was provided with a room and studio. , the room was good accept for the small toilet. staff (Sam) was helpful for my airport transfer arrangement. room was clean. near metro station. coffee machine should have been provided with some sugar and.milk.

When I booked the hotel. I thought it is an hotel. it turned out it is apartments. no daily cleaning service. It was very hard to get the the hotel entrance... it is a well renovated building .. but value to price i don't think it worth ..

Very close to Esplanade Metro station on M1- 200m/5 min walk. M1 line is the best for direct connections to most Paris attractions (except Eiffel tower). Room size is tight for the Studio but was very well equipped and comfortable for our stay. You can cast your Android screen to watch movies etc.

“Excellent location in La Defense and great value for money”

This hotel is barely 100M from Esplanade de La Defense metro station and very convenient to reach every part of Paris including CDG airport, Disneyland as well as other touris attractions. The hotel is a great place for families as they have all the appliances, utensils which is required to prepare food. There is a small convenience store at the metro station while coming to hotel so one can pick up basic grocery and snacks to prepare meals in the room. Overall, this is a very nice hotel, with great location and excellent value for money

We had a good stay there, the location is great, many attractions nearby and metro station is just outside which makes it easy to go city center. Room was good, clean, a bit small. would like to stay there again.

“Best budget friendly apartment hotel”

We love our stay especially having the view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony!! The bedroom and the living area with the sofa bed were just perfect for our family of three. It was so conveniently located to the train station and bus stops. Everyone was so kind and helpful assisting us with all our needs! We will definitely recommend to friends and families. Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful!!

“No Running Water At This Hotel”

This hotel shuts off water from 11:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. This is a serious health issue. All germs can be found here! This is nowhere near Paris! It’s way on the outside of Paris mixed in with office spaces all around it. The rooms are dark and gloomy. The apartment/hotel manager is very cold and dishonest about their mistake. I didn’t get a partial refund after leaving this property for having no water. The worst part of my first trip to Paris was checking into this hotel. They have only one room option and they must be clear about it. The bathroom and toilet room are extremely tight rooms. Only a hermit should check into this hotel. Someone who likes to be removed from the world, people and cleanliness.

This is a good hotel for family. Location is very close to the metro m1, so it is very convenient to access to Paris centrum. The facilities are quite old, and toilet was a bit stinky. But the bed, sofa bed also was comfortable. Overall, i think it is good to stay with the low cost in Paris.

“Family trip to Paris ”

Travelled with my parents to Paris. This is my 4th time in Paris but it was my first time living in this area. The hotel is very near to the Esplanade La Defense metro and it's about 5-10 minutes walk to the La Defense RER A line which is a direct line to Disneyland Paris and La Vallee Village. There's a shopping mall nearby as well which is useful if you decide to cook as the hotel provides with cooking utensils and dishwasher. We did end up cooking for one night as we were returning late and there is not much restaurant around apart from the ones in the mall. The place is fairly clean and there is an optional daily charge for housekeeping if you need it. We never used it and we just tidy up as we go. There's a dishwasher and a small broom in the closet and you can borrow a vacuum from the reception if you need one. We did enjoy our stay here and would most likely return to stay here in the future.

Clean and comfortable. Basic kitchen for cooking meals. 5 mins from metro station in zone 2. Only downside was no nearby grocery store. Situated in a business centre area.

within 5 mins from the line 1 subway. It has actually 2 bedroom for 4 persons. The bed is cozy and the room is not tight. There's a small open kitchen where you can cook or boil water. Also the staff was quite nice and patient. A good choice with limited budget for hotel.

“near metro, good price”

i like the hotel.. near metro, easy to go anywhere, but if u have big luggage then u have problem to access the hotel because you have to go down by stair only but inside the hotel there is a lift.. only the access to the hotel with metro.. if u come to the hotel by taxi it will be fine because the taxi will drop you at the lobby
