“Arrogant front desk personell/ very bad internet”
I am a frequent travler with a platina loyalty card from Skyteam and goldcard from Star Alliance, and travel in business all the year world wide. I therfore decided to spend some more money on a 5 star hotel to get the best facilty and service, but what a big dissappointment. We should sray 4 days in the hotel and got the room that was placed at the worst possible location in the hotel. I kindly asked at once whether it was possible to changed but was very arrogantly refused and declined, and told that I could try in a couple of days if I still wanted to change. As a businessman eventhough vacation I need to stay connected, and inernet connection s important but eventhough I had connection I were thrown out of connection after a cople of minutes and had to re-connect all the time. When approacing the front desk and asking whether this is how internet is working I were told nothing was wrong. If you are not interested in staying at the pool the whole day the place of This hotel has very other options to offer.

“Great getaway ”
When we landed in Dubrovnik and we're headed towards Medjugorje, we saw the Sheraton and hoped we'd be able to stay there in our way back from our brief trip. Several days later we were able to book it last minute and we were so glad we did. There was a mixup with the bed being unmade when we entered our room, but they quickly took care of it while we were enjoying pool and Adriatic coast, and were pleasantly surprised when we returned to see an apology note, along with a bottle of wine and fruit. Now that's a class act! Definitely will recommend this hotel for people we know to be traveling in this area!

한가해서 좋아요 아직 한국사람 잘없는듯해요 바로앞에 비치 있구여 그 길따라 레스토랑도 있습니다 호텔 들어오는 입구에는 콘줌마트랑 작은쇼핑몰 있어요 레스토랑이나 카페가 골목에 있습니다 두브로브니크 까지는 우버타고 다녔어요

“Udany pobyt z rodziną.”
Bardzo fajny hotel, ładnie położony nas urokliwą zatoką. Niedaleko do lotniska i do Dubrownika.

“Beautiful”
Hotel is spotless clean. Very modern. Plenty of sunbeds both at the pool & the beach. Breakfast buffet spoiled for choice. Book a delux sea view as you will be on a higher floor with amazing views. It is a 15-20 min drive to Dubrovinik. There are restaurants on the promenade & also in the next town Milini…it is a very pretty town.

Amazing hotel really good value
