部屋は清潔で窓から街の景色も見えます。 シャワールームはシャワーカーテンもあり、広さも充分。 スタッフは親切で英語も話します。 変換コンセントも貸してくれました。

MTRの駅から徒歩でまあまあ距離があります。夜帯は一人で歩かないほうがいいエリアです。公園に隣接していて、週末はアフリカ、中東系の人たちが集まって試合や応援（？）の大きな声が深夜まで響きます。たまたま、最上階（24階）の部屋だったのでそこまで気になりませんでしたが、もっと下の階の部屋だったら寝れなかったかもしれません。お部屋はツインのベッドが２つ。狭いですが、一人なので十分でした。ベッドはかなり固いので、腰が悪い人はきついかもしれません。部屋の壁はかなりうすいです。総合的に悪くないですが、激安でもない限り、次回も選ぶかはわかりません。ティッシュ、ミネラルウォーター、冷蔵庫はありません。近くにセブンイレブンがありますよ！

“バジェットホテルとしては素晴らしい”
香港で泊まってきたバジェットホテルの中では、今までで最高のホテルだと思います。安めのホテルだとシャワーがトイレの上についていて、シャワーの後のトイレに難ありだったりするのですが、ここはシャワーが別れているので良いです。部屋は小さいですが、寝るだけなら十分だし、新しいホテルだけあってキレイ。

まだオープンして間もないこともあり全てが新しいです。フロントは驚くほど質素ですが、まだ1階は工事中のためもしかしたら改善されるのかも･･･ 立地、部屋、値段など香港としてはかなりお得だと思います。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Use of hot water in the shower was very limited, approximately 2.50 minutes. You could also hear the people talking next room from you.

“Clean and good value. ”
Book the room for 5 nights. The reception staff upgrade my room to higher floor which have great city view and large sky. The room is small and cosy and bright and clean, which is the reason why I choose over other hotels. The room service is lovely. The room is cleaned after I come back. Bed sheet is changed. Highly recommend if you are on budget. One tiny thing to improve.... The pillows are giant. I slept on my folding scalf for all nights. Please try to prepare some that fit human's size.

“Nice and clean hotel”
Hotel location is good, walking distance from the train station (but needs to walk across the road), nearby has a lot of restaurants and local food. But the hotel is clean and spacious compared to other nearby hotels

Unexpected a small hotel, tiny room, the bed closed to the window with cold wind came through, pretty cold at night. No heat, can't control the air con., hard mattress, no hair shampoo and condition, no refrigerator. Also l don't like that bright ceiling white light bulbs. The location is great for eat and shopping everywhere. The hotel is small and dirty, doesn't looks same as the pictures. But 5 stars to the staffs, very nice and helpful. Thank you!

It’s clean and spacious for Hong Kong standard. The location is okay, a few minutes’ walk from Sham Shui Po station, but the surrounding area is a bit sparsely populated. Cons (not major though): only one power outlet, 15-minute limit for hot water/shower and the next person need to wait another 10 or 15 minutes.

“A minimal budget hotel”
Depending on what you pay, this may or may not be a good value for money. The hotel is located in a quiet street, near the MTR and bus lines, convenient stores and local eateries. The room is bigger than those in most budget hotels in town I have been to, and there are only two rooms per floor. The view on the higher floors is amazing. The internet speed is good. The bad points are many: no fridge, no safe deposit box, no bathmat, no hand soap, no hand towel. The walls were very thin. I could hear the neighbor. They use hot water storage, not a heater. So the water temperature decreases as time passes. I won't be back. There are better options.

Pros - 1. staff promptly replied on how to get to hotel by bus since arrived late evening 2. Reasonable rate 3. Clean rooms Cons - 1. near Pakistani grocery with lots of drinking men hanging out early evenings 2. Very narrow elevator 3. No lobby 3. No restaurant but only vending machine at reception desk 4. No extra towel when I requested it at night 3. No coffee/tea inside room

“Small but comfortable. Great location”
The hotel is located in Sham Shui Po, which has lots of character, interesting merchandise ans stores, and cheap places to eat. Hotel room is small but clean and comfortable. It is far from MTR but staff is helpful in helping me get a taxi. This is a nice place if you travel light.

I'm very concern about cleanliness and this hotel is doing great. At night you wont hear any noises. Water pressure is high, thumb up for this. Room is very clean as well.

“Value Worth, Clean, Good Location”
Very Clean Hotel and room. Staffs very friendly. Each storey only got two rooms, so is very quiet. No smoking smells as well. Take E2 bus from airport ( HKD 14 ) and press bus stop button when you hear next station is wong chuk street. walk opposite to basketball court where hotel is located nearby there. I stayed at 22nd floor, nice view. walking distance to many restaurant nearby. strongly recommend this hotel to others.

“budget B&B. excellent customer services”
my husband cut his fingers around 8 pm. the hotel staff is very kind and efficient to help and introduced us to a nearby clinic which opened until 11:45. if you don't want to spend too much on accommodation, this is where you should go

“Truly Minimalist ”
Be prepared for a truly minimalist stay. Small room and toilet / shower room, washbasin, a TV, a kettle. Bed quality was good. Location is not pretty but within walking distance you can reach MTR, and bus stop direct to airport. Staff is very polite and helpful. So it comes down to price. Compare the various websites diligently and don't fall for "since you booked a flight with us you are entitled to a good discount for your accommodation " jingle! I paid 3-4 times (no kidding!) to that website than when I extended consecutively with another website.

Staff are very helpful and patient. During my vacation period in HK, is just unlucky that my mon passport was stolen by pickpocket. However, we really appreciated the helpfulness of hotel staf, especially Mr Chan who give me a clear guidance on what is the next step after the passport lost and Mr Jason who assist us to find the faster and convenient way of transportation method to the Malaysia immigration department which release our burden to carry the big luggage by MRT. We really appreciated their effort and will recommend this hotel to my friend:)

Considering cheap hotel, access to Prince Edward is exit E, 10mins walk. If do not want to walk so far can choose A2 exit Sham Shui Po,5-7mins. Hotel heater was alright for 10-15mins bath. Wi-Fi tends to be unavailable during 10+. Staff was really friendly at all point. Least this is the only friendly environment through out HK.

Room is clean and bright. Location is very accessible but too many South-Asian 南亞人 drinking along the street in the evening. Not very safe for female travelers.

“Nice price with the simple decoration”
This hotel location is not very good as some strange people nearby. Others is OK.

“Decent stay in a reasonably priced hotel ”
1. Need to improve air conditioner - a bit hot 2. No free mineral water bottle / water dispenser 3. Insufficient plug points - only 2, and 1 of them is for TV

“非常に満足”
設備的にも値段的にもバジェットホテルとホステルの間のような感じで、コストパフォーマンスがよいと思います。 部屋は香港らしい狭さですが、新しくて清潔だし、窓が大きいので、１人なら閉塞感はありません（２人だときついかな）。 バスルームはこのクラスとしては広めで、必要十分なつくりです。Wi-Fiも速くて快適でした。冷蔵庫がないのだけが残念です。 周辺はなかなかディープなエリアですが、女１人でもトラブルなく過ごせました。
