“some of the room is good, some of the room very bad”
too many group hotel group together, we book traveller hotel but provide is delta hotel. some of Bath room no safety even at top floor .. block beside still can《 look》 in the bath room ....very bad

“Best stay in Hong Kong ”
its really value for money to stay there as they proved me very comfort environment on my stay in hk and staff is very humble to find out address and there room also bigger and comfort with big window and newly renovated room with new bedsheet and fully tied and clean .... I will recommend to all my friends to this hostel .....rinku

“Best hostel in city”
I recommend this hostel to everyone as there room is very good and bigger then other hostel, it’s value for money!!!! staff is very helpful also with good English speaking, and also with full of knowledge about city tourism, lot of Asian food also available in this facility, and location is great also with walking distance to harbour view and full of shopping areas nearby too.. I wish to stay again here in my next trip.

“Value the entire trip”
The room I entered was not what it had been booked online. It had changed to another hotel under a same privilege management and went down a few downstairs for a fortnight stay. Unfortunately, it had been so crowed for elevators too many times. Also, the hot stream shower was disabled and quite noisy sometimes as to my room adjacent to a reception.

“Fabulous Stay”
Very accessible to foreign exchange booths,malls,restaurants and coffee shops. Easy to go anywhere and its very convenient. Clean rooms and very good wifi connection. Hospitality of the staff is a bonus.

Location is great. Close to shopping center and food haven. Rooms are clean and comfortable.Friendly and accomodating staff.

“Ran away!!!”
Very inconsiderate filipina staff.Booked 2 double rooms for our group of 4. When we arrived here we were told that only two can occupy the room since we didnt specify yhe guest name in each room. Was left with no choice but to shell out another 300hk$ for a horible room. Be warned rhat their units are on d top floor-16th & 13th! Aside fr long queue at lifts, im more afraid if a disaster strikes.

“Location is good”
Near MTR station. Not far from the Avenue of Stars. Center of Tsim Tsa Sui. Clean bed and room, Safe locker in a dorm room. Price was too high comparing to small dormitory room, only one toilet(mixed with) shower room for 7 dorm rooms and one elevator for 16th floor. (But it was on New Year holidays, so that's why), Free water in a lobby tasted like tap water.

“Good for price but shady”
Price was good for such a location smacked right in Tsim Sha Tsui. Room was clean and if you want to change your room they would gladly assist you to do so. The whole place looks abit too shady for its own good though, and the lift looks like it will crash any moment. Good stay for price but may need to improve lift and environment.

“Surely not to recommend couple stay”
Very good location !! Compared price, the service, staffs and room cleanness are understandable. I recommend low price lovers, except couples. If you are one time traveler to HK, I suggest you to stay bit higher price hotel for your travel memory.

“Fairly nice”
The room was small for 2 persons but it was okay since it was clean. However, the toilet door has no lock, and one of the sockets didn’t have electric current. They should improve the elevator.

“Very Good”
This was my first time I traveled with Agoda. And my trip was quite good and I am looking forward to booking my future journeys with Agoda only. The services they provided were really appreciable and the staff was polite.

“Amazing Staff!”
I booked 4-6 bed dorm, but after check-in they gave me very clean 2 bed room with a view :) hostel might be hard to find at first, but worth the money.

“Highly Recommended for Business Travellers”

Superb Hotel at Best Price, Surrounding is fine with intricate Design. The Staff is friendly and helpful, the Rooms are just amazing as compared to other Hotels in the Neighbourhood.

“Really Clean”
The single room is very narrow but was very really clean and organized every night. We have to wait in front of elevators because so many foreign visitors stays the hotel. Unfortunately big typhoon came to Hong Kong and elevator did not work... I had to go up to 8th floor by walking stairs. However, the price of room is less than 45 dollars. Cost effectiveness was very good!

“Very nice and cooperative staff 24hour reception .”
Room are very clean convenient for shopping, transportation .Middle of hong kong so easy to go to anywhere in hong kong Specially good for branded and local Shopping all kind of food you can find near around the place excellent experience. Travelers staff helped me to book all my tickets for ocean park Disney land.

“Confused.”
Last time we stayed here it was great. We had our own shower and apart from a leaking AC we were really happy with room and service. This time we were shuttled down stairs to another floor into a poky little old room and told to share a bathroom. Room we booked was similar to last time. Not happy. Eventually after much confrontation given another room.

“What you see is not what you get”
We saw this photo stated and what we get is like a sad room witha toilet beside. Aircon was making noise whole night and you can hear your neighbour tslking

“Not so satisfied ”
The hotel is accessible to most of the transportation and Tourist attractions but it’s not worth the money that you payed for. Room is very small but I can understand that, but most of there amenities that they have is not in good condition and some were not working anymore (like heater, tv, aircon, fan)and they can’t do anything about it or provide any alternative solutions. Some of the staff are not that accommodating.

“Great Value”
Definitely one of the better hostels. Staff were friendly, room clean and a little bigger than some others I’ve stayed in. Shower worked great. Very happy indeed. Only problem was with AC which dripped water down wall onto my bed. :)

“Room was the smallest I’ve ever stayed in”
There were roaches, lights didn’t work and we could barely fit our bags in the room. This was not the same room from the picture and I wrote the host a message asking to change to the pictured room and got no reply. The only good thing was the location.

“すごく良い”
The actual rooms were different from the pictures. I have booked for an executive suite room(with 2 queen size beds) but in the end they gave us 2 different rooms with single beds each. I called the receptionist to ask regarding the rooms but she was rude at the very start of the conversation. The hair dryer wasn't working and the heater in one of the rooms wasn't working too. I will definitely never go back to this place.

no quilted blanket, no tissue, no tv, no fridge, no toothbrush and no bottle water...... the room looks different from photo. one good thing is the room is clean

The staff was really helpful and location was perfect to hangout, great night life and shopping place. The rooms were super clean and liked it as we got good deal through agoda. perfect value for money.

“The Hostel Cancelled Our Booking with No Compensation ”
When we were checking in, the receptionist told us that there was a problem with the booking, and therefore they could either refund my money in full OR upgrade our room with an additional fee of $200. Ridiculous.

“Overall good experience”
The location is good since it is near all the attractions. My room was clean and everything worked. The receptionist was nice and gave me a plug adapter. The only thing I didn't really like was the building itself, it is dirty and there is so many people in the first floor. However, I do recommend staying in this place if your budget is low!

“Great place”
Yes the room tiny, yes the location has some hawkers. But overall my stay was extremely pleasant. The location is great, room is new/clean and the concierge Ladi was great, making sure I had a clean room every day.

"The hostel has an incredible location, super convenient and close to the city's main attractions. Ideal for those who want to make the most of the city without spending too much time traveling. However, the rooms are quite cramped, making it difficult to move around, especially for those carrying larger suitcases. In addition, the bathroom is also quite small, which can be uncomfortable depending on your expectations. Despite this, it is a good choice for those who prioritize location over space."
