“観光に便利な場所”
オリンピック前でホテル予約が困難ということもあり、他の口コミを見てあまり期待はせずに宿泊しました。結果、パリ市内観光にはとても良いロケーションで、部屋は毎日清掃・ベッドメーキングしてくれるし、お風呂もバスタブ付きでまずまず満足でした。 朝食は、２.３種類のパンと各種ドリンク、シリアル、ヨーグルトと十分に準備されていました。 結果、長期滞在でも大きなストレスはなく過ごせました。

“街歩きアクセスに最高のホテル”
メトロの駅が2線、ロワシーバスの乗り場まで歩いて10分とにかくアクセスが良いです。朝食はコンチネンタルですがクロワッサンが美味しい。スタッフも笑顔で日本人も2組見かけた。ドライヤーはフロントで借りることが出来ました。 近くにはパサージュもありスーパーも3件大衆レストランチャプターも通りをでたところにあります。

“狭いです”
ベッド2台でスーツケースを広げるスペースもなく、シャワー、トイレも狭すぎて、苦労しました。朝食はパン類、ドリンク、シリアル、ヨーグルトでした。ホテルでくつろぎたい、きちんと朝食を取りたい人には不向きだと思います。

“よかったです。”
メトロから比較的近く立地が良かったです。シャワー室は書き込み通り狭かったですが気にならなかったです。体の大きい人は厳しいかもしれませんけど。朝食はあまり期待しない方がいいかもしれません。また次も利用したいと思いました

“フランスにはよくあるタイプのホテルです。”
ロケーションはかなり良いですが駅からホテルの入り口に行くまでに数メートルのアーケードを通るため、ホームレスの溜まり場を通ることになります。部屋は11:30ごろまでに出れば掃除してくれます。掃除といっても簡易的なものですが。ドライヤーはフロントに言えば貸してくれます。冷蔵庫はないです。コップも紙コップがあります。シャンプーやコンディショナーは自分のものを持ってくることをお勧めします。全身石鹸がありますが、ハンドソープは固形しかありません。コンセントが1箇所なのでタコ足があると良いです。フロントの方はどなたも優しいです。24時間どなたかいます。日本人観光客もかなり多く、あちこちから日本語が聞こえます。壁は薄めで話し声はあまり聞こえませんが携帯のアラームなんかはよく聞こえます。

最低限の設備ですが便利な場所にある。 湯沸しポットがあれば、かなり快適に過ごせると思う。部屋には冷蔵庫は有りませんでした。

“満足とは言い難いが泊まるだけなら”
部屋の広さはそこそこ。一見きれいに掃除されているように見えたが、ベッドの下にごみがいくつも落ちていた。2泊したが、2泊目はタオルの交換と軽い掃除で、シャワールームの掃除はされていない。アメニティはほぼないものと考えておいた方がよい。シャワールームのボディーソープも置いてはあるものの出なかった。 朝食付きだったが、フロントでの案内はなく、後で気づいたため朝食を取り損ねた。スタッフには挨拶しても返事がない場合が多いので、出入りの都度挨拶するのをやめた。 ロケーション的にはわるくない（メトロの駅が近い、ロワシーバス乗り場まで頑張れば歩ける、近くに飲食店やファストフードの店も多い、治安のわるさもさほど感じず）。部屋も出入りの音は響くものの、許容範囲。 同程度の価格のホテルがあれば、ここでなくてもいいかもしれないし、こんなもんかと思えれば、満足はしないものの不満もないかもしれない。

“Short stay in Paris”
Good for the price. Small room, quite clean but the biggest problem is maintenance !!! Broken floor and bathroom cabinet etc...etc Location good, close to metro station

“Ok hotel”
The bathroom had mold. It didn’t seem that clean. It was a small room but expected for the price. It was close to subway station and tons of restaurants around.

“Don’t book !!”
The rooms are very small and basic. The rooms walls are so thin and will keep you up at night if someone is showering next door. The breakfast is yummy but will not fill you up and you will have to go restaurant 1 hour later .

“Not worth it wouldn't recommend”
The rooms are too cramped, walls have absolutely no sound proofing (could hear the people upstairs flush) and not at all helpful staff. I had fallen ill on my stay and needed to use the Kettle but they refused to let use their kitchen or Kettle in the lobby or the microwave in the breakfast area. Not worth the money charged with no amenities (even basic ones).

“Unkempt and Infested ”
The rooms are very run down and not as pictured. We noticed an infestation of bugs that would come up from the pipes and got bit by bed bugs. Wish we had stayed at another hotel.

“Great find in quiet street”
If you want somewhere in a quiet street but yet close to the action then look no furher. I have no hesitation of recommending this hotel for its great location, cleanliness and affordability. I am certainly going to book in here again next time I'm in the city.

“Would not recommend unless you like small rooms”
I booked 2 single beds only to receive 1 bed that isn’t even big enough to fit 2 regular sized adults :), space was so small that I couldnt even open one luggage. Bathroom not suitable for people with claustrophobia. LOL.

“Value for Money”
The place is small but clean. No AC, so if you will visit Paris during summer it tends to be hot. Breakfast is okay, great stay and value for money.

“Near metro and in heart of Paris”
Check in process was a breeze. Room space was very small and barely can open a luggage but we expected it as it was advertised as 12 sq m. There was only one power socket to charge our phone and was located inconveniently at opposite end of our bed. Toilet space was very small too. Small shower area and we had to be extremely careful when we walked down from shower area to the toilet door as the toilet bowl was just beside shower area entrance. No space to dry your body and need to do dry and wear clothing outside the toilet. Breakfast was simple and boring with no change throughout four days. Only had the usual hot drink machine, juice dispenser, plain croissant, toast, yoghurt, jam, butter, some cereal and milk. Seems only daytime front desk staff could understand English better as I tried contacting night shift front desk and they could barely communicate with me. One of my other booked room's room phone was unable to dial out to my room or the front desk and I tried to seek help by calling from my room and even approached night shift front desk and day front desk. They are unhelpful by giving the same solution which i already tried and I gave up trying as it was obvious that the phone did not work and they don't bother to send someone to check. When checked out, the luggage room was full and we were asked to place our luggage at a partition glass area with automated opened glass door just behind the sofa area. Nothing was recorded by hotel staff when we placed the luggage there and we did ask the staff about the security. and were assured by the staff. We were uneasy to leave there and we took photo of our luggage. After we returned, we simply went to the same space to retrieve our own luggage as no one came to assist or verify it. Pls deposit your luggage at your own risk. The plus points are near metro, in the heart of Paris and basic & budget hotel stay with basic amenities provided.

“Very nice stay in Paris”
Nice hotel for a short trip in Paris. Staff are very kind, friendly and helpful with everything. The room is small but we have there everything we need. The shower is a little bit small but we never mind this because we are not tall. Breakfast is very simple but it was enough for our 4 night stay.

“Homeless on the way to the Hotel”
The only problem we had was the homeless that are on the way to the Hotel. I mean, they were not agressive but it doesnt feel nice that every time we were thinking about going back to the hotel we were thinking that we had to pass by between the homeless.

“Nice location and staff ”
The only thing I don’t like about the hotel is the noise level. Noise from corridors from other guests were disturbing, and the noise from outside in the morning. Nice location and staff though. Reasonably priced given its location.

Small rooms but comfortable beds and good location. Bathroom was tight, not suitable for bigger people. Walking distance to the Louvre. Helpful staff :-)

“No AC / Elevator not working”
Whilst location is very good, there is no air conditioning and window is not easy to open, hence room can be stuffy. The 2 days when we were there, the elevator is not working so we have to bring our luggages up 5 floors ourselves. Staff are friendly.

“Good Location”
A good place to stay within the city centre at a decent rate. Many places are within walking distance and a lot of restaurants surrounding it. The metro is also 4 mins away. The place is clean and the beds are comfy. The staff are also nice. They have a storage room as well, to keep luggages after checl out.

“非常に満足”
Hotel is a quite old. Room and toilet are very small. Quite difficult to move around. However, we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the staff were very nice and friendly.

“Great for solo traveling woman”
Overall, this place is amazing. As a solo traveling woman, it can be scary to find a safe place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel. Only downside is there is a shuttle service to the airport advertised, but this is not the case. The staff can help you book a cab for 65 euro, but I recommend taking the metro instead. Overall, great place to stay.

“Hot room on summer”
No aircon, no fan, hot small room, no fridge , only 1 plug in the room to charge things. I forgot to buy water and I got thirsty so I ask them for a cold water but they told me to buy it outside but it was already past midnight.

“Very bad experience ”
First if you book this hotel seeing it in AC section. Not even one room has AC and it has not central AC system. Depend on windows. Second, after you book through an external vendor and complaint for the discrepancy all the hotel does is give you a fan. Not enough sockets in the room. Actually one near washroom. That’s it. Rooms are really small and badly ventilated. Night staff was not supportive. Also my friend forgot her Apple Watch at the hotel. We called them they said they found the watch and asked us to mail them our address for them to send the watch. Later they denied that they did not find it making numerous illogical excuses. Last location of the watch was hotel Victoria. So they performed a theft as well.

“Cheap”
Staff were friendly, room was reasonably clean on the surface-clean sheets and toilet and sink. But the place needed a deep clean lots of dust in the corners and lots of mould in the shower and bathroom. No aircon or fans and the noise from outside was too much to leave the windows open. I wouldn’t rely on the lift, it only works for some floors and you have to step over the staff cleaning equipment and dirty linen in the hallways when they are servicing the rooms. Breakfast was nice. Not too far from the trains and lots of restaurants and shops close by.

わかりにくい場所にあり、タクシーの運転手の気分を損ねた感じがした サーキュレーターは使って無いみたいで、埃が舞い上がった ２階で、エレベーターが止まらない部屋で荷物が大変だった 次回は泊まらない
