“Nice Apartment Hotel”
Located 20min walk to city center; Quite place; well equipped kitchen*First of all, If you book this hotel via Agoda, you have to contact this hotel by mail yourself (find it yourself in their webpage) after booking, as Agoda is not giving your email address to the hotel, thus you could not receive their check-in arrangement email. The location is very good. It's a local living area. Although it's 20min walk away from the city center, but it gives you a quite and cozy environment. If you rent a car, the street of the hotel is Zone2, which mean you can pay lesser parking fee than in the city center. If you are too lazy to walk, you can take a bus to the city center, there is a but stop and train station nearby. There is supermarket just a street down and you can buy your foods for dinner and breakfast and cook it in the suite. You can also walk 5min to the harbour, which has a great scenic view. The bed is a spring-coil bed, but maybe it's too old, it sucks your whole body down when you sleep on it (we are slim people!), which gave us a back-pain after the stay.

“very comfortable apartment”
spacious and comfortablethe apartment is well furnished, spacious and comfortable. it is located in an island just 2 minutes walking from the conference center. it is suitable for business trips or for temporary stay for one person or for a couple.

“Great room”
nice and warm, nice to be self contained.good location, close to the ferries, and waterfront, about a 15 minute walk into town.

“Reasonable priced apartment”
spacious, good facilities for cookingthe apartment is a bit far from the vr station, and it's not easy to locate the building's main entrance. the building looks quite old, but it's tidy and spacious, overall a good pick if you need to stay long and travel to the nearby pier.

“an apartment not a hotel”
handy to harbourif we hadn't checked our emails (and not everyone has a laptop with them) a few days before our arrival then we'd have been quite frustrated. Because there is no reception and all instructions on getting into your apartment come via email. have to have a code for the building another for your apartment which could be in the next building. apartment was quite a distance from the city centre so not many cafes about. quite comfortable though kitchen not well equipped and floor boards lifting round the fridge

“Large rooms with all facilites. Good standard”
Location in Helsinki is perfect and large rooms.First try with hotel with no reception. Feels strange but everything worked out OK. Good suana and equipment in kitchen. Large room and hight ceilings in old house. Only 5 min walk to central market place in central Helsinki.

“침대가 매트리스가 좋지 않은 것 말고는 모두 좋았습니다”
트램을 타고 중심 지역가기 아주 가까웠으며 객실 내에서 음식을 해먹기에도 아주 좋았습니다. 분위기도 좋고요 그러나 침대 매트리스가 너무 오래된 것인지 조금만 움직여도 소리가 나서 오래 투숙 시 좋지는 않을 것 같습니다. 하지만 다시가도 묶기 좋은 곳같습니다.

“地點方便價格優，房間好大附廚房”
我們住兩晚都被升等，房間好大，還有廚房。有桑拿可以預約單獨使用。缺點是reception只有周1-5上班時間有人，週末沒人。記得出發前email和飯店要密碼，才能進入公寓再自助拿房卡

“房間大又舒適，安靜的住宅區”
我們住了兩晚都被升等。位置很方便附近有電車站，離(Viking Line走約10分鐘，但是推薦搭Tallink去塔林，船好很多）這家飯店是apartment，入住前請發email和飯店確認近來的密碼，需要自助check in ，除此之外都很方便，可以填單預約桑拿。

“Perfecto para no usar medio de transporte”
Ubicación muy buena, llegamos a todos los puntos de interés turístico si necesidad de coger transporte, aún así pasa el tranvía por debajo del hotel. Zona silenciosa y tranquila, y el hotel te permite dejar las maletas el día del check - out allí para que las recojas mas tarde. Hay un supermercado al lado, cafeterías para desayunar, y a resaltar el Pub Poseidón, para pasar un muy buen rato charlando, bebiendo y comiendo algo.

“Buena ubicación. Amplios departamentos.”
La recepción está abierta de 9 a 17 horas. 3 días antes te envían un mail con toda la información por si no llegas entre las 9 y las 17. Un teléfono donde te dan las instrucciones para ingresar. Si no sabes inglés no hay ninguna posibilidad de usarlo. La atención es correcta y dispuestos a ayudar. El departamento es amplio con, tv, sofá, mesas, sillas y balcón terraza. WiFi funciona correcto. El baño pequeño. La ubicación lo mejor, con una parada de tranvía (4 y 5) a 20m que te deja en el centro y la estación de tren. A pie hay 15 min caminando al centro y a la estación de trenes. La tranquilidad de la zona es destacable. No utilicé la cocina porque no hay un mercado cerca. También muy recomendable si llegas en el ferry. El punto realmente malo es la calefacción. Solo hay un radiador en el baño. Hay varias estufas en el departamento pero no las encienden. Reclame sobre esto y la respuesta fue que el sistema es así. No volvería ahí en invierno. Por lo demás todo estuvo correcto.

Wenn man mit einem Wagen unterwegs ist, kann die Parkplatzsituation problematisch werden, ansonsten alles super top, alle Daumen hoch Beim Personal nur 3 Sterne, weilich niemanden gesehen habe

“майские каникулы”
Расположение, удобство номераВсё было неплохо. Приехали,быстро зарегистрировались. Надо знать язык,в выходные администрации нет и надо сообразить,куда-то кому-то позвонить,чтобы сделать себе ключ от номера...Отель пользовался популярностью в те майские праздничные дни, было много проживающих. И вот от них,пожалуй, и были неудобства: пьяные гулянки, хождение по этажам с громкими общениями. Окурки и пустые банки на выходе из отеля...всё это не украшало пребывание в отеле! Конечно многое зависит от самих людей,как они себя будут вести,но за такими идиотами и убрать-то некому было...выходные же!) Сами номера неплохо укомплектованы,ванна с принадлежностями,кухня с посудой. Непорадовала вытяжка над плитой,а точнее отсутствие электрической вытяжки. Там был обычный воздуховод,который был прикрыт сеткой,которая была давно забита,засалена!!! Пыль под кроватями,на подоконниках особо никого не интересует и это Огромный минус отеля!!! Наверное,обнадёживают себя просьбой не ходить по комнатам в уличной обуви,только,наверное это мало кого из постояльцев интересует,но не нас,так как мы отдыхали с ребёнком... В нашем номере не кондиционера, летом-будет проблема. Нам этой не мешало,потому что 2 мая было холодно. Наоборот, на ночь хотелось включить батарею,НО...здесь срабатывала местная экономия!!!( Вообщем, впечатления разные: удобно расположен, хорошо оснащенные комнаты,wi-fi... Отсутствие бесплатной парковки, "поюзанные" номера, пыль, грязь, отсутствие кондиционера... Удачи!;-)

Hinta, puhtaus, asiakaspalveluHotelli oli siisti ja puitteet hyvät. Ainoa miinus oli agodan lupaaman aamiaisen puuttuminen, jota ei olla enää kahteen vuoteen tarjoiltu.

“Lovely, quiet hotel in heritage area”
The Hellsten Senate has two buildings: old and new. The old is a gorgeous, well-maintained art nouveau building with well-appointed rooms. Choose this one if you can. My first room in the new building was large and well-appointed but had no character, was on ground level with no privacy from the street and had almost no wireless internet. The curtains were inadequate and in poor repair so this made the situation more awkward. I moved to the old building and was much happier. The reception is open only during the day, but the 'remote control' reception from Hellsten's other hotel is flawless and efficient. Don't be put off by the limited reception hours. The area, really an island, Katajanokka, is quiet and architecturally notable. It is not an area for nightlife, although I highly recommend the restaurant Wellamo which is a short walk from the hotel, and there is a small and cosy bar between the tram stop and the hotel. The price I paid for the hotel was very good indeed, and unequaled in value on the rest of my trip.
