“very nice but no wifi in the rooms”

i like the hotel in all maters.. but the big issue is the internet.. there is no intrrnet in the rooms eventhough i booked a suite..

“Excellent Hotel in great location”

The Althoff Hotel am Schlossgarten in Stuttgarten is an excellent Hotel in a great location. It is very easy reachable by car or by train due to its proximity to the main station. The rooms are very nice and and tidy and although located in the city center, it is also very quiet. Staff is extremly friendly and helpful and make you feel comfortable. The only thing we missed was a spa and/or swimming pool to relax. Apart from that we can highly recommend this hotel.

“Classy hotel, great service”

location: this lovely hotel is located just opposite the main train station, so it's great if you are coming in by train. it is also adjacent to the largest shopping area in stuttgart - which has a large concentration of cafes and restaurants. service: upon check-in, our rooms were not ready. the front desk staff apologised profusely and immediately ushered us to the lobby bar for a free drink each. he also gave us passwords to the wifi connection and said we could use the wifi free of charge throughout the duration of three night stay. throughout my stay, i experienced consistently awesome service across all levels. rooms: clean lovely rooms. well furnished and very good wifi signal in the room as well.

“Lovely hotel”

The hotel is located just opposite to the main station, and is just adjacent to the main shopping area which is lined with rows of stores and restaurants. It is only about 15 minutes away from the Porsche museum. The rooms are nicely furnished and are very cosy and my room had a nice view of the TV Tower - first TV tower in the world. The staff are nice and helpful, and were very apologetic about making me wait for my room. They made it up by giving me free wifi throughout my three-night stay.

Very close to railway station and all public transport. Very comfortable hotel with a touch of class.

“grand hotel with good service”

The service of the hotel was excellent. however, it was quite pricy especially breakfast and wifi was not included. 15 Euro per night of internet is too expensive. The location is perfect, near the train station as well as the centre of stuttgart. I like the chocolate that they refill everyday at your room..

we enjoyed our stay. only one gripe, 4 star hotel, but 2 stay towels. they were small, thin and not nice. think they need replacement.

Getting a bottle of mineral water brought to your door after you've checked in, getting an English-language newspaper hung on your door early the next morning and a peaceful, quiet night in between; a breakfast with wide choice of cereals, fruit, jams and cheeses as well as cooked food was a wonderful start to the day.

객실 넓진않으나 테라스도있고 테이블도 있어 (책상 외)인테리어도 고급스러움 직원들 완전 친절함 커넥팅룸이용했는데 복도 대문닫고 두 방문들 열어두면 작은복도처럼 두방 왔다갔다 아주 편함 그냥 방문은 열어두고 지냄 바로옆 몰에 슈퍼도 있고 뒤에 공원 산책하기 좋고 백화점도 있음

Lo mejor, la ubicación. Céntrico, se puede ir a todos los sitios caminando. Lo peor, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y no está acondicionado para el ruido. Por las noches se oian las ambulancias como si estuvieran pasando por la habitación

Für mich persönlich reicht es nicht ganz für 5 Sterne. Es gab da doch ein paar Sachen die verbessert werden könnten bzw. die man erwartet in einem 5 * Haus

“非常に満足”

alles sehr gur ABER Wifi funktionierte praktisch nie und wenn dann viel zu langsam. Dies ist ein Service der sehr einfach ist zu vergleichen - hier müssen sie, zumindest was mein Zimmer angeht (414) aufholen, und es ist ein Service, der praktisch von allen Kunden ständig genutzt wird, sei es geschäftlich oder privat. Ein gut funktionierendes wifi kann DER Grund für gesteigerte Loyalität sein und wird heutzutage erwartet.

“Top von Stuttgart”

Bei Ankunft waren keine der vereinbarten Zimmer verfügbar. Nach ein- zwei Stunden Wartezeit war die Verlegenheit in der Rezeption schon ziemlich gross. Es wurde uns ein freies Upgrade vorgeschlagen. Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön mit Ausblick auf den Schlosspark. Fazit: ein wirklich erst-klassiges Hotel mit entsprechendem Personal.

Home away from home und das auf hohem Niveau! Am Besten in einem der oberen Stockwerke ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Park nehmen. Und sich auf gar keinen Fall das Frühstück entgehen lassen. Und natürlich abends vor dem Schlafengehen noch in der John-Cranko-Lounge vorbeischauen und sich einen Schlummertrunk genehmigen. Alles Highlights für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt im Herzen der Stadt.
