value for money
Room was extremely small to accommodate just the bed and a small table, same with the bathroom too, just enough space for 2 people to stand inside
Very tiny room but that’s Copenhagen I guess. But the room has pretty much everything you’d need. There’s just enough space for one person. The thing that bothered me most was that if something is broken in the room, you will have to go to the reception to get a replacement. They will not send anyone saying the hotel has no room service. The people at the reception desk are not as kind as hospitality folks usually are.
The hotel itself was very well located, it was right opposite the main bus stop and very close to Tivoli gardens and had a big ikea nearby. The room was very compact, which is fine for a solo traveler but the bathroom was smaller than I expected with no separation for wet and dry areas except for a curtain. For luggage storage they have paid lockers which is more secure but adds to the overall cost. They also had laundry facilities, so overall good on the amenities.
The hotel is not on a good location. It seems near the train stop but in reality you need to walk at least 35’ to reach the center. The rooms are hilariously small and there is no isolation. I asked for a hairdryer 3 times but they said that they didn’t have enough. The stuff was not friendly at all. Only good thing the happy hour
Location is good and bad . depends on what is your requirement. It's next to IKEA and a BIG Mall, and a stop for hop-on hop off. For public bus, the bus comes once and hour for off peak, if you miss the bus, you have to walk slightly further about 15 min. There's a lot of rooms in the hotel, the staffs are friendly, rooms are small but sufficient. They clean your room for a small fee if you need daily cleaning. My room's toilet has a faint pee smell that i don't like other than that... its ok!
Nice breakfast and good facility Highly recommended
No hair dryer (not even upon request, they said they ran out of them for THREE straight nights), no room cleaning unless requested (but the request was ignored), no amenities/cups for brushing teeth (unless requested, but need to go to reception), DO NOT RECOMMEND unless reallyyyyy tight on budget
A budget-friendly choice near the main bus station, Cabinn Hotel offers compact but functional rooms. However, some room types lack a hairdryer, and the lobby may run out, so bring your own. Ideal for travelers prioritizing affordability and convenience.
Comfortable stay for 3/4 days, nice breakfast, great staff who were always happy to help.
Cheap hotel, cheap rooms, no room cleaning unless you ask for it, asked for an hair dryer but all gone apparently, feels like a prison, we had 2 small sachet of shampoo/body-gel for 2 persons and had to ask for more Otherwise it's quite central, clean.
Thank you
The check in was really quick and the rooms are quite comfortable for a quick over night stay for business conference. Budget friendly.
The reception was easy to work with, a wonderful lounge area, lots of parking space, and a 24/7 Cafe. I used Cabinn for my quick work trip and was everything I needed. A bed and restroom.
The hotel's location is very strategic, the room is quite comfortable, although small, overall the room is quite satisfactory, but the problem is that when we leave our suitcases, we have to pay again.
It is good as i was solo travelling and i like it ... breakfast was good too
breakfast highly recommended. location is okay, rooms were really small but you have everything you need. this is a big busy hotel so it is also nice to meet with other travelers. overall i recommend for the price
Harga sangat terjangkau, tapi fasilitas baik. Di lantai 3 ada area komunal, dimana bisa menonton tv, membuat minuman dan makanan. Penitipan koper gratis. Didalam kamar tidak ada tv. Lokasi cukup strategis, dekat dengan tempat makan, dan transportasi.
The room had a TV in it, and was quiet. The windows had a curtain so I could sleep at night without seeing the sun. The coin washer and luggage storage was also nice.
I stayed at Cabinn Copenhagen for one night, and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I requested a late check-in in advance, and they assured me that there would be no issue as the reception is 24/7. However, things went downhill from there. Before arriving, I asked if I could pay in Euro, but they never had the courtesy to respond. I assumed it was fine as I wasn't told otherwise. When I arrived at the hotel around 12:20 AM, the reception first told me they only accept card payments, despite the fact that I had already provided my credit card details online to book the room with a "pay at property" option. Only after some back and forth did they agree to accept cash, but when I gave them Euros, they refused it, saying they don’t accept Euro and I would need to exchange it. Who in their right mind expects guests to exchange currency in the middle of the night? If they had responded to my request earlier, I would’ve exchanged the money in advance. I was forced to pay by card and check in, but that’s not all. The reception staff didn’t provide any of the basic information that most hotels offer during check-in. I had to ask about check-out times and breakfast hours. The receptionist told me breakfast would be served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. However, when I went for breakfast around 10:00 AM the next day morning, they had already cleaned up, as breakfast was actually only served until 10 AM on weekdays. How was I supposed to know this when I was given inaccurate information at check-in? On top of all this, the bathroom was ridiculously small, and there was no hairdryer, which is a basic amenity in most hotels. The customer service was abysmal. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and couldn’t be bothered to explain anything properly. It felt like they were saying “no” to everything I asked and didn't care to provide any solutions or even basic explanations. This hotel is definitely not worth your money. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay with good service, go somewhere else. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Room is clean with comfy beds but the toilet is very small. Train stations and restaurants as well as a large shopping mall within walking distance about 10 mintues.
Rooms are small.
Enjoyed the stay
Staff not responsive. We stayed for 4days, they didn't clean the room. Towel were not changed. Only 1 packet of soap/shampoo were given, not enough if you planning to stay longer. Need to pay extra to store luggage.
Overall good stay for the price, room is quite small but enough for two. Walkable distance from central station.
Thanks to Martin from reception it was a very pleasurable stay. For the price/performance it meets all expectations. Right in front of a bus terminal (to other Scandinavian countries as well) . Highly recommend this budget hotel.
You get what you pay for.
As the name suggests , the room is very very small , it’s only suitable for one person, there is no place to even walk in the room. The bed is small for 2 people , the washroom is too small , the walls are too thin. If someone is talking in the other room , we can hear voices. Would not really recommend if you are 2 or more people.
It was a very big hotel and a lot of travellers stayed here. Our room was a corner room with quite a lot of space. No shampoo, no shower gel, no hair dryer, no shower caps, nothing. So please bring stuff if you stay here. The bad thing was, my pillow was so smelly that I could not sleep. When I looked at the pillow stuff inside, it was very yellow, so old, looked like it had fungus, it should have been throwed away. And I asked the staff at the check-in counter to change it. He said, it was fully booked, could not give me a new one. The housekeeping staff finished work at 4pm. He could not give me a new pillow. I asked him to find any solution for me. He finally wrapped my smelly pillow with 5 pillow covers. And I slept with that old ugly pillow. So bad. Its location was okay, not too far and not too close to the train station. Must walk about 15-20 mins to the Central Station. If you wanna leave luggage there after check-out, they had a locker for you to rent. The staff was not so friendly. It's a low cost hotel.
Close to transportation for access to city and attractions. Great mall in a couple minute walk with great food options. There are many Cabinn Inns in the city and when booking you're not really sure which location you will be at.
Location is OK, 15-20 minutes from main train station. There's not a lot in the area; there's a mall 10 minutes away with a couple supermarkets. The city is walkable and you can get to all the museums easily. The room is clean and proper, pretty new. No fridge or microwave or anything and lack of food options in the area.
Room is not big but really it is more than enough for one person. Clean room with bathroom. Staff is very friendly. The walk to the nearby Metro station is about 12 minutes. So if you don't mind the walk, it is good choice.
They are too commercial hotel. Did not clean my room even after 5 days stay. Rooms are too small and not good staff.
an ok stay for a 3D2N friends budget trip to Copenhagen. Toilet was small but cleanliness of room was not too bad overall. They dont do frequent towel and linen changes but it was fine for us for 2 nights
We enjoyed our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The room really small and hot like Sauna, we need to open Window all night to sleep since they don’t have any aircon only heater in the room, the ventilation so small and can’t breath, when we open the window there’s no privacy at all. We can see the other guest hotel in their room doing something. Location is ok not far from City but no thanks. Oh and the bathroom so wet.
The pictures online do not show the actual size of the rooms. There is barely enough room between the door of the bed and the wall. One side of the bed is pressed up against a wall. The other side barely has room for the tiny bedside table. Two people have to navigate their way around each other by turning sideways in irder to pass each other. Same for getting into the bathroom - someone has to move aside!!. I understand that the price is comparatively low. But I would never have booked the room if I had known the actual size. The photos are really deceptive.
Nothing at all to complain about , great nights sleep no noise late at night , breakfast enough to set you up for the morning, friendly staff and reception team ,10min walk to city centre, and train station, metro round the corner, we loved our stay in Copenhagen, amazing sights , would stay here again .
Right by the water and 15 minute walk to just about anything else you would need, which was a nice way to start the day and wrap it up. Get the breakfast unless you don’t eat.
Basic but really well designed, good amenities, nice staff
Not happy with room size. Very much shrink-ed experienced
Good value and position for a short stay. Will definitely stay there again
Rooms basic but comfortable
The location of this hotel is good. Room is extremely small. I dealt with 3 staff members , one staff was very helpful and friendly, two were rude and showed no interest in customer service.
This hotel is great if you’re on a budget and are a solo traveler. However the rooms are very small and if you book apartments, they only clean them once a week so there’s that. Facilities good but again had some silverfish running around so that was not fun. Buffet breakfast is great and brilliant so that’s worthwhile. Overall a good hotel and staff are great. However there’s always room for improvement.
There was bed bugs
The hotel has so many rooms, the staff are super busy, my room is too small for 3 persons for that price. They have locker room to put your luggage and a laundry room too. The hop on hop off bus stop across the street. The Flix Bus terminal is just behind the hotel, very convenient.
The staff I met were fairly uncaring and rude. They weren’t even efficient and kept me waiting without any reason. I got it - I wasn’t their priority. But the facilities were very good.
Hotel room smelled bad and was not so clean. Breakfast was really good though!
“Budget hotel ”
I might keep forgetting what the budget hotel is like. Pros : clean room but small anyway don’t mind the size of the room because most of time I spend outside just come back for sleep. Big area at the reception , drinks , snacks provided but you have to purchase which is fair Cons : I was there too early so I had to pay for store my bags , once I checked in the first thing I concerned was hair dryer. They did not provide it in the room the I went down to the reception to borrow. They said we have them for sell 100 kr. I was like I just wanted to borrow and return it I wouldn’t expect to buy a hairdryer in the hotel at all. This is ridiculous. But if you wanna stay with no conditions. You can. But not for me anymore. Thanks.
