    “トラブル対応!!”

    agodaのミスで予約ないと言われチェックインできす!最初のスタッフには予約なく、満室で何も出来ないとあっさり断られてげんなり!なんとタイプミスで予約されてたことが判明し何とかチェックインと思ったら部屋の準備に時間要してなんと1600まで待って欲しいとのこと! ロビーバーで待ってチェックインできたのは1500過ぎでした。最初の印象は最悪だったのですが、お部屋はとてもシンプルながらこだわりの空間でリラックスできました。 しかも、夜にホテルのテラスで飲んでたら雨降ってきたから、十分なサービスできなかったと何と無料にしてくれたんです。 サービスに対するプロフェッショナルな思いも感じられて最終的にはいい印象でホテルを後にできました。

    “チェックイン、チェックアウトを除けば、全てが最高でした。”

    チェックインは、14時から15時の間に行きましたが、待つこと15-20分。ロビーが無駄のない作り過ぎて、待つためのイスが少なく、立って待つことになりました。また、チェックアウト時は、タクシーを待つこと2、30分。これも、立って待ちます。とにかくそれがとてもストレスに感じました。部屋、設備、エレベーター、セキュリティ、レストランと、ほぼ全てが素敵で完璧なだけに、そこだけが残念で、逆に記憶に残りました。チェックインの際は、クレームを付けている中国人がいて、その人で10分くらい時間の無駄となり、空港に三時間前に行きたかったが、30分以上、ホテルでのタクシー待ちで時間が無駄に。結局、空港ではさほどショッピングも出来ず、ラウンジ利用も10分程度となってしまった。

    “Luxury boutique hotel in a good location ”

    “Great location”

    My wife and I enjoyed The Murray. Easy walking distance to The Landmark and Pacific Place although they also have a shuttle to both as well as the airport express. Food was excellent. I would recommend getting the F&B special if they have it (pay HKD500 and get HKD750 F&B voucher which can be used in the restaurants, room service and bars - we ended up purchasing a second one and used both up easily.)

    “Exceptional Service ”

    Haven't experienced such exceptionally thoughtful service for a while and I have to give kudos to the team at The Murray for such a pleasant stay. From restaurant suggestions from the bellboy to a service staff escorting my elderly parents to the doorsteps of the MTR, they truly went the extra mile. The rooms were amazing too, and breakfast was elegant with an Ala carte menu of choices. Will definitely return when I am back to visit.

    “Wonderful stay”

    We were greeted by a lovely female staff who assisted us with check-in and showed us to our room. The room was spacious and comfortable. Really appreciate that they provided a complimentary bed so we could all relax at the end of each day. Staff were all very friendly. The location is good, but it is a 5 to 8-minute walk to Pacific Place so it got very hot in summer. I think in winter the walk would be lovely though.

    I had a very stressful situation when my wife and I booked at the Murry. This was nothing to do with the Hotel and was an external trauma event. The hotel is excellent as was the problem solving manner by the management of Mr Eric Yeung.

    “One of my Favourite hotels to stay, good for value with cassia lounge”

    Highly recommended hotel with good serving food at cassia lounge. My kids still miss the staff they met at cassia lounge asking to go back again. Though the price of the hotel stay is steep, but you get whT you pay. Staff at breakfast can be a bit warmer. Overall, the stay is so good and make us like Hong Kong so much with pleasant memories. Kudos to Murray! As I have been to HK previously for work twice, and other hotels had made my stay not so comfy and pleasant which Murray has created!

    “Nice view from the room”

    We booked the room throughout the new years week. We requested a high floor and got a fantastic view of the city skyline. The hallways were clean and quiet. Elevators are equipped with bench seating as well which was very nice after full days of shopping.

    Definitely will stay again on our next family holiday. All staff were welcoming, helpful & resolved hiccups ( pool was closed for maintenance) expediently & professionally. Notably, appreciated assistance & thanks to Rhona at Front Desk, Andy at Guest Relations & Ron at the VIP lounge. Recommend Garden buffet & Chinese restaurants. Only comment was the basin was a little low & tap too high so some splashing.
