客人。以前看其他评论说这家人很用心在经营这家民宿，我们住了3天，一点也看不出用心，觉得价位与住宿不相配，感觉很糟。

“真正的家庭酒店”

位置不是最方便的，但位于中上阶层街区，花园洋楼和房间布置很漂亮。和父子两位男主人交谈愉快，女主人厨艺拿手。

爱！死！了！ 这个酒店虽然位置有点点偏，打tutu车不是很方便。但是，漂亮的小洋楼，可爱的花园，温文尔雅又热心的老板，朴实的服务员等等，那一点点交通不便完全瑕不掩瑜。抵达那天，老板免费请人去火车站接我，而在那住的期间，不仅受到家庭成员般的对待，老板还对我们的旅程安排提出好建议，帮我找车等等。在我办了离店手续后，仍要在阿格拉继续游览一个下午，亲爱的老板主动提出我的行李可以寄存在酒店，并且玩回来后免费让我洗个舒服的热水澡再继续旅程，我感动的啊~~~~~ 总而言之，如果我再去阿格拉，一定会再选择这里。 向所有人推荐！ ————DING DING

“位置不太好找，但是环境不错”

离泰姬陵坐突突车约20分钟，酒店安排的包车还可以，价格不离谱。 早餐也很人性化，虽然比较简单。 电热水器需要连续加热15分钟左右，热水还不错
