“お勧めします。（細かい情報あり）”
ロビーにコーヒーサーバーがあり、いつでも自由にコーヒーが飲めたこと。ホテルの入り口にもカードキーがありセキュリティがしっかりしていること。キッチンが使いやすく、食器もそろっていたこと。本当に快適でした。目の前がセーヌ川で、気持ちが良いし、メトロ・ＲＥＲの駅が近く、パリ観光に便利でした。パリビジット5日券を購入していたので、切符購入の手間がなく、自由に利用できました。お勧めします。 細かい情報が必要な方のために、以下、記します。 部屋は、寝室にダブルベッド１，リビングにソファーベッド１で、キッチン１、洗面・バス１、トイレ１、クローゼット２で、セーヌ川側を表とすると、裏側でしたが、５階（日本では６階）だったので、隣の建物を見下ろす形で、風の通りもよく、静かで、とても良い部屋でした。ロビー横に、スナック・ジュースの自販機と、無料のウォーターサーバーとコーヒーサーバーがあります。朝、出がけにペットボトルに水を補充し、夕方、帰ってきて、美味しいコーヒーを備え付けの紙カップにいれて、部屋へ戻りますと、本当に、ほっと出来ます。備品では、テレビ２台ありますが、ＮＨＫのチャンネルはあるのですが、砂嵐状態で見られなかったです。ＣＮＮもかなり画質が悪かったです。フランス語の放送は勿論きれいです。ＣＤプレーやがあったので、セーヌ川縁の露天商でシャンソンのＣＤを買ってきて、いつもＢＧＭとして聞いていました。シーツの取り替えや部屋の掃除は、一週間ありませんが、全然問題ではありません。元が清潔です。お風呂のお湯の出も許容範囲です。２日に一回は、３人がそれぞれ、バスタブにお湯をためて疲れを癒やしておりました。キッチンの備品も充実しています。電子レンジ、トースター、ＩＨコンロ２、冷蔵庫、食洗機があり、食器も豊富です。すこし包丁の切れ味が悪かったですが使えます。洗濯は、専用コイン式のランドリーが地階にあり、フロントで、コインを購入します。Wi-Fiもありますが、フロントで申し込むようです。（私は、Wi-Fiルーターを日本で借りて行ったので、使いませんでした。）以上です。

“またパリに行くときはリピします”
ロケーション、清潔さ、スタッフの気持ちよさ夜10時過ぎにチェックインをしましたが丁寧に対応していただき、タオルなどアメニティのある場所やロビーにあるコーヒーマシンの使い方など細かく説明してくれました（要英語力）とたもわかりやすく助かりましたし、部屋も清潔でとても広くキッチンも清潔で使いやすかったです。真夏でしたがエアコンの効きもよかった。場所もノートルダム大聖堂には徒歩5分、ルーブル美術館にも徒歩10分、近くにビストロやお店も多く、カイザーなどパン屋さんもありとても便利でした。 一番近いサンミッチェル駅にもすぐです。とにかくセーヌ河沿いで気持ちよく、オルセーにも徒歩圏内だしとにかくロケーションも最高だし次回のパリ旅行もこちらに泊まりたいと思います。

“とにかく立地が良い”
空港からRER一本で来れるので、便利。一階にコーヒー、氷サービスがあるので助かりました。部屋は清潔で広々としていて気持ちがよかったです。ていてキッチンもありもっと滞在が長ければなお楽しめたかなと思いますが、部屋は広くて良かったです。スタッフはいつもチエックインやチエックアウトのお客さんの対応で忙しそうでしたが、何か聞くと気さくに答えてくださいました。

“ミニキッチン付きの良いホテル”
ミニキッチンがついていた。ホテルというよりサービスアパートメント。清掃が１周間に１回しかない。タオルやシーツは自分で取りに行ける。 清掃の追加は１回２０€（３０００円）。セーヌ河に面した部屋が各階３部屋ありその部屋がベスト。 料金追加してでもその部屋を選んだほうが後悔しない。 コーヒー等はロビーで飲み放題。 ホテル代の高いパリ。このホテルは良いと思う。 元々フランスの企業ですが、今はシンガポールのキャピタランド系の企業に買収されています。

“場所が便利。周辺の店を含め不自由なし。”
家族4人(大人3)で十分な広さ。清潔で十分なキッチン設備。徒歩圏内に観光地多数。初めてのパリ観光でしたが特に大きな不満なく過ごせました。 地下鉄とRERの駅も近く便利です。 シテ島、ルーブル地区、サンジェルマン地区、全て徒歩で行ける範囲でした。 セーヌ川は見えない部屋でしたが、人気があり、はじめから期待してなかったのでショックではありませんでした。 近くにカルフール、パン屋、カフェがあり、食に不自由は感じません。 部屋にあるキッチンは本格的な調理は無理ですが、簡単な物を作るには十分でした。我が家はスープやパスタを作りました。 ベットメイキングは毎日してもらえました。 バスタオルが足りなかったり、ティッシュペーパーの補充が無かったり、些細な不足点はありましたが大きな問題ではないと思います。 水圧と排水が共に悪く感じますが、使えないレベルではありません。日本と比べてはいけないと思います。 5泊、快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 次のパリ観光でも泊まりたいホテルです。

“主要観光スポットに近く、非常に便利”

“快適に滞在出来ました”
ロケーション、部屋からの眺望、部屋にキッチンがある家族旅行（妻と小学生の娘）で３人で滞在しました。パリの中心地域に位置し、メトロの駅からも近く、観光にはとても便利でした。また、セーヌ川に面した部屋だった為、景色も良かったです。スタジオタイプの部屋だった為、それほど広くありませんでしたが、キッチンもあり快適に滞在する事が出来ました。次回もまた利用したいです。

“便利 ”
アクセスが便利 自炊可能 わかりやすいフロントが２名体制なため、チエックインおよびチェックアウトの対応がとにかく遅い。 待たせてる事への気遣いがない。レンタカーの件で、お願いをしたけれど、 めんどくさそうに対応した。その態度になんのホスピタリティーも感じない。 コインランドリーの値段が高い。 パリはとにかく値段が高い！だからこんなもんかと思うけれど、残念。

“立地条件がよく綺麗なアパートメントスタイルのホテル”
場所セーヌ沿い、何でも揃っている、綺麗パリのアパートメントライフを一泊でしたが経験でき、気ままにすごせました。 レストランで窮屈な思いで過ごすことなく、美味しいお総菜や最高のワインを購入し くつろげました。自炊しない方や、料理が嫌いな人にはこの設備はもったいないでしょう。 朝は自炊しない人用に朝食が別途で用意できるようです。 これまで６～７度パリに来ましたが、ここはとてもいいです。 値段はパリにしてはリーズナブルと思います。

“キッチン付＆立地抜群の使いやすいホテル”
ポンヌフのたもとのどこへ出るにも抜群のロケーション。キッチン付でリラックスできる部屋。目の前にセーヌが流れ、パリに滞在している気分がたっぷり味わえます。中心に位置しているのでどこへ出るのも非常に便利で、特に急ぎでなければどこにでも徒歩で行けてしまいそうです。ホテルの裏手にはレストランが沢山あり、どの店もいつも人でにぎわっているのでどの店にしようか迷う程です。旅行中にレストラン疲れしてしまい菓子パン等で軽くすませたくなる時もあると思いますがこのホテルはしっかりとしたキッチンがついているのでそんな時でも調理した温かいものを作って食べられるので、コンディションを整えるにも最適だと思います。

“部屋が広い、キッチンありで快適 静か ワイファイ無料”
ロケーション抜群 何処に行くにも便利ロケーションが抜群で観光でもビジネスでもお勧め。１階にドリンクやフルーツのフリーサーヴィスがあり無料で24時間利用出来ます。ホットチョコレートはが美味しかったです。部屋からの市内電話は大変不便でお勧めできません。またポーターサ―ヴィスが無い為、荷物の多い方は自力で部屋までとなります。フロントスタッフが毎日変わるので伝達事項が伝わらない場合がありましたが大きなトラブルはナシでした。

携帯ワイファイは何故かロビーでは繋がらず部屋のみでした。 滞在中、エアコンの調子が悪く扇風機を持ってきてくれました。 またアメニティは石鹸程度ですので日本からご持参する事をお勧めします。

サービス・ロケーション・部屋すべて良いロケーションも中心地に位置してどこへ行くにも便利。ホテルも清潔感があり非常に綺麗、部屋もオシャレで快適。サービスも良かった。料金以上の価値があるホテルだと思う。欠点を上げるなら朝食のバリエーションが少ないぐらい。

“全体的に良かったです”
充分です。メトロも４番７番が近く、複数のバス、ベルサイユ行きのＰＥＲも近く、どこに行くにも便利でした。ノートルダム寺院、ルーブルも徒歩圏内でした。 スタッフもフレンドリーで英語でのコミュニケーションには不便ありませんでした。キッチン付きアパート？と思っていたのですが、普通のホテルと同じく掃除・タオル交換も毎日ありました（不要な場合はお断りできます）。 母と二人での旅行だったのですが、事前に「ベッドはツインで」とリクエストしたら、対応してくれました（基本はダブルのようでした）。 Studioタイプでしたが、狭すぎるということはなく、快適でした（広くはないですが・・・）。 いわゆる「サンジェルマンデプレ」というロケーションではないと感じました。

“快適なホテルでした”
立地が良い。ロビーにコーヒーや紅茶が常備されている。レストランがない。メイドサービスが1週間に1度しかない。子連れの旅行だったため、キッチン付きのアパルトマンホテルを希望していましたが、希望通りのホテルでした。中庭に面した部屋だったため、眺望はいまいちでしたが、お部屋は清潔で、キッチン用品（フライパン、鍋）や食器もそろっており、食事を作るのに不自由しませんでした。スーパーのＭｏｎｏｐｒｉｘも近いし、またメトロやＲＥＲの駅、水上バスの駅も徒歩圏内、また主要な観光名所も歩いていける立地で、子連れだけでなく、カップルでも便利な立地だと思います。またコインランドリーもあり、これもきれいな洗濯機だったので利用しました。ホテルの人の対応もよく、また利用したいホテルです。

“Great choice to stay at Paris center”
I specially like the location: very close to the famous spots such as louvre museum. The room is larger than expected. And having more Facilities in the room than ordinary hotels. Only drawback is they don’t have cleaning service everyday.

“安全舒适”
一定要刷卡才能进酒店大厅，给了十足安全感。靠近地铁但基本都是打车出门。靠近很多著名景点。有无限热饮（咖啡，热可可）还有饮用水

“Owes me refund”
I had a very bad experience at Citadines. They over-charged me for city tax and till today, 3 weeks after I've checked out, they still haven't refunded me. Worse, they've ignored my emails and calls. Give me back my refund.

“Perfect location”
Stayed 2 nights location on river easy walk to 2 metro stations. Restaurants bars close by easy walk.reception helpful. Room small separate kitchenette beds comfy room clean spacious. Would consider staying again. Coffee ,hot chocolate machine and sparkling or cold water in lobby handy and welcome.

Room could have been cleaner, staff were not helpful. Requested a twin room many times before arriving due to an injury and ended up in a double room.

“Fantastis stay in the heart of Paris ”
The location is great . The size of the room is really big. Only the staffs ( not all) are not helpful. We highly recommend this property to stay in Paris

I would suggest to book form this hotel, get a better service not from the Agoda platform. Agoda won't help for anything at all .

“Not the best”
The hotel is very simple and spartan, shades do not block out light completely in the bedroom and cleaning service is not included.

“Never recommend this hotel anyone travelling with a baby”
The service was just fine but I asked a baby cot three times but they didn’t provide it. And when I complained it at night, they just said it was too late to bring a baby cot and didn’t provide it after all. And there is too much traffic near hotel, so it was very difficult to get a taxi or should wait so long time getting Uber as well. Furthermore, the hotel is too old and there was too much dust and hairs on the floor. It was awful. And I never recommend this hotel.

“great location ”
The location is 10/10. It is walking distance to many attractions including Lourve, Notre Dame. It is by the river and you get great views every time you step out of the hotel. There are lots of restaurants just within 5mins walk from the hotel. There is a carrefour supermarket within 10mins walk as well.

“under invested”
Possible this property invests in the larger units. However, the small unit i rented was dark with little lighting, no charm, light seeming to be missing switches., and expensive for quality. Simple looks under-invested, with location as the selling point.

“今までのアパートメントの中で一番良かったです！”
今まで4箇所のアパートメントハウスを利用しましたが、一長一短で、今回初めて、こちらを利用しました。他のアパートメントよりは、多少、料金は高かったのですが、通常のアパートメントの短所（セキュリティ、チェックアウト時の清掃、荷物の預り、急用時の対応等）を全てカバー出来ており、快適に過ごすことができました。娘も、これからはこちらのホテルを定宿にしたいと言ってます。しいて言えば、ランドリーの使用料がちょっと高かったです（アパートメントは無料で使い放題なので）。
