The hotel is very convenient to travel around in the city or out of city by train or bus. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

“Accessible ”

The hotel is near to the MTR and bus station which makes it very accessible. It is also surrounded with restaurants and supermarket. The room is clean. Although it is not that big, it has still enough space for the baggage. The hotel owner and the staff are also very accommodating and approachable. Highly recommended!

I and my family had a wonderful stay in Hang Ho Hostel. MTR station is just a minute walk, and bus stops too. We would definitely recommend this Hostel.

this place is so tiny! it seems you leave in a closet! But the location is great! (close to Subway station & just at the corner of two busy streets).We have stayed in another place during our travel (BP international) with $ 15 extra cost/night) we have a much better enjoyable experience! I would not recommend to stay with this place except you are very tight with your budget.

“Building elevator needs a clean up”

It was a relatively convenient hotel with very accommodating owners/staff. Its a budget hotel as expected. We cannot take the smell of the building elevator , they could probably report it. It smelled so so stinky most of the time .

Location is good, near the Jordan station and A21 airport bus stop. The owner is friendly. Room is small and very basic. Good for overnight stay. Compared to ChungKing Mansion, this place is quiet and not rowdy.

Room will be cleaned up everyday when you are not around. Only 5 mins walking distance to Jordan MTR station. Definitely will choose Hang Ho again if coming to HK next time.

“It's a hostel not more ”

As said it's a hostel not a hotel. Toilet and shower is one room. The entrance is scary. The staff is helpful and friendly. It's a tidy place. Nevertheless better book in advance and book a real hotel.

“Tiny but clean”

The location is excellent, close to Jordan MTR. Access, elevator, corridor are typical small hostels' but Hang Ho's 2m x 3.5m room is perfect for budget travellers. Twin beds (80cm x 180cm) are comfortable, water heater and air conditioner are working fine.

The rooms are super clean with fresh bedsheets etc. the couple owing this hostel is really homely with strong intend to make the stay as comfortable as possible. it is strongly recommended!

It's clean but they didn't change bedsheet it's our first time so we didn't knw if its really like that. It is what you paid for so don't expect much. Staff are friendly and kind.

Well, you are in Hong Kong in a budget, don´t forget it... If you are already familiar with the standards of the cheap hostels ans Inns of this city, so I believe that you will consider the Hang Ho Hostel a good option in a very expensive town like Hong Kong.. If this is not the case, then you have to open your purse to pay for a real hotel. One last note, this hostel has an excellent location in Kowloon: is a short walk from the metro station Jordan and 5 minute walk from Temple Market.

“Friendly staff”

Located near to metro, clean & frendly staff although the not spacious... The only drawback was the water heater's temperature adjuster which is hard to regulate

“Good location, need to improve the cleanliness ”

The room was very small.. just enough for one person to walk around, but we were expected about that. the bed are quite comfortable. The National court building itself look old, but the moment enter the hostel area, still quite presentable. Just that on the day of check out, we saw a small cockroach running around our room, otherwise,is a nice stay over there. The hostel located at a good location, very convenient for visit around. The staff will help to change shower towel everyday and help to air the room everyday with help us to open the window.

The hotel is in a good location, a few stops from central MTR station. You get what you pay for in terms of the room, but it is much cheaper than other alternatives. I think a couple of nights here is enough and wouldn't want to stay here much longer than this! The staff were very friendly...

the room is clean and looks new. small but enough for 5 of us (3 adults and 2 kids)the bed is small as what you find in other hostel in HK. overall it is a pleasant stay.

I would recommend Hang Ho Hostel if you required a budget yet comfortable living experience in Hong Kong. It has a very good location with just 3 minute walk to Jordan MTR Station, comfort bed that we really sleep well, friendly staff who attend to our queries passionate and patiently. Hostel surrounding is safe and a lot of buses will pass-by right in front of the hostel. I enjoyed my stay in Hang Ho Hostel and will consider to stay in this hostel again if I ever have chances to revisit Hong Kong.

A very convenient place to stay. Surrounded by many famous restaurant and feel safe to walk around during night time. A plus point to those dialysis patient who wish to travel to Hong Kong. There is a dialysis center just opposite the Hostel. However, the lift of the Hostel is old, and there is a toilet beside the lift. There will be funny smell if the toilet door does nto close properly.

“Small but clean and affordable”

The rooms are tiny, and my 180cm long body had to sleep diagonally on the bed. But they are clean, affordable considering the cost of accommodation in Hong Kong, and close to transport to wherever you want to go in Hong Kong. My wife speaks Cantonese, and that helped with communication with the very helpful staff. It seems most guests are Chinese, so I'm not sure how things would go if you don't speak Cantonese, but I get the feeling they would make an effort to make your stay comfortable.

The hotel is really well located and room a clean. But the room are really small, too small for a couple. The service is quite poor, cannot access to our room after 1 am, door getting close. The hotel is really easy to access from the airport, and many restaurant and convenient store arround. It ok for 1 or 2 days.

It was small but comfortable. However wifi is not working well and lifts are small and deapite it states capacity is 7 pax, up to 5 pax is overload. thus, it can be quite long while waiting for a lift. As it is something like hostel, they will lock door at 12am.

The room is good. However, it's close to the road so you can hear traffic throughout the night. The hostel is close to 7-11 and some shops and MTR. Be prepared as nobody is speaking english.

This place is ok for how much I paid for. I don't expect 5 stars service. The location is great, the room is very very small but clean and new. They provide shampoo, toothbrush, soap, shared hair dryer, shared fridge, towel. Staff don't speak english at all. I also wonder how they can read my booking voucher I gave them as I printed in English.

“Budget hostel, new and clean, NO English”

The hostel is located right in front of Jordan MTR station. We booked 4 rooms for 7 ppl but the hostel owner made a mistake. They booked only 3 rooms for us and the worst thing is they don't speak English at all, and I really mean AT ALL. They don't even understand simple english words like 'room' or 'sever' etc. So imagine I gave them the booking voucher and they spoke Chinese to me and I had no clue what they meant. I don't know what's wrong with Hong Kong ppl, they have to shout and talk like they're arguing all the time. Luckily there was one hostel guest who can speak both Chinese and little ENglish so she helped us. That was when we realised that only 3 rooms were booked for us. The hostel owner offered us to have one of our friends staying at another hostel, they'll find a room for our friend. And because we were all lost in translation so we wanted to stick together. At the end, 3 girls had to stay in one twin room. The hostel owner gave us back the money for the room that wasn't booked, but it's about 200 HKD less that how much we paid. But anyway, we didn't want to fight with them in hand language so we accepted it. They charged us 80 HKD per night for the extra bed but actually it's not even the extra bed. They just moved the 2 twin beds together and 3 girls had to sleep on the 2 twin beds. I couldn't even moved as I slept in the middle. The room is very small, it's ok for 2 Asians but not for 3 Asians, and not for European or American. The bathroom is about 1.5 sqm. The shower is over the toilet so everything is wet when you have a shower. Don't forget to bring your ear plugs as you can hear noise from the street all night. There was a Chinese boy staying next to my room and I could hear him screamed and slammed the door throughout the night. Towel, toothbrush, soap, shampoo, hair dryer is provided. The place is saved, clean and new though.

Safe neighborhood. 1 min's walk to Jordan metro station. So many restaurants are nearby that provided us with different tastes and delicious flavors.
