“スタッフの対応は良いです。”
スタッフの対応は良かったです。以前にも宿泊したことがあったのですが、エアコンが新しくなっていたり、少し手を加えているようです。 が、やはり古い＆臭いです。 でも深夜到着→翌日朝出発だったので、値段的には満足です。 スタッフの方も（英語しか話せませんが）対応がよく、カップラーメンを買ったら、湯沸かし器を無料で貸してくれたり、空港までのタクシー（白タクですが・１５ドル）も予約してくれました。 また乗り継ぎの時であれば利用するかもしれません。

“料金が安く広い部屋、フロントスタッフも笑顔で挨拶してくれる”
料金が安い、部屋が広い、フロントスタッフが挨拶してくれるリゾートホテルには程遠いが、料金が安くて部屋は広いしそれなりに清潔でした。 市街地やビーチまでは車で10〜20分なのでレンタカーがあれば全く苦になりません。 ファミリールームに宿泊しましたがベットが3つに大きなソファーとテーブル、他に椅子2個付きのテーブルもあり、とても広かったです。 エアコンはとても良くききますが、お風呂のお湯はバスタブ1回分使うと温水になってしまいます、しばらく時間をおくとまたお湯になるようです。 フロントスタッフは1〜2名ですが、常駐していて前を通るといつも挨拶してくれます。 レストランは営業していませんので、食事は外食か持込みです。フロントでドリンクと軽食の販売がありました。 私はお盆間際にグアム旅行をプランし、他のホテルが空いていなかったのでここに宿泊しましたが、混んでいる時でなければ日本人が泊まる事はあまりなさそうな、現地の方むきもしくは旅慣れた方むきのホテルだと思います。 良いホテルでした。

“宿泊費を抑えるなら問題なし！”
価格がリーズナブル、部屋が広く最低限の設備がある(冷蔵庫。収納、レンタルドライヤ、少し食器等)、レンタカーも取り扱ってる。少し中心街から外れているけど、クレープ屋がすぐ近く。水曜のナイトマーケットまで徒歩30分、夕暮れと共に海岸線を歩いて散歩するのにちょうどよい感じ。ホテル裏に小さなスーパー、プールバー、subway、タイ料理屋など揃っている。調理器具レンタル必要(？)もできそうなので長期滞在にもよいと思います。

価格 海 空港に近い価格 海 空港に近いそれだけです。 海に近くてワイファイつながるのでその点だけはいいと思います。 男だけの旅行でダイビングするならいいのでは。 カップルではやめておいたほうがよさそうです。

“Not for faint of heart”
Man, this place needs an overhaul. Carpets must be decades old and the smells are terrible. Homeless sleeping on adjacent properties. Drug/rehab center next door. Internet was slow. I booked online and was non refundable so I was stuck.

My experiences are the price is cheap very quiets place if you sign up online it better but in person adding a guest cost $10 per person and they are serious for precautions in a mean time and before you do anything check your surrounding room before accepting the room and report the room if any damages so you won't get blames or charge... cus when i have a room i was shock when i walk in aircon was not on the closest was broken both side, couch have stains, mini ice box was not plug and on also the tv wasnt prepare for channels and the bed and drawer has writing on it last the bathroom was great but colors was offset and so far it was good i m love it knowingly aircon get cold fast

“old and low quality ”
stayed there for 2 night and it was horrible. The AC wasn't getting cold so it was so hot and it was far away from everything. It looked ghetto but the staff was nice

“Not worth it”
If all you need is a bed, literally, then this place is for you. If you carry your own light bulbs and shampoo, you’ll be exceedingly comfortable at this “hotel.” I forgot my light bulbs, however, and when my alarm went off at 5:00am, I found that my iPhone LED was more than ample to change my clothes and find my way to the door. The staff was kind and hospitable, but as I rarely travel with extra light bulbs, I’ll likely find elsewhere to stay the next time I’m in Guam.

“Dirty , with no wifi”
No shampoo, wifi doesnt work in the room you have to go down to the lobby to use it if you ddnt rent wifi at the airport, prolly 4 over 10% in terms of cleanliness.

괌 호텔 다 낡고 비싼거 감안하시고 잠깐 머무르다가실거면 최악까진 아니에요 벌레나올까봐 너무무서웠는데 벌레는 안나왔고요 그냥 새벽비행기타기전에 쉬고 샤워하고 짐정리하고 할 정도로만... 직원분들은 친절했습니다 엘레베이터가 없어요 참고하세욥 Comparing to all the old and expensive hotels in guam and considering the low price, this hotel wasnt too bad. staffs were nice. One thing I wanted to point out is that theres no elevator So I had use the stair with my heavy baggage. it was okay to stay for short period of time waiting for my flight in 3AM.

“Very “low budget””
If bottom dollar, but safe and having the bare emminities is all you are looking for then it’s just fine. They rented me a beater car at a good price, the air conditioner worked quite well, warm water(kind of), and the refridgerator allowed me to stock food and the lobby has a community microwave. The hotel was basic in clean sheets and nice people. If you plan on being gone most of the time or are really on a budget it’s fine.

“Staff are very courteus, helpful and pleasant. They offer help and give comprehensive answers.”
The pillows and bed sheets are clean and are changed every day. The cleaning staff are polite and patient. The reception staff are efficient and helpful.

“The carpet on the 3 floor (my floor) smelled like cat piss”
The first room they put me in the bed had to be over 10 to 15 years old and the television had a yellow line going through the center of it and the remote control did not work the carpet is worn dirty and dingy and color

“Horrible do not stay here”
Facility was run down and staff was unprofessional. I booked a triple and they gave me a double. They would not correct their error nor issue me a refund for the difference in the room price. They were rude and had no regard for my family’s comfort. I would not stay here ever again or recommend to anyone. Do not stay here. Not worth it and you will not be treated kindly

“Too Old rotting hotel”
The walls and cabinets were rotten plywood and deteriorating. Nasty looking, sink and tub including its bathroom cabinet. Having no washer in the toilet. The water heater is not warm enough till you complain while the air conditioner is too old and doesn't make the room cool at all. I got a migraine when I woke up as it was hot as if fan is used instead of air conditioner. The carpet wall seemed wasn't shampoo for a couple of years. When we arrived no one even help to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor of no elevators. Uncomfortable stay even though you paid a little bit lesser, not worth it.

“Fine”
Hotel was a bit old but it was clean enough for me. Staff friendly. I was in Guam diving so i was looking for the cheapest acceptable hotel i could find. Guam is pricey compared to other destinations but as a solo traveller this hotel was fine. The hotel sits midway between the museum / basillica complex (40 min walk) and the 5 star resorts mostly for the Japanese / Koreans etc 75 min walk. Walking is hot in Guam so renting a car ($35 a day) from hotel is a good option. There is also a shopping mall (Guam Premier Outlets) with cinemas about 20 mins walk from the hotel. You can get a $4 bus from there to take you north to the 5 star resort area of town etc. About 20 mins walk from hotel there is Onward Beach Resort with friendly staff which has a waterpark ($55 entry). For diving options 'Axe Murderers' is good. Centers in Guam ask you to pay extra for one of their guides to dive with you. ($150 for 2 dives). They have Cheaper weekend shore dives. (Gear rental only).

A lady half nude evidently under the i fluence came rushing towards me as I walk in the corridors. Scary I have to go back ng lock my door. Staff also ontentionally misled me as to the room numbet of my wife and asked me to call on another door like a fool. One staff also hid my wife’s car keys that the next front desk clerk does not know wherr it is. Chaotic, scary place.

“Convenient and helpful for short layover”
I arrived at 4:30 am due to a layover and the hotel allowed me to stay until 5:30 pm and even extended that so I could take a shower. In the morning the desk manager gave me a ride to the shopping center. The hotel has a musty feel but it was very comfortable and met my needs.

“Not worth the money”
Rooms are like going back in time to the 50's. There's no elevator and the carpet throughout the hotel has a pungent sweaty stench . There's no swimming pool or gym but the beach is 2 blocks away..

“Good for what we needed”
Our flight arrived late at night and we needed a place to sleep for the night that was close to the airport. Tamuning Plaza Hotel was 10 min away from the airport so it was a good location for us. However for those looking for a hotel near the tourist area, this is not the place for you. The exterior looks kind of shady but the room was cleaner than expected. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly! The only complaints I have about our room are that the bathroom was kind of old, the front door didn’t seem like it was securely closed, and the air conditioner leaked water a lot. Other than those complaints this hotel was good for its price.

“one of the cheapest ”
you pay what you get. The staff were very, very friendly. Water machine in the lobby. Room: air con, hot water shower, strong flush. Bed is okay. The others were all bad. Carpet stained, bathroom ruined, chair marked, sofa falling into a dump. USD 69.95 a night... Guam is expensive.

pros: cheaper than most hotels at the time of reservation. Strong wifi signal in hotel room Cons: this is one creepy hotel. It use to be the old Blockbuster building on Guam which they converted into a "hotel". I stayed on the third floor, there was no elevator . so I dought it is disability compliant. The third floor was dark and there was no Aircon in the the hallway so it was extremely hot . My room was on the complete opposite from where I entered, once I got into my room I noticed that the furniture was recycled purchase from hotels that have closed down or gone out of business . I live on Guam and wanted to use this hotel room for a teleconference but I desided not sleep in the room because like I said it was a creepy place This is not a hotel but rather a very expensive motel

“Awesome for 3 adult group”
We were in Guam for a 14 hour layover on a work trip, and just needed a convenient place to rest. The 3 adult room had 2 double beds and one single bed, a small kitchenette, couch, and large bathroom. It was perfect and a very affordable price. The staff was super accommodating, as we had 12 pieces of luggage to store and also needed a shuttle to the airport. We walked 1/2 block to a delicious Thai restaurant and the beach is just another 5 minutes walk. Overall, a great experience.

Pros - strategic location, very courteous staff, cheap car rental, availability of a family room (big enough to accommodate our family of 5, including 3 grown up children), Cons - the room (at least the one where we stayed in) was stuffy, smelly (we needed to buy an air freshener), poorly maintained (e. g. the couch and the carpet badly need to be shampooed; bed covers need replacement, etc.) What stood out to us - the staff who all throughout our stat have been very nice and helpful If only the the owners would invest not necessarily in upgrading it but just making the room more comfortable to sleep in ...

“価格相応”
ダイビングを目的で価格重視だったために選んだが部屋が広く器材が置けて楽だった。当初予定のフライトがキャンセルになったが事前にメールしておいたため予約が取り消される事は無かったが、１泊分はそのままagodaへの支払いなので知らないと言われた。
