“Great Location”
We stayed here for a few nights. With the shuttle going every half hour it made it very convenient to get around. The hotel has great views of the water and airport which was fun to watch planes taking off all the time with no noise. We would definitely stay again.

“A brief stop over!”
We stayed for one night only, ahead of catching a contecting flight from HKG. A very convenient and reliable shuttle bus service to the airport, from the MTR made life easier. A decent burger and good beer in hotel bar (even if the service was very slow - one of those where we had to chase to order, re-order, have the table cleared etc)

“非常に満足”
The staff at Sheraton Tung Chung are friendly, professional, and attentive. From check-in to housekeeping, everyone was courteous and willing to help. There was a staff named Ka Yan who cleaned our room neatly. She even helped us to push our luggage to the lift. The location is excellent if you’re looking for a more peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Hong Kong. Also nearby are Ngong Ping 360, Citygate Outlets, and Lantau Island attractions. However, it’s a bit far from the city center, so getting to places like Central or Tsim Sha Tsui takes more time via MTR or taxi.

Children friendly hotel. Convenient travel because of shuttle service. More food choices on buffet. Excellent service. Staff was very nice.

First of All thanks for a great hospitality from all staff, especially Olivia & Lisa (FO staff). Stay di Hongkong berasa di negara sendiri , karena pas Check-in kebetylan dgn staff dr Indoneisa & pakai bahasa. Terimakasih juga atas kiriman birthday cake & greetingnya, it has made my day.. Tadinya saya hanya book 2 malam, tp krn staff nya ramah, hotel nya bagus, bersih , viewnya luar biasa, fasilitas juga lengkap termasuk free shuttle bus yang sangat membantu tiap kali akan pergi keluar. Akhirnya saya perpanjang waktu menginap disini sampai hari terakhir di Hongkong. Very Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

“Fantastic place to stay on Lantau”
We reached this hotel in the morning directly from the Airport. Access to Disneyland and Ngong Ping is easier from this area. We took the complimentary shuttle service from the Airport. The check in was smooth, Rooms were clean and large. The buffet breakfast was too good. Eggs, Dimsums, Fruit juices, Tea, coffee, Baked items. The spread was immense. Staff is cordial. Will definitely stay here again if I happen to visit Hong Kong again. It is far away from the city centre and hence the tariffs are relatively lower. There is an Indian grocery store, Subway and and a couple of other eating joints in the hotel building itself.

“Great hotel”
The staff, room, breakfast, view and everything else was great! We were also given a free room upgrade (better view). Excellent hotel and we are definitely coming back.

“Everything is great. ”
Good location nearby airport. The hotel have shuttle bus transfer between airport - hotel and hotel to mrt. Is so good. The staff so nice and friendly. the hotel also cleanliness. I recommend this.

“Short vacation with family”
Hotel is nice, the food has enough selection and is yummy. Double bed is nice and has everything except a bidet for toilet use, but maybe they don’t use it. Swimming pool is under maintenance during our stay. Hong Kong airport for hotel bus access is not friendly, and hard to find. Hope there will be a proper sign for a specific hotel bus pick up point, it’s hard to get infos there as not everybody speaks English. Always in doubt. Will definitely go back soon because Once you know Hong Kong is good for tourist destination indeed

“Aircon Sound”
I was given room 706, and the aircon was annoyingly loud and disturbing. When I turned it off that's when I was able to sleep.

i celebrated my b-day w/ them and they gave me cake. and they allowed us to check in early. they have free shuttle from airport to hotel vice versa and hotel to tung chung MTR vice versa very convenient

“Good location for stopover”
Quite good choice if you just have a short visit in HK with bulk luggages. They have shuttle bus between the airport and hotel, metro station and hotel. Staff is nice and kind. The landline in the room was very annoying that woke me up at 6am, as it made noise by beeping in low volume. After it checked by the staff, they found it was broken anyway and they replaced it with a working one.

“Staycation”
I would best describe it as staycation. Great part of this booking is the reception staff Linda ( as far as i can recall) is great, there is bus to and fro airport every hour ( not 24 hours of course)

“Perfect stay before flying out HKG”
Just stayed for a night to have full sleep before flying out and it exceeded expectations! Breakfast buffet had a good variety and taste really yummy! Room setup was smaller than where we stayed for other days but still big in HK standards but the cleanliness was 100%. The shuttle from Tung Chung and airport was really efficient as well. Definitely will recommend!

“Great hotel!”
Easy check in and check out. We got a room with a splendid view of the ocean and it was lovely! So relaxing. Great staff, delicious breakfast and the complimentary shuttle made our stay extra comfortable. No bidet but the bathroom was clean and had bathrobes. Highly recommended!

“ Ventilation ”
Bad air conditioning ventilation in room 1820, with the barbecue oily smell from the room ventilation. Lucky the Conceirge helped us to swot to room 1511 with a much better air ventilation and smell. This seaview room is a bonus here. Very good service overall but the air conditioning needs to be highly improved:(

“Excellent home away from home”
Sheraton is one of the best brands of hotel out there… standard is bar none. Shuttles to and from the MTR were available for us, as well as one to the airport.

It offered best service. All staff were kind and helpful. Food was excellent and rooms and outdoor were very clean and new. Above all, it is quite cheap compared to other hotel at similar level service.

“Close to airport and Citygate outlets with free shuttle”
Pretty new hotel, amazing location. What I love the most is their receiving staff are well spoken in English language also the free shuttle! We should have stayed here while visiting Disney as this is close to everything.

“Nice hotel near airport and citygate”
Nice new hotel near airport and citygate outlet. They also provide shuttle bus to airport n outlet. Staff very friendly.

“Good Location. Near Airport”
We stayed here for a while to explore Citygate Outlets. Free shuttle to/from airport and Tung Chung MTR (Citygate Outlet) Great amenities for babies, they provide crib and toiletries for babies.

“Superb Unforgettable service”
From the reservation down to check out, each moment we had in this hotel was an amazing experience. My young daughter and I were treated as VIP guests. Kudos to Jay-anne for a warm and seamless check in despite wee hours. The smart room has amazibg views and the most confy bed. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The location was great and made convenient with the free bus. Breakfast and the free packed unch! Plus the go to bags..my kid didnt want to leave....we hope to be back soon!

“2 Nights Stay”
Online sales representative Pamela Poon was very prompt in answering emails for questions and helpful in coordinating our request. Front desk staff was also helpful even though the preparation of our room was late but made up for a family request. Hotel was very accessible to important locations in Hong Kong like Disney Land and Tunc Chung MTR. Will be back again

Room comfortable but little small , construction going on infront of City view room. But was changed to sea facing room as hotel courtesy.

“Value for money hotel.”
Free shuttle to and fro to airport and Tung Chung was an added advantage to explore. Breakfast had a nice spread. Staff was courteous and ever willing to help and support. Communication with some staff members was difficult due to language barrier, but that can be easily ignored.
