A new and very large hotel. The access to the building is a bit strange, the reception being on the 19th floor and the rooms are above on about 40 floors! Our room was large and very comfortable. As an older guest I missed a clock and also no bathroom weighing scales. Breakfast was efficient, but western food a bit poor and pastries selection not good and stale. Overall very good and I would stay again when in HK.

“Nice experience”
The staff are helpful and polite. The room is in good condition with high cleanliness. The hotel is easily accessible, near to the bus station and MTR station. Yet, the hotel is in the Hopewell Mall, it takes time getting out from the hotel room to the entrance of the mall.

“Has potential”
The hotel feels a bit sterile. The staff weren't that helpful. The facilities weren't fully open (including the change rooms) yet which was disappointing. The breakfast was underwhelming. Having said this, my hope is that these are all teething issues and with a bit more time, it will become a great option for Wan chai.

Amazing breakfast, great fitness centre. The location is a little confusing to reach out. It is not very close to metro.

“My first stay at hopewell hotel ”
This is my first stay at hopewell hotel for its very accessible location being close to Causeway Bay. This newly built hotel is rather nice and the room is quite big by Hong Kong standards. The gym is big but the swimming pool has yet to open. My package is provided with a buffet breakfast. Setting of the restaurant is rather spacious and I especially love the colour theme of the restaurant giving a relaxed environment. When we checked out , I found that there is a very famous Japanese restaurant in the complex. I would come again when the swimming pool is open and dine in the Japanese restaurant.

“Pleasant stay, new hotel”
Deliberately booked this hotel as quite new, and not far from The Peak Station. Everything very nice, pool closed for repairs or something, but not here for swimming. Breakfast very good. Staff helpful, special mention to the concierges who can't do enough for you.

“Highly recommended hotel”
Superb. Brand new hotel opened in 2024 and room is spacious and spectacular view from my hotel room which was upgraded during my stay in May 2025. It is so convenient to take a public transport and some authentic restaurants are just located nearby the hotel. Will definitely stay there again if travelling to Hong Kong.

Central location and value for money. It’s new though. So facilities like the swimming pool is not open. It has a good gym and breakfast is good too with lots of choices

“Wonderful hotel at central location ”
The location is ideal, close to wan chai mtr and easy access to hot tourist areas. It's also close to hong kong station, taking a taxi from/to hotel is affordable and speedy option.

“Great stay”
The only downside was the complicated elevator, and on the curvy walk way make it difficult to see which elevator is arriving which also mixed with mall elevator caused longer time to wait and always crowded.

“Love this place”
We love this hotel because it's still very new and clean. They've opened all the elevators, so we don't need to wait long for the elevators at all. The room is spacious considering in the Hong Kong standard. The mountain view is spectacular. We really enjoy staying in this hotel, and hope we still can afford this hotel when we come back next time. Excellent customer service!

“Decent hotel”
Big hotel with 1,000 rooms. New and clean, quiet rooms and with good mattress. Issue is the location of the lobby (19th floor of a mall so can take some long time to get there) and slowness / organization of the lifts

Just opened, expect teething issues - poor staff English skills, long check-in lines, same everyday buffet breakfast, slow elevators and more. Poor access to public transport. Attentive housekeeping.

“下に降りれば市中心です。”
フロントスタッフとレストランのサービススタッフが親切で、態度も良いです。 ルームサービスのスタッフが配慮があり、部屋がとてもきれいで快適に整理されています。 部屋の採光が素晴らしく、ベッドもとても寝心地が良いです。 階下に行けば市中心で、何でもお店があり、買い物がとても便利です。 次回香港を旅行する際には、再度宿泊したいホテルです！！ ですが、なぜかテレビとスマートフォン/タブレットのChromecastが繋がりません。
