“Great room but shower and staff were a disappointment”
We checked in very late because we were held back by traffic. But even at 11.30pm, there was a long queue at the reception counter and only 1 staff working. Thus, it was a really frustrating wait. There was no available parking at the hotel and parking was quite far from the hotel with limited lots. The room we got was a good size, enough space for the family. However, we had trouble switching the lights in the bedrooms. Additionally, the shower area has no glass door thus caused a puddle to form and there was no outlet for the water to drain. It became quite unbearable after 4 pple finished showering. Nevertheless, the room has all the facilities u wld need for a comfortable stay inlcuding a washer/dryer, stove, microwave and a fridge.

“Good buy not enough lights”
The dark can be quite dark at night and the bathroom is a bit small. But overall good value for money. Staff is also nice. You can park around the hotel for free on the streets if you find a spot

“Fantastic room & facilities”

“Amazing staycation at WunderLocke”
We stayed for 2 nights at WunderLocke. It’s not really central but is 5 minute walk to a subway station. The hotel really put their thoughts into their design and decor. The room is small but they optimise the space quite well with everything you need, i.e. dishwasher and washing machine. The hotel also provides yoga and gym classes, with your own yoga mat in the room. The only things i was disappointed with are that there were company events for both night when we stayed so we couldnt visit the rooftop bar, and that the chromecast feature for the tv wasnt working. Still, i highly recommend the condotel for anyone visiting Munich

“Nice apartment”
Can consider as a short stay for munich as a base. Plus points- near u3 line therefore 15 mins from old town, near multiple supermarkets, got free yoga classes, ok gym. Apartment well designed and quite clean.. Minus points - dimly lighted. For 1 week stay, only cleaned once. No place to dry clothes. There is a kitchen for cooking but no salt no pepper no oil.

“Best stay experience so far”
Room was really spacious and felt like our own home than a hotel. Location was highly convenient being a few mins away from the underground train. Staff was really friendly too and greeted us warmly upon check in. Would definitely come back again

“Good for long stay”
Bed is very uncomfortable. But everything else is modern, sleek and simple. The bathroom needs improvement. Water tend to flow out after shower. This room is value for money.

Our stay at Wunderlocke was excellent. Cleanliness of the room was great & staff are friendly and approachable. Housekeeping staff were of great help too. The train station is also very nearby & supermarket is just a 5-10 minutes walk away. Highly recommend! :)

“A wonderful place!”
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Wunderlocke. We likes the facilities, amenities and the fact that our room was clean when we entered. What stood out were the staff. They were extremely helpful and understanding. I would definitely be back here whenever I am back in Munich!

“Wunderbar”
The Wunderlocke was our home away from home for 11 days. It was awesome. The front desk staff helped with anything that we needed. The young lady at the bar was a pleasure to talk to and she helped with local recommendations on things to do. Only negative thing at all I can say had nothing to do with the place or the restaurant which is also a 5/5 is has to do with a employee. The male bartender at nights is pushy and rude. and talks negatively about customers who he thinks cant speak German.

We had a great time at this property. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the staff were very helpful. The facilities were excellent, especially the amenities provided in the room. The room size was spacious and we had a good night's sleep. However, there were some minor issues with cleanliness that could be improved. Overall, it was a great value for the money and we would recommend this property to others.

“Unexpectedly Amazing”
WunderLocke's listing on most websites was underwhelming, and we didn't really know what to expect from it, but as value conscious travelers looking for a place to stay with a kitchenette, this seemed like a good option. Now that we're here we can confidently say it's the best option, and probably beats a lot of full service hotels for value too! The room is beautifully designed and fits so many practical necessities into a small space. Every single bit of the room looks like it was carefully selected and is very clean and high quality. I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else in Munich!

Located 10 min from metro, easy access to main central area. room a bit small but it has everything you need. love the co-working space.

“Nice apartment close to U Bahn”
We had a problem with the Agoda reservation. We had booked a Locke Suite (28 m2) but the hotel had us in a City Suite (20 m2). We also had an issue with the tv (lots of things depend on the tv at Wunder Locke). Diogo at the front desk took care of us and got everything fixed. We’re very happy with the room. Nice to have a dishwasher and washing machine! Skip the City suite and go for the Locke Suite if there are 2 people traveling. Yoga classes several days per week. I would stay again.

“Not recommended ”
The air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms, I reported it to the reception, but they said maintenance is not available on Sunday. The weather was nice outside if I open the window without using A/C, however there’s constructions infront of the hotel and it was too noisy early morning. How come 4 star hotel doesn’t have a 24 hours maintenance ?

“Good price”
Room not ready at 3 p.m. for check-in. No cleaning seems to be normal, lot of cigarette smoke at the entrance. But: Nice staff, good location, good money/value ratio.

Usually we try to accommodate our guests when they arrive, if we have the rooms ready earlier, but sometimes it's not possible in the busy weeks like the past ones :) We have cleaning normally after 7 nights due to us being an aparthotel and due to sustainability reasons, but you can always ask for some additional stuff if needed at the reception. “Best Studio Stay @ Munich”
Nice studio stay in Munich and if you are driving can park at the nearest car park (Park & Ride), with 1.50euro for 24 hours.

“Everything as advertised ”
We traveled as a family with young children, everything was just as advertised, clean and modern. We liked the overall design of the hotel and it's premises although some of the things were clearly design over function. We missed the opportunity of breakfast included with the rooms which we solved by going to nearby bakeries for fresh bread in the morning. The location is great with restaurants, stores and underground nearby. Definitely recommend.

the family room was very well equipped with all necessary household items, room clean and very well finished. The upper floor of the duplex room is not suitable for those with back problems, the ceiling height of the upper floor is 1 meter at most, you have yo lean to reach the bed.

We understand that the low ceiling height can be inconvenient, especially for those with back problems. For your next visit we would definitely recommend a Two Bedroom Suite. “Best stay of my germany trip”
this place is nice and cozy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Best that i was there when they opened not long. near metro train station within walking distance.

“Very noisy for sleep but good value”
The price is unbelievably good for what it is. However, there were a few minor things which if they were addressed would have been better. For one, there was no ventilation in the bathroom so the walls and doors were covered in condensation, making everything damp after even a short shower. Also, the air conditioner or machine above the bed would make terribly loud noises through the night sporadically which would wake us up. Otherwise the staff were fantastic. They showed us where everything was and went out of their way to help. During our stay my suitcase broke and I had to buy a new one. The staff were kind enough to dispose of my old one. The room was clean and had a great feel. The U train was nearby and easy to walk to which made travel to the centre of the city simple and relatively easy to navigate. The only hesitation I would have in recommending this place to a friend or staying again is the loud noises at night.

“Wonderful WunderLocke”
2 minutes walk to subway station. WunderLocke had everything you need for your stay...Hot shower with great pressure, Washer, Dishwasher, safe, hair dryer, great design and use of space, fast internet, Co-working space, gym, yoga room, sauna and outdoor pool ( closed in March ). Highly recommend !

“Value for money accomodation”
The property looks nice from the outside. The staff were nice and helpful. However, the bedding and the bathroom need a lot of improvements. The bedding was so old as if we slept on the floor. The bathroom had no air circulation at all.

“Great place with good accessibility”
A pretty new property with easy accessibility. Train station is about 3mins walk away and supermarket is about 5mins walk. A couple of cafes/restaurants are also nearby, which serve pretty good food. Although there are construction around, i did not experience much construction noises during my stay there. Staffs were friendly and quick to assist. A great apartment to stay in!

“High standard with noble furniture and TV.”
All you need to travel and stay it an appartment, icluding the soap for dishwashing and so on. Clean and very quiet.

“Great stay”
We stayed in an apartment. It was clean and comfortable. Lots of facilities but we did not make use of them. Location is far from Munich city centre but we knew that already. Prices are correspondingly cheaper than places in the city centre. Quite convenient to get Uber. Also, one bedroom light was not working. But not too major.

“すごく良い”
at first it seems like u are in a construction zone. However, once u got in the hotel is very pretty. It is very clean and well designed. we took the Mezzanine Studio - Two Beds room. the celling on the upper floor is very low so it is not suitable for old people. The beds are large and very comfy. Room cleaning is only once a weak. Over all was great experience and pretty cheap for the time we visited it (during Oktoberfest)

“Nice design, cosy ”
Location: about 20 mins from city centre. Quiet area (but safe) and not much to eat around the area. Room: they don’t do room service daily. (They do it every 7 days). There’s good hair dryer, washing machine, iron etc. they dont provide washing powder. Service: it was initially not so good as some staff’s english is not as fluent but they managed to solve some issues at the end. Hotel: design is good, beds & pillows are super comfy. (Not the flat pillows.) highly recommended if you want good beds. Food at hotel: breakfast spread is so so and cost 19 euros. Not recommended. Restaurant (Farmhouse) serves pretty decent dinner! Try the hazelnut ice cream.

“Valuable yet the location may not be the best”
The room is clean and fully equipped. It is a valuable and ideal choice for a long stay. However, though it is just 3 stations from the Munich HBF, the train to this station is infrequent and the grocery stores nearby closed at 8pm. So if you return to the hotel late, it will be hard to find direct transportation and not possible to refill daily amenities.

“"Software" needs to be improved ”
By "Hardware" , I refer to the physical and tangible properties which is nicely decorated. It is in a hip and relaxing style. The interior is clean. By "software" , I refer to the quality of staff. I had several not so friendly during my 4day3night stays. 1. I have reserved advance paid parking (cost €10 /night). But they only have limited supply of the parking entrance card. If you need to go pick up your car, you have to go to reception and get the card. Once you parked and back to hotel , you gotta return them. The morning I requested the access card , the staff asked me what time I will return card. I replied I will return in the evening . She is shocked and asked me why...I m equally shocked that the hotel staff will question my travel schedule and kinda like limit my time by using the car park 2. The staff on the rooftop bar missed our order on pizza. We waited like over 40min. When we asked them, they said they mixed up our order with another client and just started to make it after 40min. And they didn't see this as their problem and just casually saying it is the problem of the system. We were both "???" 3. During my 4day3jight stay, I just went down to the reception two times to ask for tea bags and bathing towel. There is a male staff who looks like security guard always staring at me without any smile . I felt so uncomfortable . My genuine feedback is to reinforce their client service training

Only by knowing your opinions we can improve our services, so thank you again for it! I want to apologize about the issues you experienced during your stay and mostly about our service during it. We are currently working on the parking situation as we know it can be unpractical and problematic if we have a higher occupancy. Apart from this and regarding your Housekeeping requests, it should have been addressed faster and better. I am very sorry about it. “Great for young people going to Oktoberfest ”
The hotel was packed with people going to Oktoberfest. Very festive atmosphere. A bit far from the town center, but close as we could get to Oktoberfest in short notice, my one down note is that the hallways are gross. Need new carpet and paint. Staff were great!
